My order id is 72767496 ordered on 20th october 2015 .my money is debited from my card and the estimated of delivery of that product was 26th october 2015. still i didnt get my product .when i called to customer care they said your product is already delivered to your address but i told them that i havent received my product .i have complained about 9 to 10 times to customer care, i m getting same reply from there side that keep patience we are getting touch with courier partner.they are not taking any action on it.

14th October 2015 - Order Placed

16th October 2015 :Showed Confirmed at 1553 hrs.

17th October 2015:Showed ready to dispatch at 0730 hrs.

4th November 2015: Showed Delayed at 0116 hrs.

5th November 2015: At 1527 hrs received a SMS showing Refund date as per the 01/ 01/70 { Are you guys NUTS?? 2070 for refund date in SMS).
{ This SMS was received from BH -SHOPCL}

When i contacted with Customer care department of Shopclues, couple of time, i have been informed by your customer care executive that i will receive the payment before 15th November 2015 positively.

Now its already 16th November 2015 and i am still waiting for the refund in my account. Till date i didn't received any reply from you either on Phone, SMS or email, and it seams to be height o[censored]nprofessionalism from a reputed firm of Shopclues stature.

I want the refund right away (within next 24 hours) now, in my account with reversal of the carcheged amount else i have to take other necessary step to get my refund and compensation.

Hope you will understand the gravity of this matter and take immediate action.

Was already cancelled while in transit only as it was wrongly ordered i already intimated the customer support regarding the same they suggested me that no issues you can just refuse the product when it will come for delivery.I did the same.They took it back .After 2 days i got a message and a mail that its delivered?wtf ??? i want my money back now that i had paid online but since 5 days nether money came neither any response from shopclues team useless and thief co. No one should buy anything from them

I had bought two dell chargers and first of all they didn't send the correct charger . I sent them back in the hope of right charger but unfortunately shopclues has neither returned the money nor sent the chargers. Please its matter of 1300 do solve the issue soon

I ordered above mentioned item and paid by cradit card. I called Shopclues customer care on 09 Nov15 for status of item they told you will get update within 48 Hrs. Again I called customer care on 11Nov they told me same thing and they told you will gat you product 48 Hrs, but I didn't gate my ordered item. I feel they are cheated me.

And image 3 gives the details in which the product was delivered to wrong address (as opposite to mentioned when the order was made).

Respected Sir / Madam, On 3rd OCT 2015, I have ordered a Canon PIXMA MG 2570 Multi Function Inkjet Color Printer (Print, Scan, Copy) from ShopClues.com (Order ID[protected]. I have also paid the full amount Rs. 2099 through credit card. On the mid-day of 11th OCT 2015, I received the product. When I checked the product, it was totally defective. Within 24 hours, I register for refund / replace on shopclues website (Return ID 2128096). After 2 days, shopclues send message merchat rejected return request. When i ask reason he say that your mention reason is not clear i write to shopclues for return with that comment "product is not working properly". And without tell reason he close my return request. I try to last 20 days to continue call and emails but still i didn't get any response so please help me. So i complaint against shopclues fraud in consumer court.

I have ordered a product from shopclues.com but they have delivered wrong color product(order number[protected] and order date is 31/10/2015) so I am not satisfy this product and I want to replace this product... And also I have uploaded a return request to shopclues...(return request number-2285820 and return request date is 09/11/2015)... On 1st OCT 2015(at04.27 A.M.), I have ordered a Samsung 32GB Class 10 MicroSD Micro Sd Memory Card (Code:[protected]from ShopClues.com (Order ID[protected]. I have also paid the full amount Rs. 521 through online banking.

On the mid-day of 15th OCT 2015, I received the product and it was sent through Bookmypacket Courier Services (Shipment No.[protected]. When I checked the product, it was totally defective. Within 24 hours, I register for refund / replace on shopclues website (Return ID 2145928). After 2 days, shopclues confirm my refund / replace and told me to send the product backand shopclues will refund the amount of courier charges. I had to send the product through DTDC courier service and have to spend extra Rs. 100 for courier service. Immediately after sending the product, I sent the courier receipt through email and shopclues acknowledge the receipt of email.

But, suddenly on 14th NOV 2015, at 10.08 A.M., I received a call from DTDC courier that shopclues had refused to accept the product and sent it back to me. Within this period (1ST NOV - 15TH NOV), I have contacted several time with shopclues and directly with the merchant, but have not received any replies.
Here are the major points related to the product.

I have purchased a led TV and it was defective piece which I received and I have returned back to the same person who came for delivery after I spoke with the shopclues people in the last month 30th Oct 2015. And still no reply or response from shopclues, when ever I call they say 48hrs it will be taken care. My order no is 71365203. I have all the proof which say proov that it's a defective piece which is sent by shopclues. CCTV recording and photos. But shopclues people don't take any action and keep giving the same reply 48hrs. I told them I am filing a complaint in the police station as I have all the proof. I had ordered a product order number 73875974''.The product was not original The product was completely different from what was displayed on the website. I called up customer care. Instead of giving solution they asked to send pictures of the product and they will revert within 24-48 hours. 5 days went by and no response. Every time i call them they intimate that merchant have not yet reverted and to wait for 1 more day. Today is 19th and everyday they give the same answer. I ordered a 4gb ram on 29 Oct 2015, 10:55 AM. I got my order on 3rd Nov. I found it defective and made a return / refund request same day. They took product and send it back to retailer. I got confirmation that your request is approved and product is reached and refund is initiated. expected date of refund to show in my bank account was 12 Nov 2015. but still i didn't got my money. when i am contacting customer care they are not responding me. I had ordered a product order number '73095767'. I have also sent the images with the description on the images that what is the problem on particular image. Still I am receiving the message that product is good and we cannot return your money. Return this defective product. I want my money back. Model is this drone is different and it has no camera. I originally booked a product (Godrej air gel car perfume) with shop clues on 8th Oct'15 and it was keep on getting shifted from one merchant to another due to unavailability of the product and finally it was confirmed on 22nd Oct'15, Its been more than a month (as order was originally placed on 8th oct'15) since i've been chasing shop clues for such tiny product. I've still not received my product and have received the notification through sms and mail that my product has been delivered & now they are claiming to share some fake/ forged POD (Proof of delivery).

I have ordered HP LAPTOP {Order id: 74935768}. The laptop is unboxed but it is not specified on the website properly and not at all specified on the merchant invoice. The battery of the laptop is defective, as mentioned it is Core i5-5200u laptop but the processing is very slow like i'm using i3 or i4. They people didn't even provide me the manual or the cd. I ordered the laptop on 7th November and received on 10th November. After seeing the defective product i raised a rerturn request {Return id:2289263}, till 13th November it was written that my return request is accepted, . On 14th November i received message on phone not mail that my return request is decline without any clarification. The customer care service is pathetic. They people are cheating on us. One can see website and blog floded with complaints and bad reviews about shopclues. Please help me in doing the needfull.

I placed an order for a Microwave Oven Grill - by whirlpool - "Magicook 20L Deluxe". I placed the order with shopclues on 18th of October, 2015. We got the product on 31st Oct and placed a return on the 1st of November. They delivered a "classic" version (only microwave) of the microwave while we paid for a "deluxe" version (Microwave, Oven, Grill). I have raised multiple complaints with shopclues customer service regarding this, and every time I'm asked for a 2-3 day processing period. I was asked to share the images of the product, and even after sharing the images, my return request was declined. I'm harassed by their pathetic service. I had ordered “Pigeon Induction Cooktop Rapido Cute Code: 993868” on 07th Nov 2015 order no. 74869942 and promised delivery on 19th Nov 2015. On 09th Nov got a mail saying product return to origin with tracking no.[protected] vide Blue Dart Courier. Today 4 days passed the same could not be traced on courier website and so called Shopclues customer care, got assurance from them that new courier docket no will be provide after 48 hrs & will get a call back within 4 hrs. Since 9th Nov everyday calling customer care and gets same answer that you will receive in 48 hrs. Worst customer care experience, false commitments, very very bad experience from Shopclues.com Please stop this company from looting people. Kindly arrange to refund my payment.
