I Have order Pack of 5 Koutons Shirts on Shopclue company they have purposely delivering wrong, low grade product againt shown images. They have purposely delivered wrong shirt of all half sleeve, not as per image pattern and colour also responding very slow. Look like this company is fake and cheating people. Also refund is not done as almost a month past. My order no. is 71598443. Please provide help ......

I purchased Geyser from Shopclues on 6th Oct 2015 online Order no. 70393453. Received mail communication that it is delivered to me, but unfortunately it is not delivered to my address, else it is delivered to Azamgarh which is far away from my city Varanasi.I have raised a complaint through customer care (complain no. 4728880) on 24.10.2015, but it is yet not suitably resolved....

I have placed order on 24/10/2015 and received hand set on 28/10/2015 was faulty after this continue in follows with costumer care team of shop clues but fell This is very bad condition of costumer in India :-

Hi, My order is [protected] which was made on 18th Oct. Already 18 days passed and I am still waiting for the update from Shopclue and the courier company Xpressbees. Courier person is calling and saying they are out for delivery but they are not coming. It happned 2-3 times which is worst experience for me with shop clue and xpressbees both. This is in regards to the product i have ordered online from Shopcues.com. The status for the product is delivered, however the product has not been received & after the conversation with the related empleoyee with shopclues, there is no proper response. When i asked for resolution they said that you can file a complaint against us....

I have purchase and item on 28th October, and they are not sure about the status, When asked for resolution, Costomer care asked to wait for endless time.

Customer care is so irritated that they speak just like robots to wait 272 hours, regardless the issue is....
