R/Sir, I had booked a Sony Power Bank (10000mah) from Shopclues.com on dated 21.11.15 and I received the product on 24.11.15. But when I opened the product and start using it, it didn't got any response. After that when I opened the Sony Power Bank physically, I got shocked to view that a metallic rod was fixed inside the Power Bank to increase the weight and there was no battery to be charged. After that when I complained the shopclues about this, I got total negligence from them. So you are requested to do needful on this. I have ordered for a wallet and a belt in Shopclues.com (order no[protected] on 23.11.2015. But the product which is delivered on 27.11.2015 is not matching as shown in the order displayed. Wallet (Purse) as per display is 2 folded but delivered 3 folded. Belt is in black colour with duly stitched top and bottom but delivered belt is without stitched, brown color and inferior quality. When I submitted for a return request along with photo snaps of delivered item, it was replied saying that it cannot be taken back and attached with some non-sense of terms and conditions. If any person read this terms & condition no customer will order any product from this site. Thank god I have ordered only for small value of Rs 230. I request buyer not to purchase any item from this site unless you have full confident if you did transactions earlier.

Dear Sir/Madam I am Nishchay Sharma from gurgaon I had ordered Micromax 40B5000 / 40BSD60FHD 101 cm (40) Full HD LED Television from shopclues online shopping on 08 Nov 2015 I received my product on 21st Nov 2015. when I unpack the product and open the box, I find damage product the screen is broken from inside Led display is broken same time i call to shop clues customer care and inform them they asked me to send the picture of the damaged product Within an hour I took the picture of the broken screen and registered the return request. after 3 days of my return request i received message from shop clues against my order No 75103865 and Ticket number 5212565 (Return for shop clues 75103865 has been declined) when i call to your customer care department so they told me to visit on Micormax service center for repair it and they give me service center no. i visit on service centre they told me to pay service charges and LED replacement charges. again i contact to shopclues i call around 12 to 13 time they put my call on hold for 15 min but no one give me proper resolution please suggest me how do i proceed for the my reversal please do the needful Thanks & regards Nishchay Sharma [protected]

Shopclues had advertised online about a Unboxed Laptop which was supposedly unused and with a warranty. But when I received the laptop I found it was a used one which had been carefully fixed and without any warranty or Windows 7 CD. Further it doesnt work well as the original software has been tampered with. When I tried contacting them online I get only messages. And on phone I get only a respones saying I have to wait. Its more than 5 days since the product has been delivered but only today Shopclues site says it was delivered to me. On 26 Oct 15, I have received the duplicate product of the conserned filter. I came to know from the customer care of the conserned filter that the filter received was a duplicate product. From then I had tried several times to return it but shopclues had not done the proper action. They had only given the return I'd no. which is 72497219. Till date their courier had not come to pickup the product and taday I had received the email from the shopclues that your return request had been closed. It is totally injustice with me. Please help me to solve this problem. I will be very grateful to you.

On 26 Oct 15, I have received the duplicate product of filter which was costing rs 5100 only from shop clues. I came to know from the customer care of the conserned filter that it was a duplicate product provided by the shopclues. From then I had tried several times to return it. Hi, My name is Jaipreet Singh and I placed an order on 8 Nov 2015, 11:11 PM. Order Number is 75109554. They send me a confirmation email saying "Expected Date Delivery: Wed 18 Nov", but I have not received any Product any call or any Update from them. I made the payment of Rs. 28, 090 on 8 Nov 2015. I tried to call them several times but on 25 Nov 2015 they are were saying product is sent to the courier company ( http://www.cjkoreaexpress.in/) with Tracking Number : [protected]. and they gave me a Ticket Number 5261688 saying " they will try best to get back to me within 2 working days. " but they never called me back. I tried to call CJ Korea Express on [protected], [protected] but they are not answering. Please help me in getting my money back.

I have purchased HP laptop bag, zim glabs, airgun, boot boll, but delivered worst quality and damage product with wrong colors but unfortunately I have mention only quality problem, now I have called to customer Care they said airgun & boot Ball are non refundable product and two weeks complete but I have informed From binging when I got the product, so please return the product and refund the amount otherwise I will go to consumer court.. Ordered one chair-table and received damaged consignment against order No. 75811945, Wrote to Shpclues, provided snaps of damaged parts and ask for return shipment. After two weeks, still there is no action taken by them. Everyday getting mails that it will be picked up in next 7-8 days. But don’t know when they will change it with good one. . . . Very Bad response, very bad service… . . .

I have received a fake product and returned more than a month ago. Still i am waiting for the refund for nearly two months. Everytime i am getting the same response from the shopclues customercare that " i will get an update in 48 hours". My order id[protected]. The refund amount is Rs.9017.

Hello, I have ordered Sony MDR XB450 On the ear Headphone Black and ordered number 73562821. I did not received this item. But I got a message saying Your order 73562821 has been successfully delivered at the mentioned shipping address I ordered on 16th October, still I did not received the item. First i received mail on 20th October that Shipment for Order 71951452 Delayed after 30 days I received only message(Your order 73562821 has been delivered) not the item which I have ordered . Ordered a samsung 40 inch led on 18 oct 2015 and paid the total amount online, it got delivered on 7 nov 2015 but the package did not contain the remote, power cable, user manual which were mentioned in the item list when I ordered it. It had only the screen and its stand in the pack piece and nothing else, how can one use it without power cable and remote, or was it supposed to be nailed on the wall and used as black board. since then I am following up with them and asking them to deliver the remaining things but till date(27 nov 2015) no response, I am tired of calling them and mailing them again and again and have given all the details they asked for but they dont even bother. when I was ordering I saw similar complaints from many customers but still I ordered it thinking it can not happen with every order but I was wrong, they are frauds and are cheating each and every customer. Shop clues (Request has been logged with ticket number 5118498 Defective product delivered[protected] This is a worst experience of online shopping. I have order the Samsung Micro SD card 64GB and received it as defective. As I shared Images of product with Shop clues on 15th November . I received the (defective) product from their Seller on 12th November. But they are saying on 17th November that my order is cancelled. then me also shared courier tracking details with them. How is order cancelled when I already received it. But it is defective. So, I made a compliant and after 2 days they change the record I order this product thru shop clues. I have demand the refund from company at overall they send email that your problem is resolved and will revert you the refund till last week, but yesterday they turned with that "Your refund application is decline" whereas i don't receive any reason.
Today i called their call center no and spoke to one of guy call LAVNISH and he replied that i have sent ur query for why they decline your refund request.

My Order ID : 75766532 at Shop Clues.

I have received this product but totally different as described.So, I am not satisfied with this product.
Color was "BLUE" on the Product description field but I have received one damm color & product material was "Velvet" (as mentioned) but i have received just like a "Tissue Paper" that also also very poor. I need Exchange or Refund for the same.
Regarding that I have mailed their team but they are not taking this issue seriously.
Shop Clues Totally fraud & cheating every customers.Their product quality very poor.They are not sending products as described.

Please arrange Something so that I can get Refund OR Exchange ASAP.
