I ordered above mentioned item and paid by cradit card. I called Shopclues customer care on 09 Nov15 for status of item they told you will get update within 48 Hrs. Again I called customer care on 11Nov they told me same thing and they told you will gat you product 48 Hrs, but I didn't gate my ordered item....

I am attaching 3 images below. Image 1 gives the details of the product ordered by me. Image 2 gives the details of courier company that was responsible for delivering my order. And image 3 gives the details in which the product was delivered to wrong address (as opposite to mentioned when the order was made)....
