On[protected] I have ordered for a product of sarees in order no, 69684172 in sub oreder no.69684175 and I have NOT received the product sofar. But, the company asked me for feedback of product notified as delivered.
This is ridiculas.and highly irresponsible.I have not received any delivery message from courier.

Hi, I ordered a product from shopclues on 09 Sep 2015, 07:10 PM. And my order no is 67604232. According to shopclues my order should be delivered on 16th sep thru PROFSNL-OKL (The Professional Couriers) with tracking number DEL[protected]. I did so many e-mails to shopclues regarding this that I am unable to track my order. They said product is in transit. And after 21 days shopclues send me a message that your product has been delivered successfully....

By my order No. 61426607 i placed a order for Rs. 998/- and also paid the said amount. the company has supplied me only two curtains instead of four there for i cancelled the order. company has picked up the two courtains from my home. Instead of refunding me Rs. 998/- the company has refunded me only Rs. 499/- vide refund id no. 6036364. inspite of more then thiry mails and ten telephonic call the company is not refunding the same to me....
