My mistake that I Have Selected shopclues.com for Shopping of my mobile, handset delivered to me by Shoclues was Faulty one i.e was not accepting the Charging, was not getting On from the Power button after several attempts if howsoever got on then Net on CDMA Smart phone was not working .

Obviously that calls for a product return, But what a pity even after Loads of follow-up to SHoclues Customer Care no :[protected], Each time a new Customer EXE is picking up the call, Explain the Whole description of the Issue faced & U Will get a standard answer i.e. Kindly Wait for 48 Hrs.', our returns dept. will get back to u ... and then as usual no body from shopclues is bothers to listen to customer complaints, again when u take the followup the same whole process of getting back in 48 Hrs is repeated ...
It has now been more than month ( Oct 15 till date from these Foolish Online retail Website - SHoplclues - No customer Centric approach ... pathetic record of customer handling, please do not buy the product from these cheaters ... refer the description below :-

    I had ordered Kelvinator Refrigerator on 15 th Oct 2015 order no. 71742597 and promised delivery on 3-4 Nov 2015. On 29th Oct got a mail saying product handed to courier company and can be traced on 7horses.co.in with tracking no. The same could not be traced on courier website and so called Shopclues customer care, got assurance from them that the issue will be resolved and will get a call back within 4 hrs. Since 4th Nov everyday calling customer care and gets same answer that you will receive in 48 hrs. but same did not arrive till 12th Nov 2015. Worst customer care experience, false commitments, very very bad experience from Shopclues.com Please stop this company from looting people.

      Dear Sir My Order no:71324066, Carrier Name: E-Parcel Tracking Number: EP2453092 Expected Date Delivery: Wed 28 Oct I have not receive the product .Vey bad service, which i have ever experienced in online shopping website Even tracker has not updated from 30 oct. I think the courier partner is cheating you and saying it has delivered. My emi has started. I think from your side you are also not taking any intiative to handover the parcel. If you are really not interested kindly cancel the same. Even now i called customer care there is no proper response. im really fedup. You kindly share the contact details of the intermediate person so that we can follow up. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

The saree is not nice so i returned that one, 2nd one is before taking i rejected that saree. yet i did not get refund. several times i gave complaint in shopclues customer support and customer care also. but i did not get refund

              Blumelt Candy Crush School Bag (BLSBO16BR) (QTY:1) ordered by me vide order No:72990819 on 22 Oct 2015, 07:09 AM. The product is not the same I ordered vide no: 72990819. I never experienced like this. The selling merchant cheated me by sending a purse(must thrown into dustbin) instead of SCHOOL BAG. I regret very much for the supplier's negligence. I also requested shop clues to send the original product of school bag or return my money to bank. But, so far no solution or compensation awarded by the company. I have not received any information of process to return my money or sending the original product of School Bag till date, even after two weeks of time. I am unable to handle my female child cry for this Bag.

              i have purchase one rado watch from your advertisements & its found fake watch . Compare to cost which i have paid its not worth. Due to my opinion of we have to avoid online purchase.

              Whatever your selling brand name item all are its fake name. That means your are making full everybody.It is totally miss guided us.

              Late me know how to return my money. This watch we have received on 16 sep 2015.

                I ordered a nicer slicer dicer and a HP bag on 15th october. Order numbers: 71714739 and 71688137. Both the orders have not been delivered to my address however, I received mesages from shopclues that the item has been delivered and they want my views about the product. This is some kind of joke as I have not received my products yet!!!. I requested for money back and they have been refusing to return my money either.
                I am so pissed that I even left this review and still no action has been taken!!!-
                "I ordered this product on 15th OCtober. I didnot receive this item. I called customer services 100s of time no actions taken yet. I wanted my money back. that is not initiated either. I simply want my money back. I ordered a bag on snapdeal day before yesterday and it has already been delivered. Learn something from Snapdeal, Amazon and Paytm. You are a fraud company. I am complaining about you in consumer forum.!!!"

                  after this complaint i have already followed for last ten days upto 25 to 30 times and i have already informing to them regarding complaint to consumer forum although they are never replied to the said mails.

                  Please do the action of punishment on such online forum as i totally dissatisfied with shop clues 2nd time as there are many reviewers totally dissatisfied with the said forum as many person not received free battery as it is available on following link of shopclues.com of sale of Eveready 12w led bulbs 6500 k as they not provided to many customers for free products.

                    Agar sab milke in company o ki vaat laga sakte he to sab milke company pe case maro ye consumer me kuchh nahi hone wala, ye sab bikao he or [censored] he, kitno ko is me complain karne se return or koi response mila????? aam admi jab ek se jyada mil jaye to bahot kuchh kar sakte he, ye khali site kholnese hamari problem solve nahi hoti, jo log aapke ghar ke paas ke ho unse milke in company o par case maro fir dekho. company chalni hi nahi. best of luck all guy's and best wishes

Blumelt Candy Crush School Bag (QTY:1) Price:- Rs 119/- 3. Nexa Assorted Kids Floater Sandals (QTY:1)Price:-Rs 179/- Total amount payed through SBI Net banking in advance. On 07 Nov 15 I got a parcel from the company containing a pouch in place of school bag . Sl no 2.When I put a return request I had been informed by the company that item not coming under return policy. On 10 Nov 15 when I queried for the rest two items and after the incident i request the cancellation of the order, I have been informed by the company that item Sl No. 2 already delivered and they provide nil information regarding Sl No 3. So I like to register a complain of cheating the costumer against the company. I further request you to investigate the matter and brought the matter in public so that nobody can be cheated in future and make the company to pay me back the money taken from me. I have all the E- mail regarding to the issue with me and I am pesting all the photos here with.
                      The company is receiving the total payment from the costumer. On the website the company is assuring that all the sellers on their site are thoroughly investigated and registered. So the company must take the responsibility when the costumer is being cheated by the seller. But in my case company is simply passed the buck on the seller and the costumer. So after taking the money company forgets the costumer. It is very bad for the future of the company. Now as a cheated costumer I will not recommend anybody to make online shopping on SHOPCLUES.COM

                        I am totally fed up using Shop Clues services.
                        At first, I want to tell you that I have to called Shop Clues team many times regarding product delivery expected time. Till now I have not received any product within Expected time mentioned from their end. If they want to check then they just need to visit my order section for me.

                        Secondly, My Order ID was:72078117 & estimated delivery date was 4-5 Nov, 2015 & on 3rd Nov Shop Clues team have sent me a mail that my product has been delivered. Shop Clues Support team are totally irresponsible & they have no manners that how to talk with a Customer. After that I called many times shop clues team, their Logistics also as mentioned & ticket opened regarding that. At last today(10-Nov-2015), I have received my product but it was broken Product within the package.

                        I am sending you a screenshot regarding that. Attached please find the documents.

                        This is totally Customer harassment & loss of Customers time & money also. I need compensation & exchange my product regarding that. Already gone Rs.255/-(approx.) from my mobile bill just for investigating purpose with Shop Clues team regarding this matter.

                        Can you please look into this matter ASAP & revert back to me for resolution & COMPENSATION.

                        Also this type of problem faced many customer just like me. So that's why Shop Clues name going to down gradually.

                        Shop Clues totally Very BAD Website.Please don't purchase any product from their site.Also quality of their product is too poor.

                        PS: Also without my permission many product has been cancelled by their department(Order ID:72053816 & Order ID:[protected]. I need resolutions & Compensations.

                          My Order Number 72044953 on 17 Oct 2015, 01:27 PM . But We have not receive k decor set of 7 double bedsheets with 14 pillow covers. We got only k decor set of 1 double bedsheets with 2 pillow covers. so plz delever me k decor set of 6 double bedsheets with 12 pillow covers. If YOu are not able to deliver k decor set of 6 double bedsheets with 12 pillow covers then the Consumer suffer. I have not dealt with merchant but with the website. The company website claims a 10 day replacement or refund policy.
                          AND MY Return Number 2202110 on 26 Oct 2015, 12:45 PM But shopclues.com not any response.

                            I am online shopping customer . I am shop at online on shopclues 20 oct 15. Order date order no 72758827. Product Surya alliza 3 burnur automatic gas stove Rs.1499 shipping 199 cash on delivary fee 34 total 1732. This product reach at phaltan 28 oct 2015. From blue dart currier service.
                            But, this product has stove of shopclues during shipment( causing poor packing) damaged. At that I am complaint shopclues customer support (28 oct 15. At 6:13pm ) for replacement my gas stove as well as I am mail 29 oct 15. Attached with damaged photo. After 3 days(1 nov 15 )accepted my complaint mail received . But then after till today only sent mail your request accepted and other reason's ex. Pick- up not available other but not sent my replacement. Please solve my issue for consumer care.

                                Dear Sir, I have purchased Of Rs.230/- Order Number[protected]Sub Order:69454544 &[protected] on 28 Sept 2015, As part of offer(SFM Offer) during that period I should get 200 as cluebucks. As last product delivered on 10th Oct 2015 and as part of offer after 14 days only cluebucks will credit. But till now cluebucks has not credited.Your company doing this type of fraud activity. Before also i have purchased a product & i have got damage item but you are not giving the replacement also.When i have called the team no respond of the call at all.Please provide me the refund of Rs.200 in my cluebucks within 48 Hours by contacting the team otherwise i will took further strong action over this. This is ridiculous.Your company should feel shame for this type of activity.This not a matter of Rs.200 you are cheating with customer.The website & company should closed because If you have not capacity of providing refund why you are advertised in the website.This is a severe cheating with the customer.                                   i have booked one Kids Educational Tablet on 22oct15 vide order no73069632 with date of delivery on 9 nov15. on 28 oct i got one sms state that item not available.again i gote one sms on 30 oct state that order confirmed & delivered on14 nov. today i got one sms & mail stating that item has been delivered but i dont get the product till now.

                                    I buy a NOKIA LUMIA 710 from shopclues and it was delivered to me 15 days back, when I open the box I found that the product is defective and the very same day I file a return request on shoplclue site and I also uploaded the Image of defective product, and I am continuously mailing them everyday from last 7 days and they are not responding to my return request. This is the worst experience ever I face in my shopping journey.
