I place an order on Shopclues on the 13th of August. Here are the order details -

Firstly, I got the parcel delivered to my home after many follow ups and after more than a month! The shipping partner was SafeXpress (Tracking No.[protected]

After opening the package, I found that the pen drives were not there, there was only a pack of playing cards (Photo attached)

As soon as I saw that the item ordered was not there, I placed a return request on Shopclues.

I got a message that it would be resolved within 7 days! Then I regularly followed them and they kept delaying! They kept assuring me that there would be a refund. I called them and mailed them numerous times...

Three days ago, I received a message that My Refund Request has been disapproved. The reason they gave was that it did not follow their return policy!

I called them again! They again told me to wait for 48 hours! Now they aren't replying to my emails also!

I want a refund for my order as soon as possible! Please help me out in this issue!

First i ordered one 10000 Mah sony power bank. its a fake power bank and i return to shop clues and they refund my amount to shop clues bucks. By using shop clues bucks, i ordered one 32GB 32 GB SaNDISK MICRO SD HC MEMORY CARD. order number: 70007471. when i getting there is nothing inside the box. And when i applying for the return request, some errors will occure, i can't apply for the return request. shop clues always cheating customers. so please give either correct order or return the amount as cash. every time they cheated me. Thank you.

Order no :70570373, I received a damaged product i raised a request after Checking the product bit it was rejected From Seller end..i need them to take back the worst Product and Refund my Money.as per shopclues policy they must take the product back

I have ordered for Samsung Class 6, 32 GB memory card on 3rd of october and I have received Samsung Class 10, 32 GB memory card with order no.69303445 in a folded white paper in the company's cover on 10th of october even which is not working (it is showing that the memory card is blank and has unsupported files and I have done CMD format in Lap top which even is not solved by that). I was upset and I have asked them to replace the product as it is not what I wanted and there is even technical problem with it and they have generated a return ID too 2123928 with ticket no. 4533866. But they have told me to get it checked in service centre later again. Why I have to go to a service centre which is far away for me when there isn't my mistake. I have asked them why have you sent me something I did not ask and up on that for your faulty product asking me to go to service centre. There is no reply from them and even I have stated that if there is no any reply from them I will go to consumer forum regarding this. So, I want the product to get replaced by any means and I want what I have originally opted for...

My shopclues.com ID is [protected]@gmail.com. They awarded me 50 cluebucks as a part THANK YOU SALE for my purchase. It has been said that there would be no expiration date for this 50 clues bucks. On 13th october, they deduct that 50 cluebucks and said that expiration date is over. Please do resolve this issue and bring back my 50 cluebucks.

Hello, I have ordered Trio Premium Cotton Ankle Socks and ordered number 68627117. I did not received this item. But I got a message saying Your order 68627117 has been successfully delivered at the mentioned shipping address I ordered on 20th September, still I did not received the item. After 23 days I received only message(your order has been delivered successfully) not the item which I have ordered . What kind of company this is.. I have never seen this kind of fraud company (Shop clues). I will never ever order any other item next time. Guy do not order anything from shop clues. After seeing this, If you want to try you can try nobody can save you.

I forgot the password then i go to shopclues and click on forgot password and enter my email id and cick ok it show that password recovery option sent on my id but when i opend the id no message come i do this 3 or 5 time please solve the problem qickly

Hi I ordered a mobile phone from shopclues.com date 12 September 2015 I ordered Motorola Nexus 6 XT1100 32GB might blue but they deliver me white color I want urgent replacement but they didn't replying to me they making me fool by saying you get your replacement with in 48hrs but they didn't I'm suffering from this problem since 30 September 2015 my order number is 68919083 can you help me to solve this problem please my contact :[protected]

I ordered one home decore product from shopclues, firsly they given me the confirmation for the shipment of that product but next day they provided me the status that, the product is not available with the merchant. if the product is not available than they should not promise the customer to deliver that product or they should mention the tagline of out of stock over the listing. But it is not happened and the website misguided me.

I forgot my password and I tried so many times to recover but it says that we have sent you the password to your email id. But if I check that and I go accordingly also again and again it's getting redirected to the same place to (login account)(forgot password)(Email Id to recover) after checking the mail again come to the same place then put all stuffs once again. I had talked over phone to them they same problem will set right in 48 hours not inly this i had written about 10 email but so-far solution. Really getting irritated with your password recovery procedure.I would appreciate if some one from team could personally put up a mail telling my present password. Thank you.

Online shopping website called ShopClues.com offer fake / duplicate product. I order Samsung 13000 mah powerbank it's says 13000 mah powerbank but it's not at all. Order Code: 81543701. which is fake one. and local product. which may not even charge one phone half battery. i complain but they dnt even accept my request. however it's says 6 months warranty but. when i take it to samsung care-center they said it's fake product. which is not original Samsung power-bank . be careful before you do anything online shopping from this website shopclues.com. i think this website support all violence and terrorism group they why make people fool and steal money. I am planning to sue this company which offer fake and duplicate product. and made customer fool. i have all prove with me.

The product I ordered, From the online shopping site - Shopclues, is of very poor and dull quality. And moreover the company took more than enough days to deliver it. When i try to complaint about the product's quality through The Shop Clues App. Their just closed my complaint. I tried to again contacting the company regarding the issues with the product but all in vain. And this is not the first time the company's doing something like this. I purchased american tourister trolley bag from shop clues but Shop clues send me broken american tourist trolly bag at rs 2149.00 Same day i complain to shop clues and upload picture. they told me to send back to clues network pvt ltd delhi . When i send to clues network pvt ltd delhi (rs 590.courier charge Paid by me) Via dtdc courier .they forbade to accept it . They yet not refund my money .i have complain many time to his customer care centre. My order no. 68527120 . Date of order 19 sept 2015 I cancelled my ordered due to no delivery after 12 days and also they provide me fake tracing number even when i call customer care executive to trace my mobile they said no record found. Now, after cancelled my order my refund is still pending from long time and no response from custmer care.

I had purchased four items worth Rs. 690/- on 13th August 2015 in order to get 100% Cash Back as part of "Independence Day Sale 11-15 August 2015". Cleverly they split-ted it into four orders and purposefully undelivered one time. Afterwards I wrote many complaints to them, but other than automated response and automate closure of complaints; I am yet to receive any response from them. The delivered products are also of cheap quality.

I returned the product and they refund my money in form of Cluebucks. They haven't informed me. Then I order another product from that clue bucks Order no.67500984 That product was duplicate. I told them to give me that product or CASH BACK. They again gave me Cluebucks. Now from last 10 days there staff is Misguiding and Fooling me that Wait for the 2 days and after 2 days again same. Then some of them says u cant be refunded. Some Holds a call for 30 min and then Disconnects. When I asked to transfer call to senior or provide the details of senior every one deny to provide the details of senior. Even shared the details of A/C with them they are not refunding. They are ACEPTING that they have misguided me and done mistakes from there end. Still not ready to refund and pay my mobile charges that I have done to them. 10.10.15 Hyderabad Dear Sir, I had ordered for Asus Zenfone Laser ZE550 KL model with shopclues.com online on 23.09.15 (worth Rs. 9, 800) . I was delivered a Asus Zenfone Laser ZE500 KL model on 30.09.2015. Asus Zenfone Laser ZE550 KL is 5.5" mobile whereas Asus Zenfone Laser ZE500 KL is 5" mobile on 30.09.15. I had brought this fact to the notice of Shopclues.com on the 30.09.15 night and I had been provided with request ID 2074484. After that till date no action has been initiated till date. I had contacted the customer care about five times and they would say that it is underprocess. Today when I have seen the status in the shopclues.com status it was showing return request closed. Again I contacted customer care they were telling as though the request was resolved. After I explained the whole story they said they look into the matter. I had spent about 500 rupees for contacting customer care, which they say is toll free (which is actually charged) apart from the great mental agony. Customer care people are just telling that problem is being escalated and problem will be resolved within 48 hours but nothing takes place. Sir kindly look into the matter for early replacement. This product delivery has already been rejected by me on 22 sep. 2015, Courier partner not sending the product to shopclues.com till date, when I am calling to courier to send back my product to shopclues.com so that my money get credited again but they continued cut my call not picking call all the time I made nearly 20 calls so far. What I thought shopclues and courier company making fraud to me by not answering to anything.. After so many attempt to contact shopclues and courier partner but they are not resolving my issue. Extremely poor and cheap quality product. This may sell on road side for 10/-, Definitely not for 109/-, the poor quality of agarbattis and poor packing, and shopclues selling 10 rs thing for 110/-, ten times the cost is an experience which tells you should never shop from cheap products range of shopclues. Avoid shopping with shopclues. Shame on shopclues.
