I had placed an order[protected]. I placed an order for salt brown bravo casuals .But had received some canvas shoes on delivery.This is the bloody shipping can you not verify the order while shipping this my second order .the shoe that have received is very disgusting .And one more very pathetic service is i called to customer care they are saying that still order is in shipping we can't register a complaint .Once in our system it was updated as order delivered then only we can register a complaint is this way to treat customers .(Worst service)..(Worst approach to customers)..

23.11.15 18.10 hrs. Product not received even after 15 days and message has come stating that product is delivered. Something wrong with this companyor with courier. We never expect such a fraud happens either with first flight couriers or with shop clues. As a long term customerto shopclues, I request to investigate and do the needful. I prefer the refund of money immediately. I will wait for another 48 hrs. Kindly help

I have ordered a fan order(#[protected]in shopclues on 11th July and received it on 24th july with broken product. From then my struggle has started, I have requested for return on the next day and after many mails around 15 requests they have accepted for return and I have received another fan on 28th Aug. I have found that battery is not working and requested for money return, from then till now I am keep on emailing them but they will respond from auto generated msg and then no one will respond for the same.

I have frustrated with customercare service and Shopclues products. If your money is hard earned money then, my suggestion is not to buy any products in Shopclues where the shop use to sell duplicates and scrap in India. If you like to donate some bucks to Shopclues then you can purchase product .I will use to purchase most of the products in online, but I never exp this kind of irresponsible customer service and ecommerce site in my life.

i had order this product on 9 nov 2015...From 10 nov 2015...I had received msg that u r product has shipped from maruti courier...


And that day onwards i m checking everytime the status when it will be deleiver to me

and i had not received this product with me...

As soon as i had received that product has delivered to me...I had visited shree maruti couriers which nearest from me...

This was contact number of shree maruti [protected]

and then i had contact head office of mumbai at dadar...Where the courier are landing


and this head office of mumbai [protected]...[protected]...I had conformed with them also...The product has not come to them...Then how it will be delivered to me


3rd step

i had contact panipat from where my courier has been book... [protected]...Even they told me u contact seema of shree maruti couriers [protected]...She is assisting all courier of shopclues and updating all...

I had call her also...But she ignoring me...Baad mein call karna, , , aaj chothi pe hu, , , all excuse giving me when i had given her tracking number


this is final request to ceo to shopclues...Plz look into this matter and give me saysfaction of being part of shopclues...

Because the product has not come to mumbai...Andhow it would deliver to me...


I m requesting to shopclues plz check once again...Or tell me pop of the person who had take my product give his document id or show me...

It is a value of rs 1584...For earning i had get too much time...And i will not waste my money...I had sacrified my blood for this value...I had taken this purse for my sister for diwali for bahubhej...


I m really disappointed the way shopclues has harrases me to prove my self that i m innocent and product has not delivered to me

I order the 3 lunch box in shop clues website, I received 2 lunch boxes. In that 1 lunch box is wrong product delivery. But the thing is remaining i.e, 3rd one lunch box is still not yet delivered. Till now I did not receive my order & also I already pay the amount through my ICICI debit card. My amount was deducted, it also reached more than 25 days but still I did not received the order. I ordered in the month of October 2015 few items listed in Shop Clues website and as the items are not available, Shop Clues has initiated for a refund. But still now i have not received refund for the below orders. I want Shop Clues to refund my money with suitable interest as they are holding my money for more than a month and suitable compensation for listing items that are not available, wasting my time and effort for composing emails for checking the order status and following up for refund.

HI Team, With reference to my order no. 74879417, there was duplicated and wrong product no work properly was sent to me. aqua pt 890 I received the order and immediately after deliver i called shop clues and asked them to take a return or replacemen tand from that day i am following with them on return and refund but there is no proper response, it just they are asking me to wait. That is not acceptable for pre paid orders. sometimes company show approving. As i was order two books on 08 Oct 2015, 01:53 PM and order no.[protected]. They did not delivered that product to proper home address, but in sites they are showing delivered. I had call to consumer support so many times, but they failed to answer.

This is my order number 74648535 blue jeans combo 2 of rs 458 i had ordered from shopclues...And i had recived different size from which i had ordered ...Then i had intimate shopclues of this different size...Then they had accept my return request of this order...And after 2 days...Return service man from nuvo ex pickup man has come and he had visited to my house... And he had checked and packed the product in front of me...And then given me the slip... And after that shopclues has closed my request... Plz re-open that order and refund my amount...And this is a promise i will never buy any product from shopclues...And intimate everyone not to buy from shopclues...It is risky online plz investigate into it and this was my another order number 74652161 which i had same problem...And i had returned it...And shopclues has recived the return and still money has not refunded in clues bucks form... I ordered for shirts from ShopClues.com and my order no 72003123, 72004633 and 72000964 for which I made the advanced payments through HDFC bank because Cash on Delivery option was not there. I received the delivery of all the three product on 1st Nov 2015. When I opened the package of it I didn't find any shirts either in any of these packages. All the packages contains with the newspaper in it. I really got angry by getting such mess from this website. Is such fraud type of business they are running by such name. And they are doing such fraud with the person like me. I like to bring them notice that I am belongs to media industry and that is in news department.
I made several complaints on customer care number and send mail also containing all the details and photograph of the package also. But still I dint got any call or any reply from them. I also spoken with their senior executive Mr. Prabhat Kumar Chaudhery on 13 Nov 2015, he gave me assurance that he will get back to me within 48 hours with proper solution but still his 48 hours is not over yet. And whenever i am making call on customer care the executive also not behaving properly, they really dont care about the issues of the customers.
I am requesting you all to be careful by making any shopping from ShopClues.com, they are cheating with the customers.

it is totally defective.

I have already give return return request but they are entertained. so if you kindly take action on the above said matters then i would be thankful to you.

Order number: 73453871 & 73269599 both the product not delivered to specified address. When I contacted to customer care they said that products are delivered. I am frequently purchasing many products from shop clues but this very very bad experience. I want to owner of this shopclues no body is taking interest in asking customer queries

Hi There,

Recently I had purchased SONY MDR- XB30EX earphones from www.shopclues.com Order# 73926548. It was offered at Rs 347 (Initially I was skeptic about the authenticity of the product being sold by Shopclues, as the price variation was between Rs 347 to 1990 for the same product) but to my bad luck the product delivered to me was FAKE. I could easily figure out this by comparing the performance of genuine SONY vs Shopclues Counterfeit. And also the product packaging indicates that, it is a CRAP CHINA made which is not even good to be sold in streets.

Now when I try to return fake product, Shopclues customer support is not responding me properly asking me to wait for 2-4 days on every follow up call. I had already wasted two weeks following up with these CHEAP ONLINE CHEATERS.

Please to take appropriate legal action against Shopclues which indirectly sources and sells SONY counterfeits. I am sure these counterfeits will definitely imposes a negative impact on SONY's loyal customers, market share and Brand trust.

I am online shopping customer . I am shop at online on shopclues 20 oct 15. Order date order no 72758827. Product Surya alliza 3 burnur automatic gas stove Rs.1499 shipping 199 cash on delivary fee 34 total 1732. This product reach at phaltan 28 oct 2015. From blue dart currier service. But, this product has stove of shopclues during shipment( causing poor packing) damaged. At that I am complaint shopclues customer support (28 oct 15. At 6:13pm ) for replacement my gas stove as well as I am mail 29 oct 15. Attached with damaged photo. After 3 days(1 nov 15 )accepted my complaint mail received . But then after till today only sent mail your request accepted and other reason's ex. Pick- up not available other but not sent my replacement. Please solve my issue for consumer care.
