    I have received the subject product which is locked pc as well damaged..

    The Mobile phone cover body written with THE PRODUCT IS NOT FOR SALE WITH SOME KIND OF CODE AND THEY SOLD TO ME WHICH SHOWS COMPANY POLICY IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND HOW TO MAKE CUSTOMER FOOL.

    I have demand the refund from company at overall they send email that your problem is resolved and will revert you the refund till last week, but yesterday they turned with that "Your refund application is decline" whereas i don't receive any reason.
    Today i called their call center no and spoke to one of guy call LAVNISH and he replied that i have sent ur query for why they decline your refund request.

    Since 2 weeks they are fooling me and i would like to raise issue for to get proper solutions of my complaint.

      Hello team,

      My Order ID : 75766532 at Shop Clues.

      I have received this product but totally different as described.So, I am not satisfied with this product.
      Color was "BLUE" on the Product description field but I have received one damm color & product material was "Velvet" (as mentioned) but i have received just like a "Tissue Paper" that also also very poor. I need Exchange or Refund for the same.
      Regarding that I have mailed their team but they are not taking this issue seriously.
      Shop Clues Totally fraud & cheating every customers.Their product quality very poor.They are not sending products as described.

      Please arrange Something so that I can get Refund OR Exchange ASAP.

            Sir, this is the worst thing which I'm facing while online shopping, i have purchased many thing from shopclues but this is the first time I have made a return request because 1.the products quality is not good as its in the picture and 2.I also have issue with the size, Its an smaller size jacket as compare to that demanded. Therefore i have maded a return request but they are not accepting that.
            Sir I'm requesting you once again for return because this product is useless for me, nor i will never get the courage to buy any product online again.

The order was placed under the offer for 200 clues bucks. It has been credited but with validity of expired date hence deducted again. The MRP Mentioned in the Site is Rs. The MRP mentioned is Rs.1077 and the customer price is Rs.408, whereas in actual the product MPR is Rs.549 and so the discount is only 25.6%.                       when i opend my product it have shoes of other company and other colour.
                      i choosed a return policy and give 2 option to company.
                      1. replacement the product 2. refund my amount.
                      i have received my refund in my bank last few days ago.
                      now i try to reordering to "SALT BROWN SHOES" again but company sale to me on 399 & shipping charge is extra. why?

                              I ordered NIKE shoes size-7 on shopclues.com order no. 74490716 on 16 november i got my product, when i open it has wrong size shoes size-9 i complained about the product to the comany to return my product and replace it or refund my money of RS.3038/- i called many times to the company but everytime they told wait for 48hrs now i waiting since 216hrs(9 Days), , , please take action against my querry and help me to solve as soon as possible.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a set of CD (order no.[protected] on 24 September 2015, till the date i didn't receive the product. The status on website shows that product is being delivered to the customer but i didn't receive any of the CD, . I contacted the company many time, sent several e-mails about the delivery of the product, but they are not responding in proper way . Every time company is promising me that they will provide me the proof of delivery but yet i didn't got any proof of delivery.. Iam lodging an FIR and a complaint to the consumer court regarding the issue and shopclues needs to learn more from the genuine market place like snapdeal and flipkart about thier delivery service and customer support. These types of fake market place like shopclues didn't deserve to exist in the Indian market place.

                                    Their is no response regarding the order no. 76057477 bordered on 19nov with pre paying the money for the order. They have now cancelled my order and the order is forwarded to new merchant.
                                    Now the thing is I want my money back with a definite claim from the company.
                                    Kindly do forward my concern .
