I brought it at the quantity of 5 but i have got only 3 headphone 2 headphone is not within the parcel. Please help me.

Hi, As i have purchased a new Xiomi Mi4 phone from shopclues with below order details: Order Number: 71540270 Return Number: 2196979 Product: Xiaomi Mi 4 (White 16 GB) - (6 Months Brand Warranty) The product turned out to be defective, for which we logged a return request dated[protected] and request no : 2196979, but now they are refusing to return the product and are ready to repair it in 25 days time. As i have paid for brand new product so i am not able to accept any faulty or repaired product. Kindly help me out in refunding or replacement from shopclues as soon as possible. We have initiated the process of logging the complaint in consumer forum of India, thus shopclues and merchant will receive the written notice regarding the same very soon. However if you they ready to provide the replacement of product at the earliest we may take back the complaint from consumer forum. Also there is no nearby service center in my area. I received a package from Xpress Courier which was supposed to have the product which I had ordered from Shopclues.com. After payment, I opened the package and found some other product which I had not ordered. This dealer/sender for this product is IGIFTDEALS, Delhi. It appears that such sellers deliberately send their defective, torn or different products. Such sellers must be blacklisted and Shopclues must ensure that the product ordered is one which the buyer receives. Feeling disgusted. Thumbsdown to Shopclues.com.

Hii i had mentioned that quality of product ie. Its threads are scattered all around. Stiching are scattered. Seller shipped defective product.Lkindly return product or i have to file case against you in consumer forum delhi. Totally cheating by you disppointed. How u can cancel return. Had a dot in the clothes. I think its like used cloth no tag..

I had ordered a new led tv on 17 oct 2015 and when i ordered then shopclues message me that your ordered will de deliver on 28 0ct 2015 and after sometime shopclues informed me that your product has been delay from merchant side. and this will 3 days ago i have not got my product . i'm waiting to when will my TV be home. shopclues cheated with me that company had not deliver my product on that estimated date.

I have booked online Protoner 20 Kg Weight Lifting Package With Straight Rod through Shop Clues agency on dated 10th Oct 2015. It's order no is 70869507. The agency dispatched this consign through FEDEX courier agency and tracking no. is[protected]. As per schedule this consigment want to deliver on dated 23rd Oct. That day the consignment is not deliver. I talk with concern courier agency, they told some parts are missing that we cant deliver this material on deliver date. After this statement i talk with shop clues customer care person they again told me we are sending fresh consignment and it will deliver on 30th Oct. Today also the consignment not delivered. i check with fedex courier they told still it is not received to them. I call to shop clues for inquiry, every person giving wrong statement. somebody telling it will deliver tonight, somebody telling the consignment is not available in market, we will available then we will dispatched. already i have paid this consignment amount and concern agency is playing with me and providing me wrong information.

Hello I have received order #72820708 from shopclue as on dated 25th Oct-15. But it is empty box without product. Only charger and Headphone was there in Box. Mobile phone and invoice was missing. I have paid Rs. 16538 to courier boy. I have made a complaint on shopclues.Com on on same day and then have received mail as on dated 26th states that initiate the return request. I have done the same. As on dated 29th customer care confirm me that your request has been approved. but as on dated 30th have got massage on my mobile that your return request is declined. Again called to customer care as on dated 30th then they start same process which was already done earlier.now I think I got cheated by this company. So request you please help me to get my product from shopclue.

I had purchased Order Number: 72730304 Product: Suruchi Pressure Cooker 1.5 Ltr. Date of purchase: 19th October 2015 Delivery Date: 29th October 2015 Amount: Rs 498 The product was provided in a damaged condition and box all broken up. The product seemed like a used product. As per their policy if damaged item is product, the customer is eligible for return. I wrote to them immediately requesting for the refund, they blankly refuse. Already written thrice to them. Now they are saying that it was purchased in Sunday Flea Sale which is a total lie. Even the price currently is same for the product. Kindly help.
