Date of incident: 19/08/2015 i ordered a product on shopclues.Com cost: rs.2029/- i got the product on 27/08/2015 and when i opened the parcel, the product was fake and damaged too. Later the same day i called shopclues customer care and requested for reverse pickup. They arranged for it on september 11 and the pickup was made on 17 september. But so far they are just reverting mails lately that they have received the product and is out with merchant and it will be processed and refund will be made soon. Every time i call, them after their committed time, they say the same thing. I am helpless and i have planned to file a complaint.

I had ordered two orders from ShopClues.com. their details are as below. 1. wooden skewer set order number[protected]part of combined order[protected]. 2. Tempered glass for mobile order number[protected]part of combined order[protected]. the order status on Shopclues.com shows order is delivered on 13/10/2015. Dear Sir/Madam, My self is Deepak kanjlia. I have purchased online power bank in august 2015, from shopclues.com and my order Id is 65941020. Sir when i received my product it is not working and next day i mailed the shopclues for refund/replacement. But they are telling me that you please send us the product at given address and i already send the same. But they people are refused to take my courier. After that shopclues communicate me that please again send the product to our wear house. Again i send the courier and again they refused to take this. Then i clearly told to shopclues that now i m not sending any courier to you and i want my money i.e my product value + twice times courier charges in my bank account. But still i did not recieved my amount. Dear Sir, please take some serious action on the same case because they people are making fool to customers. (Above all the communication done by mails). I have ordered for two products on 12th october 2015 a USB cooling pad and sim adapter and i have paid the amount of rupees 446 for both of the products online (9% discount coupon applied) but the confirmation mail and message by ShopClues (on the registered mobile number) was sent only for the USB cooling pad that was of 375 and the sim adapter order was never mentioned anywhere by ShopClues of rupees 115 . The expected delivery of only one which was USB cooling pad was mentioned by shopclues as 17th October 2015 but no one showed up . Later on 19th October 2015 i receive a message and email confirming that my order has been cancelled because OneDot courier partner returned the courier to ShopClues and i have never received any phone call from them on my registered mobile number . Now our automated refund is generated for rupees 342 instead of 446 . ShopClues Refund Id 7050940 . And what about my another product of worth 115 idk who is going to refund that amount . Bad website for shopping never going to shop again .

I have ordered "Nike" socks (as it was showing in their website) from shopclues.com on 9th October 2015, at Rupees 149.00 which was delivered on 15th OCtober, 2015. But when I got the product I was Very disappointed because they have sent a very cheap product from their site instead of the "Nike". I bought the product because it was a branded one & the price was too affordable. I have decided that I will never buy any product from their site. Please assist me & I want a refund from their site. I have booked bulk sarees from shopclues, in which the quality of the product and the supplied item mentioned in the website not matched after receiving the product, afterwards i have file the complaint to return the product, they are not acknowledging properly and not return the product, which is not mentioned in the terms and conditions. The order no. of the product for which i have requested to return in shopclues is 69572510.they are not returning the product after delivering false products at our address.

I have ordered a sony powerbank of 10000mah through shopcules. But it is not working properly. When i check the power it is 2500 mah only. And it is not able to charge my simple phone which having 1000 mah battery even it show the powerbank is fully charged. And also it turns off after every five or ten minutes. My shopcules order no. I have ordered Samsang Galaxy S6 64GB where as i have received 32GB. Its been 2 weeks & Shopclues has hardly done anything on the return/refund. Pls. help. We have purchased a new mobile from SHOPCLUES.com holding order ID 70632889.. they have delivered the product me in 7 Days & delivered me a defective product.. I Have tried contacting SHOPCLUES customer service number approx 20 times to replace my handset, but always they keep on hold i.e., for a time of 30 minutes & they dont care for the customer. i was on hold on all the calls for minimum of 30 minutes.. there is no supervisor or manager is available who can resolve the problem.. they are just sitting to fool the customers.. They always provide defective products as the company itself is a FRAUD company. They should be hanged till death.. They just try to fool customers to bribe the hard earned money & then no response.. They just ask us to take the handset to the service center where there is no guarantee whether we will be provided with any solution or no... if we really have that time to go to service center, then no one would purchase things online.. this company has a good way to bribe customers.. If possible visit their office & bang the CEO of the company..

I WOULD SUGGEST TAKE OUT TIME & PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM MARKET so that you can get a good handset & check it on the spot..

I ordered a ring from shopclues worth 99rs with 2-3 days i received the product now in images it was very different and what came to my house is a very thin metal ring on which a sticky paper was stuck and sparkles with glue. it looks so cheap that it is not even wearable. now i contacted shopclues for returning the product, they rejected the return request saying that they can only process the return request only if the specifications dont match with product. now there was nothing mentioned that the product i will receive will have glitter paper stuck all over it. just imagine some1 is gifting a ring covered with paper to his special one's. how cheap is that. the image or the specifications, no where is mentioned that the rig is having glitter paper stuck on it. please check the image i have attached, the silver part is just glitter paper which keeps on moving from thee metal ring. I purchased the mobile on above mentioned order number. i purchased it for rs.929, i was unsatisfactory with this product and returned it . but they refunded only rs.250 instead of rs.929. I have purchased a redimi note 4g mobile and received on 4th October and found to see that the item is not showing network. RETURN REQUEST BOOKED ON 4th ( THE SAME DAY) Please return it and refund the money. The product is with the delivery address return slip packed vide Return id no 2094903. I am no more interested your product.
From the day, I was keeping contact with shopclues and they are giving 48 hours, return request declined and not even interested to return the product and telling me to repair and use it by any means. No return will be applicable and no further complaint will be considered. Approximately 15 time s I have called them and they simply forwarding the request and instruct me to wait for 48 hours.
Please return the money and allow me out from shopclues.

I placed an order on the Shop Clues website on 30 September, 2015. The order number is 69673352, the name of the product is Panasonic Er115 Nose And Hair Trimmer Er 115. As per the Shop Clues website, this order shipped only on 8 October, 2015. This is huge amount of time. I wonder what was going on all this time. As per Shop Clues, the order shipped via Professional Couriers and the tracking id for the shipment is KUR[protected]. Till date (today is 15 October, 2015), I have not received the order. So I wrote to Shop Clues seeking an update what is happening. Mind you as per the Professional couriers website, tracking id KUR[protected] states the item shipped for Goa on 3 October, 2015 and is on Panaji since 5 October, 2015. It seems Shopclues contacted Professional Couriers and in the afternoon I received a call from the Courier company advising they cannot deliver to my address with PIN code 403517. They have requested me to visit their office and collect it instead. This is nothing but ridiculous. As per Shopclues, orders can be delivered to PIN code 403517, then why is my order now undeliverable. Secondly, did the order ship from Mumbai to Goa via a bullock cart headed by a cow or a couple of cows. How long does a parcel take to reach Goa from Mumbai. What is the purpose of online shopping if you cannot deliver to the customer. A courier company asking a person to visit their office to collect the parcel is nothing but crap. I must say we are heading to the stone age and Shopclues and Professional couriers are promoting the use of Bullock carts. I would say there are 2 parties promoting hypocrisy here. Shopclues.com should be re-named a Clueless shop and the courier company in question is definately unprofesssional. I wonder which fools gave the courier company to do business if they cannot deliver parcels. To conclude, I am sure nothing will happen to this post. It is unfortunate I have shopped at Shopclues.com. I must say, I have never had issues ordering from Amazon and Flipkart as they have their own delivery service. Shopclues stinks and with UNPROFESSIONAL COURIERS as a partner, I must say the use of Bullock carts will increase and delivery of orders will never take place but people will have to crowd the so called courier companies offices, served by hypocrites.

I haven given the order of two nos quantity. But i received only one nos quantity of this product. Another product i haven't received. After a many discussion with customer care, i am not getting a single reply from their side. They are just simply keeping silent. Hi, I ordered a "Casio Edifice Stopwatch Chronograph Brown Dial Men's Watch - EFR-539L-5AVUDF - Code: 5641394" through Shopclues only to know upon receiving the item that it was a fake one. Returned the watch thinking that I would receive money back, but what I was informed through the email was, another watch was again sent to my address as a replacement. Getting irate, I contacted the customer support to address this concern which was replied duly by saying that the a request will be placed again to get the watch back even during its way to my home. Though I didn't receive the watch, I was today sent with an email saying that the watch is delivered to me. This is really frustrating, since after all these followups, I am still not being helped with the refund. This is how they handle the customer's refund request, now that I have spent Rs 3399/- for a watch that I never received and I am sure that even if I get it again it would be a fake Chinese product. Please help me to get my money back
