Hi

I have purchased a 30 inch Jumbo teddy bear (Soft toy) from Shop clues on 8th Oct. It was a gift for my daughter. After continuous followup with Shopclues, it got delivered on 21st Oct, Total 14 days wasted in the process.

My problem doesn't end there. The product delivered to me was small in size. Not even 2 ft( that is when teddy bear is standing, full length). terribly disappointed with this.

After that I immediately asked them for refund. But till date I have not received that also.

Shopclues should compensate for all the inconvenience caused. It was not just another product it was a gift. They have mentioned wrong sizes in their website, thus cheating the customers.

They should refund double the amount.

Please look into this and resolve it on priority.

With lot of disappointment, I am writing this mail. The details of customers entered in this sit is used by Fraud companies. Just now I received a call from [protected], they were saying he is from shopclues and he is refunding the money immediately. But then he started asking details of my ICICI Debit Card Number, then other details of the card.

When asked you are fraud he put my call on hold and thats it.

Not sure weather this is with the knowledge of consumercomplaints.in. But it is shocking.

Lost my confidence with the site
Hi I bought KARBONN KB 5D battery
But the size was too
So i refund the battery
But still they r not refund my money into my account
I called now for customer care officer
They are not giving proper response
So i hate shopclues

    I purchased some product two mobths back.when I opened the package I saw that some items were missing from the package.I quickly made a complaint to company and asked them for the return amd company promised for the refunf of money in form of cluesbucks.But my money is still not refunded to me by any means of bank transfer or cluesbucks.       I have ordered Philips MMS 1400 Laptop/Desktop Speaker (2.1 channel) from Shop Clues on 18th Sep 2015, Order ID # 68488418, I was informed that my order will be delivered by 3-5 working days. After a week when the product was not delivered, I thought to check my product status and found that my order was transferred to another Merchant as the current merchant was unable to fulfill the same. Later on my order was transferred to other merchant with new order id # 68959866 and it was delivered to me on 28th September 2015. When i have checked the product, i found that there is some technical problem and the sound output is not good and i thought of return the product. I have called shop clues customer care and asked to get my product picked up and to follow the refund process. I was informed that shop clues technical team will get back to me by max 48 hour's but i haven't any call and again i called the customer care and again they asked me to wait for 48 hour's so that the technical team can contact me. On 17th Oct'2015 i have received a mail from [protected]@shopcluescom.zendesk.com stating that they have send me same product with standard quality which was ordered by me and for further clarification i should check the product description properly mentioned in website and they may not be able to fulfill my request for refund and they have provided me a link to check the return policy and till date the link is not working. Again i have called customer care and told them the entire issue and i got the same reply that the technical team will get back to me by 48 hour's and on 20th Oct'2015 i have received another mail stating me to visit nearest service center and seek assistance as the product ordered by me is under manufacturer warranty and if they fail to resolve my query i have collect the job sheet from Philips service center and send the scan copy to shop clues. Is this the way Online shopping sites are resolving customer issue? When i am not satisfied with the product, why shop clues team is not ready to refund and why i have to reach out to service center and waste my time. I have called 4 times to shop clues customer care team and till date i haven’t received any valid response. Please help me on this.

        Sir I have ordered a VOX VN-02 ANDROID NET BOOK SOLD A DEFECTIVE PIECE vide ORDER NO 71341939 and same was delivered on COD for Rs.4023. On receipt i have found that it is defective peice, the display there are color lines coming. Immediately on the same day ihave i have filed a complaint and requested for refund or replacement. When I received this product I was totally shocked as they have delivered wrong product ad that too it has symbol of political party BJP and when I raised an issue and asking to refund my money they are not entertaining it. Kindly have a look into this matter.

                        Hai All, Shopclues recently put a big thanks sale, In that they put digital watch for 39 rups, which unbelievable, So I brought that product for 49 rups, then after 10 days they ask me some time to give that product, as they ask i give how much they want that much time, like that they take nearly 15days then finally product cancel due to not avaliable the product, Bt it's lie by shopclues, It available in site, I raise lot claims still not responding on this, Even ask to customer care, They will replay as they wish, worst service

                          Hi All,
                          I ordered a spin mop from shopclues worth Rs 500. Damaged product was delivered for which I asked for refund and return. After so many chases they asked for damaged product pics which I sent promptly. After 3-4 Days they say that the return pickup is not available in the area so I will have to send it myself, they will refund a max of Rs 300 Bill amount incurred as cluebucks, but to initiate my refund of the purchased product they will first do a Quality check which was absolutely fine.
                          Buttttt, ... when I sent the product to the address shared they refused to receive the product. What should I do now !!!

                            I had got damaged product and i had notified the website on same day that is 17th Oct 2015 11:44AM.i received.Later i did not received any response so i checked they had closed the claim already without informing me. and this is the second time they are doing this. For 3 days i have been calling their support. The customer Support again sends mail to their support team and now they are replying that you have not informed within 2 days which is so untrue. On 21st October 2015 I just mailed them asking why request ID is closed.
                            Return ID is 2158597 and i have attached the Screenshot of their website where all details of return is filed.

                                  Complaint against Shopclues on line shopping Portal I received some discount coupon from SBIcards for online shopping at shopclues.com.Because it is received from a reputed credit card company like SBIcards, I did not have any suspicion about their dealings. But I had a bad experience and hereby lodging my two complaints: 1 I ordered TWO numbers of Prestige omega select plus Aluminium round base Kadhai 250mm code 356582 Merch Ref 30720 on 1.10.15 at 9.01PM, unit price Rs.1290 total 2580 ORDER 69728948 I received the parcel on 12.10.15 at 4.30pm which contained ONLY ONE number of Kadhai(though two pieces of top and bottom which make the complete set). The size of the box is also such that only one kadhai alone can fit. I sent a e mail to shopclues through their website explaining the position and asked them to either send more item or return the money to my SBI card a/c. No response. Again I sent a reminder mail on 15.10.15 forwarding a copy of earlier mail. Till this time no response. I marked a copy to SBI card also(their ref 1-[protected] dtd 15.10.15)I request you to help me to get the balance ONE item or return of its value to my SBI card account. 2 SECOND COMPLAINT: I ordered Fragrance Oil Burner-Aroma Diffuser code 82733883 Merch ref OILBR1 costing Rs.149 order No 69770284 dated 2.10.15 at 4.53pm The item was receieved on 6.10.15 in a BROKEN condition of 2 pieces. The packing was very very poor and that is why it broke in trasit itself. Immediately I took the pictures of the broken pieces and sent to them by e mail on the same day.                                     I have ordred three sarees in order no.69684175 and they informed the shipping track no.[protected] couriered through Shree Marutti courier pvt ltd.
                                    suddenly i was informed that the product was delivered and i am shocked since i have not received.
                                    After verification of the process i found that the DELIVERY SHEET dated07/10/2015 10.46 AM, contains the NAME OF THE PARTY as LOVELY GUPTA INSTEAD OF my name KUMARAN K V and signature obtained from lovely gupta instead of MY SIGNATURE.
                                    This is highly ridiculas and negligence on the part of SHOP CLUES and courier company.
                                    I sent somany emails, but they are saying the same old story that the product was delivered .I requested for proof of delivery but they have NOTYET provided.
                                    I didnot expect such service from SHOP CLUES.

                                      I have placed the (Samsung Galaxy S6) order on 12th october 2015, with order number 71195404 from Shopclues.com, still I did not received the product. I have called the courier department (OnDot) on 16th Oct 2015 just to inquire when would I be getting the product delivered. To my surprise they told me that product was delivered on 14 th october to different address and said that it's not the mobile product. I understood that the shopclues have given me the fake shipment number to cheat me, I immediately called them but they said the promised date is on 19th so no action will be taken, then after coordinating my self with courier (OnDot) team they have sent me the Delivery sheet screenshot. I have immediately sent that copy to Shopclues, they then said I will be getting back to me by solution in next 48 hrs. Post that I have called them again and they said me the same story telling me that they need other 48 hrs, till now no resolution was provided. I have purchased this through my credit card wherein my bill date was generated.                                         As I ordered my product, it was stating that it will be delivered within their stipulated time. I was waiting for the delivery . Every 2-3 days I started to get information about the product, that it was accepted, it was checked for quality, it was ready to dispatched, it was given to courier and it will be delivered on this date. After this all status I suddenly got a sms that your product has been returned back to the origin, I was shocked with the status . I called to the c. Care of company on getting information from one of the agent they only informed me that your product has been returned to the origin . On asking the proper justification they don't know anything. Even on giving a chance, I asked them to re-shipped my product, they just denied and told me to replace the order . It was one of the most disappointment services given by any e commerce portal. I was very unhappy with the services of shopclues.com .
