I have placed the (Samsung Galaxy S6) order on 12th october 2015, with order number 71195404 from Shopclues.com, still I did not received the product. I have called the courier department (OnDot) on 16th Oct 2015 just to inquire when would I be getting the product delivered. To my surprise they told me that product was delivered on 14 th october to different address and said that it's not the mobile product. I understood that the shopclues have given me the fake shipment number to cheat me, I immediately called them but they said the promised date is on 19th so no action will be taken, then after coordinating my self with courier (OnDot) team they have sent me the Delivery sheet screenshot. I have immediately sent that copy to Shopclues, they then said I will be getting back to me by solution in next 48 hrs. Post that I have called them again and they said me the same story telling me that they need other 48 hrs, till now no resolution was provided. I have purchased this through my credit card wherein my bill date was generated. As I ordered my product, it was stating that it will be delivered within their stipulated time. I was waiting for the delivery . Every 2-3 days I started to get information about the product, that it was accepted, it was checked for quality, it was ready to dispatched, it was given to courier and it will be delivered on this date. After this all status I suddenly got a sms that your product has been returned back to the origin, I was shocked with the status . I called to the c. Care of company on getting information from one of the agent they only informed me that your product has been returned to the origin . On asking the proper justification they don't know anything. Even on giving a chance, I asked them to re-shipped my product, they just denied and told me to replace the order . It was one of the most disappointment services given by any e commerce portal. I was very unhappy with the services of shopclues.com .

I have orded Mamy Poko Pants Diaper - XXL (24 Pieces) (QTY:1) on 8th October 2015 Order no: 70572242 . I got SMS after one week saying goods is delivered. But the item is not delivered to me. I submitted my grievance thru Shopclues Customer Support and the Ticket numbers are 4628297 and 4681304. Still there is no response from the company. I have already paid the amount for the product. Kindly get me justice for me.

Vide order no 69927271 samsung guru mobile delivered to me in dead position. I contact shopclues they told me to visit to authorised service centre they told the product not pertains to samsung company so i not help you. The same message given to shopclues with address and phone no of service centre but not taken any action for return

Please dont buy any products from shopclues, they will make you wait for 15+ days and atlast the courier company - shree maruthi will tell you they are not able to deliver the product and sent back to the origin. Kindly stay away from shopclues, they wll artifically increase the price and say offer and also most of their products are of low quality, it is not as described in the website PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS & HORROR SERVICE FROM SHOPCLUES.

I had ordered 2 products from shopclues.com. I saw the product on the website and ordered it. But what I saw on the website was not delivered. I was delivered the wrong Product. After that I had registered a return request. yet it was not confirmed and the request was closed. I have purchased samsung led 40 ich tv on 13 august 2015, after 2 months tv was not working.i have requested on 2 oct, and they accepted on 8th oct for reverse pickup, they assure me that courier company done pickup in 4-5 days but 10-12 days over, complain again but still nothing done by shop clue. my ticket no- 4410883, my order no[protected]...please do something as possible... my contact no- [protected], [protected]

Order Placed On Dt.20/08/2015 for 20 KG HOME GYM SET WITH 3 IN 1 MULTIBENCH with advance payment Rs.3499, actually received order on dt.18/09/2015 with short supply of my order.I started my followup on Dt.19/09/2015 as above. i have all recording & mails for witness. i did not get resolution till today. Hi Shopclues Team, Now im a dis-satisfied customer of Shopclues as u guys didn't respond to my query posted earlier with the request id: (#446006) . I have ordered a product named " Envie N.a.n.o. Charger 2 X AA 1000 mAh Ni-cd Ni-cd Rechargeable Batteries (QTY:1)" having order no as "70230338 on 05 Oct 2015, 05:59 PM . I didn't received the product yet, but i have received an sms/mail from shopclues stating that the product has been delivered successfully . To ensure, i have checked with the respective courier company which is "shreemaruticourier" with the tracking number "[protected] " . There they have updated wrongly. Im attaching the proof herewith . In the proof given by the courier company, a guy has received a product with tracking number[protected] but those dumbos have updated it as[protected]. Wrong item delivered I have ordered Kavish fashion Glass flower vase /office purpose flower vase (QTY:1, order No 660 70810 dated 20/8/15 ) amounting to Rs 559/- on shopclues by paying the money through Credit card. The Estimated Delivery time was Between: Sat 5 Sep and Tue 8 Sep. The wrong product was delivered. Return request was made. But the same was closed without addressing the issue. After passing about two months neither the correct product was delivered nor refund was made.

I ordered an headphone of order numer:64452365. I have raised the return request on the day when i got the head phones because it was not working. They approved my return request and i got a mail stating "Our courier service will pickup the product in 3-4 days".I wait some days and than call customer care. When i call customer care they told me like courier man tried to pickup. But the truth is that know one has come and i didn't even get a call from them that they are coming. So this is there trick to blame the customer that your are not available and sell the duplicate/non working products. I will suggest everybody dont buy anything from Shopclues.com, the worst online shopping site.

I ordered for some items for an amount of Rs.321/- through shopclues.com which are yet to be delivered on 19.10.15. the delivery has been postponed to 20th october by Xpressbees courier services. on 20th October the delivery boy came to my residence at Flat no. 402, dr.mangarao residency, railway new colony, visakhapatnam and told to give an amount of Rs.160/- instead of Rs.321/-. I have questioned him when the amount specified to me over telephonic message and SMS is Rs.321/-, how is it Rs.160/-. The courier boy started speaking very adamantly and shouted at me. very worst behavour of the courier boy. beware of this courier service.

I order Samsung galaxy s6 on 10 Oct 2015. Payment is done . Merchants updated another customer shipping details in my account shopclues says product is shipped and called me and they told me product is out of stock I contacted to shopclues to cancel my order they told me order is shipped, I contacted to merchants they told me product is not shipped any solution about this case told me

I order a tiger hills watch and did net banking...the parcel was coming through the bookmypacket ...when I check the status it shows delivered but I didn't received any product...I had complaint regarding this product to shopclues but they refuses to take complaint and send me email that your product has been delivered.

I purchsed Tata Swach Silver boost 27 ltr water purifier from Shopclues. The box is having a different part not belonging to the product.So I requested the shop to replace or return the product as promised under Seven days unconditional return policy. Now they have denied the return/ repair as well as refund.Please help me to get my refund or get the product replaced with the correct part.
