Just for name sake there will be amazing discounts but the products are damaged/quality wise worst, defective etc.We have no proper option to return the items.My money is totally waste by shopping with shopclues.Please don not shop here.Item delivery takes too long time..Totally to say SHOPCLUES is big Fraud company..cheaters .please do not buy any items.Its better if they close it instead of fooling people...

Courier person is calling and saying they are out for delivery but they are not coming. It happned 2-3 times which is worst experience for me with shop clue and xpressbees both. The status for the product is delivered, however the product has not been received & after the conversation with the related empleoyee with shopclues, there is no proper response. When i asked for resolution they said that you can file a complaint against us.

        I have purchase and item on 28th October, and they are not sure about the status, When asked for resolution, Costomer care asked to wait for endless time.

        Customer care is so irritated that they speak just like robots to wait 272 hours, regardless the issue is.

              I ordered 4GB DDR3 1333MHz DOLGIX Laptop ram. ram got delivered on 3rd Nov 2015. Which is not working at all. I made return and refund request just after few hour of product delivering. they said
              "This is to notify that ShopClues support has approved the return request of your order 73777334 and there will be no reverse pick-up for the product.
              What happens NEXT?
              -We are not arranging any reverse pick-up for the product.
              -The complete refund will be processed in the same mode of payment.
              -The amount will be credited in your bank account within 4-5 days.
              "

              After few time they send another email which says
              " We have approved your return request against order no. 73777334. Reverse pickup has been scheduled and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 6-7 business days.

              We request you to pack the product and do mention order number 73777334 on the packet and hand over the packet to the executive with the following address mentioned on the packet. Kindly take the receipt from courier person. "

              Again they send a person to pick up product. Person picked product.
              Now they are saying
              "Refund Status: Rejected"

              They reject my refund. How can they do this. They first send faulty product, took my money and then reject refund.

              What the hell is this.
              I want my whole money (Rs 1, 391) back to my account. I want my money back on my bank account.
              really very bad experience with shopclues.

                I have purchased four products from Shopclues to save few hundred rupees after comparing against other website prices ( Order date : 26 Sep 2015). After the purchase, I waited for more than a week to receive my products. The real surprise was after unpacking the parcels, two out of four products were damaged.

                One product was an Electric Grill (Order Id :[protected] and another one was Frontech UPS (Order Id :[protected].The Electric Grill is usable, even though the tray is damaged, but the UPS is unusable because the plugging part was inside the case. When I contacted their customer support (Return ID : 2111320 ), they replied that I have raised the return request after 2 days of delivery so I won't be eligible for refund.
                Due to my busy schedule, I could open the parcels only after two days after delivery. I was thinking, they will have atleast 10 days return guarantee when other websites are offering upto 30 days. But they said because it is a damaged product, I have to report them within 2 days.
                Whose mistake is it to deliver damaged product? They don't even respond to my further queries regarding this issue. I need your help to refund my cash or replace with a working product.

                  I have order from Shopclues on 18th Oct. 2015, and the site said that the product will get delivered in 30th October. However a 18 days passed and my product was not delivered. On calling the customer care number, there is no response from them, many of times the call but my problem is not solved.

                    First i purchase a Wild horn Genuine Leather Wallet from Shop clues of Rs.366/- but the product was very bad quality and colour was so different from order then i request for refund and they refund as a Clues bucks which is a intentionally then i used this bucks for other product which i was order a YR Stylish Leather HONDA wallet 259/[protected] and A USB Travel Charger Rs51/-(Order no.[protected] which i already paid and i was also done a request for refund for whole amount Rs.676/- just because of very bad quality and different colour product but they are not refunding my amount of Rs.676/- after so many time calls and continuous follow-up they just said we provide your refund so please help me on this and make my refund early

                      I have buyed the Samsung Power Bank 9000 mAh on 29 Oct 2015, 10:28 AM for Rs 149 from the seller name Aptroid Tech Jaipur on shopclues.com my order no is 73774952 but on 4 Nov 2015 i got the message that your order has been cancel because product is not available with the seller but when i search that product on Shopclues it is in the stock with that seller and seller sell that product for Rs 899.

                      So please can you know what you can do for this.

                        But I received Grill maker NSg 2438 with damage condition. Backside stand found broken.

                        Then I raised complaint and asked for replacement for damaged product.

                          I have ordered a electric wax heater in shopclues.com on 23rd of October i have paid it already, i got a message stating it is being handed over to the Professional-okhla courier partner on the 24th of October and the expected delivery date is on 31st of October...but i still didnt receive the product and the no response from the shopcles as well as theProfessional courier too.. Take the immediate action asi will not be available in the same address from next week onwards as i ll be travelling.                             Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I ordered 2 Samsung LED TV from Shopclues.com online after making full payment through my credit card on 18th Oct -shopclues Order no 72362096 & 97 and it was booked through Safeexpress with tracking no 83269947 & 48. Every day I use to followup with shopclues Customer care online support & safeexpress courier online support but no body is able to solve my problem,
                            they only say your consiment is not yet picked from Delhi. I need both
                            the television immediately since i have to award it in some funtion on 3rd Nov 2015, I requested both shopclues and Safeexpress If i do not get both TV by today evening then this would be a huge reputational loss to me. No body is able to tell me when they will deliver my product.
                            Please note that I am fed up of being following up with customer
                            care team, this is the worst experiednce I had with safeexpress as
                            well as shopclues who is not taking any ownership to solve my problem.

                            Please take some stringent action against both parties as like me there would be several other buyers who might be facing same problem.

                              Sir actually we felt cheated after receiving the product as there was a huge difference in the max. retail price of the product delivered and the one shown in the advertisement. The price shown online was listed as:list price=249, selling price=100, and after promising a discount of 90% they made the deal price=24.But the selling price mentioned in the received product is 54. When we complained to customer care office, they did not entertained...

                              Hello, I had purchased Samsung Television online on shopclues, They mentioned me delivery time somewhere at 20th Oct. but I received it on 5th October, But as my home decoration was going on and some home shifting was in place. I had opened TV packing on 23rd Oct, when I opened and connected / installed TV I found 4 defects 1. TV Body fitting is not proper, it has open space at the top which is throwing hard LED light (Not good for eyes) 2. Screen has dark black spot at the top nearby wrong body fitting. 3. Screen has around 30-40 horizontal black lines. 4. Screen had 2 vertical lines of green color; fortunately one line disappeared in next 2 days. Now they say my fault was I didn’t open the TV as soon it was delivered due to my home decoration and shifting. They have 10 day return policy, but what to tell shopclues if they have so many defects in single product, and those are not physical defects but technical defects. There is no physical damage anywhere. It is not making sense to prove that the defects are not because I opened TV 7/8 days late but those are technical issues, which are much clear from the photos that I shared. When I opened many complaints to shopclues customer support team, they are just not worth to resolve the issue. I also shared product photos to show the proof. All my tickets are closed with no proper answer. The main thing is they are ignoring the issue, I called them almost every day since 23rd October & spent my 500 rupees extra to tell them the issue everytime, they just answer “Sir issue will be resolved in 48 hours”/ Not a single call back they did to me even I requested them many times. 1) IF They cannot replace / refund my product. THEY SHOULD ATLEAST RESOLVE THE ISSUE UNDER 1 Year seller warranty but they are just ignoring. 2) Shopclues has cluebuck policy where they give points of 2% order value. My cluebucks also rejected even I had a screen message that you will get 2% cluebucks (Around 400+ rupees) (For the same order 3 months ago, I received cluebucks successfully, but same order has no sense to reject it) Order ID – 69114712 Product Samsung LED TV- 40J5100 Complain ID – 4744347 + 4744339 + 4676785+ 4481455+ 4481413+ 4928658 Order cost- 23400/- I really need help on this, because I am literally fed up to shopclues. I even contacted shopclues Owner on facebook, I messaged my problem but he is just a silent like their idle customer support team Please help me to resolve issues of my TV, either by refund/replacement/ warranty cover.                                 Hi, I want to order a white board. I choose one and add to cart. It was worth 240 bucks. Then i proceed further and went to payment. At that time Shopclues.com was charging me double price. I have video as a proof. If any body want i can share. Or in few days it will be on social media. They are fraud and dont value their customer. I request to ban this site.

Unfortunately the phone has a problem, it doesn't switch-on (defective product), upon request of replacement file on 29.10.15. I received an email stating rejection of my request without any explaining. I have being trying to resolve my issue raised due to defective product receive on 28.10.15. I also contact to mention shree maruti courier service and given them a tracking number[protected] and checked they said that they didn't got this type of product. & checked with tracking number its not showing any status and I got email from shopclues as

                                      I ordered a sandwich maker and washing balls costing 578 and 211 rs. respectively on 01.10.15 but due to some reasons (dont know), it was informed to me that my order was cancelled and refund of same will be made shortly but after lapse a period of 20 days no refund is received by me in my bank account till the day. they are pampering me continue but not refunding the amount. by lodging this complaints, i want to have strict action against the online shopping companies who are playing the imotions of innocent consumers by giving them attractive discounts for their promotions and making forgery with them by cancelling the order, non refunding their amount.. hope that consumer court will protect our right by taking stern action against them. thanks.
