    Dear Sir, I have purchased Of Rs.230/- Order Number[protected]Sub Order:69454544 &[protected] on 28 Sept 2015 from shopclues.com, As part of offer(SFM Offer) during that period I should get 200 as cluebucks. As last product delivered on 10th Oct 2015 and as part of offer after 14 days only cluebucks will credit. But till now cluebucks has not credited.Your company doing this type of fraud activity. Before also i have purchased a product & i have got damage item but they are not giving the replacement also & i have to keep silent even When i have called the team no respond of the call at all.Please contact the shopclues team provide me the refund of Rs.200 in my cluebucks within 48 Hours otherwise i will took further strong action over this. The company should feel shame for this type of activity.This not a matter of Rs.200 they are cheating with customer.The website & company should closed because If they have not capacity of providing refund why they are advertised in the website & give false assurance.This is a severe cheating with the customer. Please do the needful within 48 hours otherwise i will share this message in social media also so that everyone should know about this & should think 10 times to buy a item from their website & never buy the item especially during the offer period.I have called them several times today but line busy & i am wasting my time & money over phone but can't contact them.I want your help within 48 hour in my mobile number [protected].Otherwise i will not further silent for your fraudulent activity.

They have purposely delivered wrong shirt of all half sleeve, not as per image pattern and colour also responding very slow. Look like this company is fake and cheating people.           This is regarding a Product (Eureka Forbes Aqua Sure Elegant RO water Purifier) which I bought from Shop Clues.com.
          The order was placed on 18th Sep’2015 at 11:44 PM, Payment mode was prepaid with direct delivery at my Home town address: Shri Om Traders Bazar Kallu Ganj, Najibabad Dist.: Bijinor on additional cost of INR 299 as Shipping cost.
          Order No.: 68498398
          This Product was delivered on 25th Sep’15 at my place, Since it was to be installed, so we requested a RO installer person to get it installed, since he was not free so he visited on 26th Sep’15. That day its was found that the product is not working.

          I immediately called on the help line number of Eureka Fobes which was mentioned on the product.
          But they said we have to place defective request to the Ecommerce website, I immediately did that, Shop clue executive confirmed my request has been processed, it will take 1-2 working days to get it replaced & picked.

          From 26th Sep’15 . I am just following with them, Neither they revert on my call, neither they are replying on emails.

          I am just getting below emails replies.

              Shop Clues — Manufacturing defect on ordered products

              cant call them cannot complete the form as its not going thru...not able to request for a return.feeling cheated by shopclues

                I purchased Geyser from Shopclues on 6th Oct 2015 online Order no. 70393453. Received mail communication that it is delivered to me, but unfortunately it is not delivered to my address, else it is delivered to Azamgarh which is far away from my city Varanasi.I have raised a complaint through customer care (complain no. 4728880) on 24.10.2015, but it is yet not suitably resolved.

                        So far no action was taken for refund of amount so i request you to kindly interfere and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

                            What is this? Is it joke, cheating, fraud and any other thing? I have seen an advertisement on My smart price home page says:- Melamine Dinner Set - 12 Pcs @ of Rs. 169/- only, but when I try to book it through shopclues sites on dated 05/06/11/2015, it says that I have to pay Rs. 718/-. What did I consider it? Joke or fraud with customers. You have difference in your quotation and action. Whether it is happened either deliberately or by mistake, I don’t know. But it is fact. You can’t cheat with customers. You are survive in the market only due to your customer’s trust. Don’t break their trust. You are not alone in the market, I have lot of options. Lot of companies are in queue. I want clarification, otherwise I shall advise my relatives & friends not to buy from your site. Consider it seriously, if you can. Its up to you.

                              Ordered a yellow satin tie to deliver at my office address. Product delivered after 20 days of ordering. Tie was of poor quality. Return requested on same day from my home address. But still return request is pending. Sevral reminder given by call. But shop clue is not bother.
                              poor service as product delivered after 25 days of ordering.

                                Friend coming straight to the point please do not buy anything from ShopClues.com. One might easily fell prey to the discount offer mentioned against the products in this site.Six month back I made a purchase from this site and I received a wrong product.When I requested them to refund my money they turned down my request and instead offered me clue buck against which I can make any purchase in future.In this Diwali I once again order an item using my saved clue buck with rest amount to be paid as COD.The order number was 71992637 and this was send through E-com courier. When I contact the Ecom they told me that shopclues has made request not to deliver the item.My advice please avoid buying any thing from this site.THIS IS A FRAUD ONLINE PLATFORM.

                                    Hi Team, There is issue with your team service no body care of your guest I am also from co-corporate company that how to deal with client . The issue is I bought new LED on 22 Jun 2015, 05:43 order no 57868411 online after receiving led (Samsung 40J5100 full hd Slim led Television 40" (QTY:1)) that was working fine since 7 days I found that spot on led screen which I tried to clean but failed . I sent email to your company and got acknowledgment that you people will revert in 48 hours no body yet contacted. I have warranty period of led. Kindly send someone to correct the issue or else I will highlight in media how you people are cheating with client. You don’t know guys I can drag you in to the court if you people do not take action or resolve the issue. If you can’t help then I will revert your product right now.                                       Just for name sake there will be amazing discounts but the products are damaged/quality wise worst, defective etc.We have no proper option to return the items.My money is totally waste by shopping with shopclues.Please don not shop here.Item delivery takes too long time..Totally to say SHOPCLUES is big Fraud company..cheaters .please do not buy any items.Its better if they close it instead of fooling people...

                                        Hi, My order is [protected] which was made on 18th Oct. Already 18 days passed and I am still waiting for the update from Shopclue and the courier company Xpressbees. Courier person is calling and saying they are out for delivery but they are not coming.
