    Extremely poor and cheap quality product. This may sell on road side for 10/-, Definitely not for 109/-, the poor quality of agarbattis and poor packing, and shopclues selling 10 rs thing for 110/-, ten times the cost is an experience which tells you should never shop from cheap products range of shopclues. Avoid shopping with shopclues. Shame on shopclues.

      Dear Team, With reference yo my any yours below mail i have ordered a One plus One mobile phone on 5th September, 2015. Order was received but it was a bad quality phone with defects. So i filed a return request for my order no:[protected], After many followups my phone got replaced, but yesterday when i received my replaced mobile phone with order no[protected] after delay in delivery delay i found that this phone is not starting. I tried to charge it us but it is not even charging. I thought this time i should contact the service center of One plus if some small problem will be there they will get it sorted instead of replacement. But Now new story is there The Manager of One Plus Service center Janak pury, Delhi told me that it is a damaged mobile already had come to One plus service center for Screen Change. The phone is out of warranty And can be a stolen or Purchased from Gray market and then sold by shop clues. I was shocked I asked them to provide me in written . He has asked me to wait till Monday and dropped a mail to One plus company with the bill issued by the shop clues for the further details. I feel totally harassed by shop clues.com by selling a stolen and out of warranty damaged peace to me who is not even getting started. I demand a apologize from shopclues.com and replace my phone with a brand new mobile with in 5 days as my money is already stuck with you people from last 40 days. Otherwise i will file a case against you in Janakpuri Consumer Court. Attached are the picks of the mobile phone and i have also talked with your merchant rockingdeal.co to told me that he will replace it but request should come from shopclues.com.                         I recently had really bad experience shopping with Shopclues. On 14th Aug I purchased a Philips speaker system(order number[protected]. First of all the order was delayed and then eventually after 3 weeks it was delivered and that too a not working faulty product. In the sale I was entitled for 100% cashback. Considering this 100% cashback offer only I ignored some very good offers from Amazon or Flipkart. However I regret my decision till now. Since the product was not working, I asked for a replacement and after about 2 weeks7 I was notified that I will be given a refund. Since I always wanted a speaker and I am fine if I get a new replaced product, I want that 100% cashback amount as well along with refund Money. It is Shopclues who decided to refund the money and not replacing it and It is not that I have decided not to buy the product. I want 100% cashback since I lost some really good offer from other retailers. Also to add, I previously bought two items from shopclues and again that time the product were not even genuine, it was a duplicate fasttrack bag and a watch. Combined order number was 63886270. I returned those product as they were fake. This time the product was genuine but not working. Can you please curb shopclues for doing such kind of business and literally cheating the customers?

                            I Ordered FUJITSU LIFEBOOK A514 CORE i3-4005U 4TH GEN/8GB/500GB/15.6“/DOS/MADE IN GERMANY through shopclues.com. Order Number : 68832090 Once the product is delivered I can see a dotted lines on the top side of the screen and screen is flickering. 10/3/2015 I called up Shopclues customer support (worst call center) and told about the issue. Customer support Lady Preethy asked me to raise a return request and pack the product in the box, so that someone from shopclues will come an pick up the product in 3-4 working days. After 3 days when I checked the shopclues account I can see the status as return rejected by merchant. 10/6/2015 I called up customer support lady Akansha and she told that I have to take it to the Manufacture. I told that on the day one I am not ready to take it to manufacturer. I requested for replacement or refund and this lady keep repeating the same thing again and again. Then she transferred to Deepak Kumar, he in turn repeated the same thing. Then he transferred the call to Puneet Kumar(Floor Manager1) the worst person who is not even able to communicate, then Puneet (Floor Manager2) and finally to Aparna (addressed herself as Senior Manager). Now they need me to reopen the product which I kept it ready for courier and take a snapshot of the flickering screen. Not sure how an image of a flickering screen can be captured. I captured image of the dotted lines in the laptop and attached in return request. I spoke with all these representatives for 2 hours. I have the call recording with me. 10/7/2015 Again I called next day stating that requested image of the laptop are attached. Representative Shikha told that she is not able to see from backend. Snapshot My account with images attached in the account are there in image 2 attached here. Then I told her to connect to Aparna. She made me wait 30 mts before connecting the call. Then Aparna came and told that she will send and email and reply with the attachment. I asked her email id (ie [protected]@shopcluescom.zendesk.com) which is reluctant to give. I send email with the images to the above email id and by this time she disconnected the call and went. Again I called shopclues customer support asking to transfer to Aparna, i told him specifically not to put on hold. Still he put me on hold for 30 mts and disconnected the call. I have this call recording too. Again I called shopclues customer support asking to transfer to Aparna, I have waited for 45 minutes without being transferred to Aparna. He put me on hold though I have specifically told not to do that.

                                I have order IPhone 4S on sep 25 and received the product on 5th of oct 2015. Once received immediately self opened the box and switched on the phone but phone gave no response. So, i charged the mobile battery & tried to switch it on again no response. ON the same day i sent a request for refund to the shopclues. Received the message from them by saying 48hrs required for the refund. After 48 hrs i received a email from shopclues that my request is rejected. I contacted customer care, the way of talking of the rep is totally horrible and very rash. They don't want to give solution, asked me to go to service centre and get it rectified. I'm requesting all the on line shoppers to please think twice buying from Shopclues in future.

                                  I have ordered one 3 wheels kids scooter on[protected] order no 67876194 (targeting delivery on or before 25-09-15 my son's birthday as I was told delivery of goods will be within maximum 8 to 10 days). Till 29-09-15 I have not received my order. I have complained three times between 25-09 to 29-09 and was told action will be taken with 24/48 hours but no action has been taken. It was a very distressing situation as my son was demanding the gift regularly. Finally I got call on 29-09 from on. dot courier at 4.30 pm that your item cannot be delivered at your home as we have no service in that area. I would have returned but due to my son's repetitive demand I personally went to ondot courier at 9.45 pm (as my work place in 110 km away from my home) and collected my order. Who is responsible for this mishap. It was a very bad experience and will refrain from shopping with shopclues. I hope action should be taken for this incident.

                                        I have purchased a Disco bulb from Shop clues. But the product received on 3rd OCT is not in a working condition. Immediately I raised the request for Refund. But till date I have not received any refund. I have contacted customer service lot of time. every time I get the answer it is in process.
