Sir, with reference to above subject I had received damage product from shop clues but company is refusing to take back or give replacement from last 20day. I had been calling to company and sending them emails but company is not give response, there is facility of return/replace.

I order one baby carrier .. but i dont get . i paid payment via my atm card. the amount they credited from my account. in my booking time the show 682011 location is their service aere.. but now i dont get the product. please contact me [protected] /[protected]

My name is Pradeep and I have unfortunately purchase one product from shopclues[protected] on 8th Nov
The estimated date of delivery is 16th Nov but till date I have not received it nor I have the information regarding the status. The product has already been dispatch on 13th Nov but I have not received it yet.
I don’t understand being a good name in ecommerce why you have sent it from one of the pathetic
Courier company. I tried to contact the courier but there number keep on ringing but there was no response. AFTER TRYING SEVERAL TIMES THEY FINALLY ATTEND MY CALL AND TOLD ME YOU NEED TO CONTACT ON OTHER NUMBER AS THEY ARE NOT HANDLING THE ECOMMERCE. THEN THEY PROVIDE ME THREE NUMBER AND LUCKILY ONE PERSON NAME NAKUL PICK UP MY PHONE AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT ON ANOTHER NUMBER OF BRANCH MANAGER. I DON’T UNDERSTAND IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING TO THE CUSTOMER. I EVEN PAYING FOR THE SHIPMENT AND YOU COURIER FROM THE WORST ON DOT COURIER SERVICE. IT WILL ALSO HAMPER YOUR IMAGE AND I ASSURE YOU I WILL NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE PRODUCT FROM YOUR WEBSITE IN FUTURE. I HAVE ALREADY REGISTER THE COMPLAINT WITH YOU BUT THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP FROM YOUR END.
I LIKE ONE DESIGNER HELMET FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND YOU NEED TO DELIVER IT WELL BEFORE THE ESTIMATED DATE. YOU NEED TO PRIORTIZE THE PRODUCT AS HELMET IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM. I DON’T EXPECT SUCH A REDICULOUS SERVICE FROM SHOPCLUES. I AM ALSO FILING THE COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER FORUM AGAINST IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR AND CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.
I have spoke with shopclues as well but they told me to revert me back with the status. They are not even arranging the call back from there senior. Every time I call on there customer care all there supervioser are busy. I called them 5 times but I am not getting any response.

Hi, Please clarify why my returns are being refused at clues network warehouse. I sent 2 products by DTDC courier. I have ordered helmet and received order after so much delay the product was for rs 459-500 and received damaged product all broken looks second hand product very much disappointed with the service when I spoke to their customers care they were saying I have to raise return back req with in 2 days hell with the company policy..of I get help from this site would appreciated my money what I invested goes all over in air.

My order number is 74789251 and it's a Insulated Lunch Box ( with 3 containers and 1 bag) . The amount is( price +shipping ) 129+20=149. i done my payment by debit card.
but I received Wrong Product HIMALAYA HERBALS SOAP on 17th November at 4 p.m through First Flight couriers. The product is totally different type from the product ordered . Now I want to replace the wrong item with the original ordered product or MONEY BACK in my account.
Please, do the needfull . I hope the problem will be solved quickly . Egarly waiting for response from your end.

I ordered Economy Induction Cooktop Black (R) order no 73831037 from Shopclues website on 29 Oct 2015. the web site shown me that it has shipped the product on 02 Nov 2015 via Ecom Express tracking no.[protected]. i did not received item till 10th Nov. when i talked to customer care they again shipped item on 11th Nov.. now they are telling that the order has been cancelled and refund initiated..previously also they cancelled my order of Luggage combo ordered on shopclues.

I ordered a product on shopclues.com on 29th october and till date i havent received my ordered product.i have mailed them so many times but a auto generated message comes and no further proceedings occur at their end.
I even requested them to just cancel the order if they cant dispatch it buy yet no reply.
My money is blocked with them for almost a month.customer care team dont reply to the mails and i have been a regular customer of shopclues, earlier this thing never occured but this ecperience of mine was a blunder.

I order a new mobile phone samsung A7 on 15 oct and after ten days when I received my package found that they have given me the used Samsung phone with the accessories missing from the box. I raised the complaint for the same on the same date till date no solution has been provided. Such a fraud, cheater & cheap company. Order no 71529971.

I have ordered Premium Quality 3D Bedsheet With 2 Pillow Covers 120 Gsm (3 quantity). But they delivered only one set & that too the material is not at all good. Hence i returned the product back on the same day. My order id is 71861905 & my return request number is 2209975. It is been 3 weeks that i returned that product. But still they are telling wait for 48 hours whenever i call them. Kindly get back my money soon.

Since 09 Oct'15, I am getting wrong product delivered at my place. The customer care managers are really , naming Mr. Aditya and Mr.Puneet. Other team members along.

Now, after second time wrong product getting delivered, there are concerned with the seriousness and considering it a lighter issue.

I have buy the product from shopclues and it received in damage condition so I tell to customer care of shop clues to replace with new one but they are not ready to replace hand to hand and saying that first you send product to our end and then we will return. So how it could be possible that for replacement I have to pay for courier.

I had ordered a product from Shop Clues website and they delivered the product very late which is Fidato Bag-pack and Watch but both the product quality is very bad and when I many time call and email then they always assures me that they will pickup the defective material or else they will refund the money back.
