Dear sir, this is shrish agrawal from karwi chitrakoot. i hv booked a product on shopclues.com on 7th november 2015. order no. is 74920459. that order is not delivered till now on 27th nov. i hv mailes a lot of time. now they said that my location is ODA location and they cant delivered product. while i hv paid the amount online. i i m in ODA loction then why they booked my order. now taking payment they told me that u hv self collected the product from kanpur dtdc branch. kanpur is so far away from karwi chitrakoot. this is illegal. plz help me out. my dtdc curier id is Z42835181. shrish agrawal [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

Hello I'm Harshit. I have ordered a leather jacket around 15 days ago. First thing is they delivered the wrong jacket and even they didn't replaced that jacket till now. JatinTraders is the company that delivered the wrong jacket. I need a claim or my jacket as soon as possible. Thankyou.

Sir, this is the worst thing which I'm facing while online shopping, i have purchased many thing from shopclues but this is the first time I have made a return request because 1.the products quality is not good as its in the picture and 2.I also have issue with the size, Its an smaller size jacket as compare to that demanded. Therefore i have maded a return request but they are not accepting that.
Sir I'm requesting you once again for return because this product is useless for me, nor i will never get the courage to buy any product online again.

Hello! My name is Amit and this is complain for shop clues regarding order# 73012049 which was returned and the refund supposed to be credited into my account. The order was placed under the offer for 200 clues bucks. It has been credited but with validity of expired date hence deducted again. Sir, i ordered 'SALT BROWN SHOES" from shopeclues.com on MRP 369 with onlinne payment( including shipping charge) vide order no.73186834 on date 24.10.2015 but i receives product on 4.11.2015.
when i opend my product it have shoes of other company and other colour.
i choosed a return policy and give 2 option to company.
1. replacement the product 2. refund my amount.
i have received my refund in my bank last few days ago.
now i try to reordering to "SALT BROWN SHOES" again but company sale to me on 399 & shipping charge is extra. why?
why i paid my extra money to shopclues on his fault and Big Mistake.

Hi, I have ordered Paris Polo Sweatshirt on 16 Nov 2015, 08:34 PM and they delivered the product on[protected], when i checked the product it was a local company brand sweatshirt and i called on customer services and i send them email, but they send me a mail stating that they are unable to refund the money. so plz refund my money asap.

I ordered NIKE shoes size-7 on shopclues.com order no. 74490716 on 16 november i got my product, when i open it has wrong size shoes size-9 i complained about the product to the comany to return my product and replace it or refund my money of RS.3038/- i called many times to the company but everytime they told wait for 48hrs now i waiting since 216hrs(9 Days), , , please take action against my querry and help me to solve as soon as possible. Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a set of CD (order no.[protected] on 24 September 2015, till the date i didn't receive the product. The status on website shows that product is being delivered to the customer but i didn't receive any of the CD, . I contacted the company many time, sent several e-mails about the delivery of the product, but they are not responding in proper way . Every time company is promising me that they will provide me the proof of delivery but yet i didn't got any proof of delivery.. My order ID 74912711 is ordered on 7/11 /15 and till now the order isn't delivered and today 25/11 /15 iam getting a msg which says my order is delivered but no one did called me neither delivered. Iam lodging an FIR and a complaint to the consumer court regarding the issue and shopclues needs to learn more from the genuine market place like snapdeal and flipkart about thier delivery service and customer support. These types of fake market place like shopclues didn't deserve to exist in the Indian market place.

I have book my order at 11th nov'15 order no 75390335, and they have given the delivery date between 21st to 23rd Nov'15.and regarding this i have already sent a mail to customer team to deliver this product before 22nd but till today on 24th nov'15 i haven't received my order please look into same

I had placed an order[protected]. I placed an order for salt brown bravo casuals .But had received some canvas shoes on delivery.This is the bloody shipping can you not verify the order while shipping this my second order .the shoe that have received is very disgusting .And one more very pathetic service is i called to customer care they are saying that still order is in shipping we can't register a complaint .Once in our system it was updated as order delivered then only we can register a complaint is this way to treat customers .(Worst service)..(Worst approach to customers)..

23.11.15 18.10 hrs. Product not received even after 15 days and message has come stating that product is delivered. Something wrong with this companyor with courier. We never expect such a fraud happens either with first flight couriers or with shop clues. As a long term customerto shopclues, I request to investigate and do the needful. I prefer the refund of money immediately. I will wait for another 48 hrs. Kindly help

I have ordered a fan order(#[protected]in shopclues on 11th July and received it on 24th july with broken product. From then my struggle has started, I have requested for return on the next day and after many mails around 15 requests they have accepted for return and I have received another fan on 28th Aug. I have found that battery is not working and requested for money return, from then till now I am keep on emailing them but they will respond from auto generated msg and then no one will respond for the same.

I have frustrated with customercare service and Shopclues products. If your money is hard earned money then, my suggestion is not to buy any products in Shopclues where the shop use to sell duplicates and scrap in India. If you like to donate some bucks to Shopclues then you can purchase product .I will use to purchase most of the products in online, but I never exp this kind of irresponsible customer service and ecommerce site in my life.
