My order no is 64308393, 6th Aug, 5 pcs. induction cookware. Due to defective item received, I requested them for return the product. But I have received only a amount of 216 and the product price was Rs. 360. I want my remaining refund as soon as possible. I'm filing complaint so many time but still not got any resolution. Please do the needful.

      67092159, placed sep 4 th, shared incorrect coureir tracking number (which is not registred with st courier [protected], got confirmation mail from st courier), and fooled me for a month, wrote somany mails to cs, no reply other than will resolve to three days (Mr, amit wrote me on 13th sep willl reolve within 2 days, on 16 mr amrit wrote me will deliver with in 3 days, 21 amit wrote me will resolve within 2 days again 25 th amit asking for another 3days. Attached images.Pls refund my cash. Pls dont harranse like this

        I purchased 2 Yoga mats on 29 Sept. 15 booked under order no. 69582215. I received delivery on Saturday Oct 3. I am a yoga teacher and I had purchased the items for my clients. Sunday being off day I took the packed package today ( Monday ) to my clients home. On opening the package we found only one mat inside. The cost for one was 399/-. I was charged 824/- for two mats. Packing slip also mentions 2 Yoga mats, amount Rs. 824/-. I feel cheated.

            I ordered car mats for my Fiat Punto (Order ID[protected] Date 04 Jun 2015, ) through ShopClues.com but got mat for other model car. Logded a complaint for return on 19Jun 2015, (Return ID 1557408 ) and from date time i am waiting for the refund. As per the customer care team whenever i used to followup with them, they only got this as an answer - Resolution is still pending and it will take another 5-6 working days. As more than 4months already passed out still waiting for the refund but till now shopclues 5-6working days not got over. Chirag Arora [protected]

            Finally got the amount reversed into bank account after 6 months of continious followup. My experience with regards to shopclues is really very bad. I didnt expect this at all..although the delivery timeline seems okay but thats not where the process ends.

              Respected Sir, I have ordered Lg microwave oven mc2844 by order no. 65398013 from shopclues on 16 July 2015 which i got on 29 July. But it was defected ( not working ), so i requested for the return of the product. At first i was told that their courier partner will come and pick the product so i waited for 3-4 days but no response so i called them then they told me that their courier partner can't come. So again i waited for 4-5 days for the solution but in vain . Then i send it back by courier myself and it costs me Rs. 1710. I got the mail received the product from them and saying that they can replace the product and can't give refund. More than one month passed, now they are saying that the product is not available and u can get the refund but they are not providing the link for giving banking details. And what about the amount Rs. 1710 that i spent to return the product. It was not my fault. So i want my refund alongwith the courier charge means Rs. 12598+1710 = 14308 totally. I'm attaching the receipt of the same. Sir, I'm a regular viewer of CNBC Awaaz and i'm sure that u only can take me justice. Thanking you. Vinayak Waghmare .

                I ordered for a tablet vizio vz 706 talk but i was delivered wrong and defective product on 29 th june its cost was rs 3699 i raised return request same day after much delayed tactics i was asked to return the product in august which i returned on 14th august till date i have not been paid any refund and not i have been delivered the genuine product which i ordered my funds are blocked since 3 months please help me either to get refund or genuine product which i have ordered

                    My log in id has been disabled and i am having rs 1152 in the form of clue bucks in my account company has disabled my id without any prior intimation these clue bucks are from the return of defective products sent to shopclues i want either my id be enabled to use my blocked amount for shopping new products or my money be refunded back to me

                    my account has been disabled since three months ispite of repeated request it has not been enabled company gives me reason that my number of returns have exceeded but if got defective products or ungenuine products only way to get right/genuine product is to return the product and company has received the returned product and given me credit in clue bucks if there was any such policy then why company has instructed me to return the products and received the same and given credit to my clue buck account which they disabled me for using these clue bucks my mobile no is [protected] and id is [protected]@yahoo.com please get my account id enabled so that i can use my money

                      (ShopClues order 64780007‏) I spoke to your customer care several times and send several mails but they are not responding positively. I have lodged a complaint to either refund or replace my product (mobile phone). They are saying that request cannot be entertained because product was damaged (I named it 'damaged') and request was filed after 2 days. If I would have named it 'defective' they would have entertained it in span of 10 days. This is matter of interpretation from my side. I did not know what to call it 'damaged' or 'defective' as there are some black patched in the screen while the packing was good. (Images already shared for order no.: 64780007‏) Let's consider 'damaged' and I got 2 days to file the return/refund request. Please refer to the attachment/screen shot showing the flow of order delivery. It is clearly showing that the order got delivered on 22nd of August and I filed the compliant on 24th of August which is well within 2 days and by considering your policy, I should have been entertained and the product should have replaced/refunded. I don't know why you are doing this. If the merchant is cheating the customer on your behalf knowing that the product is damaged/faulty/without inspection he is delivering the material. Why are you not taking action against them? This is not a small amount. I paid full amount for a phone, not for a useless piece. Value your customer and value our hard-earned money. This is more than a month now and I can't wait more. I had a proof which I've attached herewith. I cannot just waste my money and feel cheated.

                          Hi, I made an order from Shopclues.com for Axe Deo and Mp3 player in the deal (order id[protected] on 24 Sep, 2015 but today on 3 Oct, 2015 when I received my order, I was shocked to see different Deo "Ice Deo" instead of "Ax Deo". I want to complain because shopclues.com is an advertising wrong thing. I have just seen reviews and was shocked because this happened not with me but with all customers.                             I am order Himachali Topi via Order No 56425585 from shopclues.com on 15 Jun, 2015. On 18th of June, 2015 product status shows as delivered. On 19th of Jun, I called customer support and they asked that they will look into it and wait for 2-3 day, it will be delivered to me. No ordered was received nor any courier person called me. On 24 Jun, I again called helpdesk and asked for the status. They informed me that product is delivered to you but I never received this product, On 29, Jun they closed my request and asked that they did not received any communication from myside, so closed this request. I again called on 13 July for status but they did not provide me response asked that they will follow up with logistics team. Same response on 19 July, 02 August, 2015. Till now I haven't received this product also shopclues is not processing refund. Nowdays, they even don't want to bother about customer product/money. Kindly look into this.                             Received a fraud call from "[protected]" where person say he is from shopclues and want to process your refund.
                            So he said that I can provide my bank details to him and he will refund money along with compensation of 699 rupees.

                            Asked him for his authentication. He said his name is "udit mittal" and employee Id is "spq146960"
                            As I asked him that I will not provide him my card details then he asked me to opt for other option.
                            i.e, Go to ATM, choose transfer money and then enter voucher details for refund.

                            This all happens with in five minute of posting this complaint.
                            So guys please be aware of such fraud call.

                                  Dear team, I have ordered 2 products from shopclues.com on 17th sep 2015 and paid money upfront from my credit card. After order is placed I have not received order confirmation for LED bearing order no 68401210, then post complaint they said we will get back to you, but never got satisfactory answer from them. They assured me over phone that last day of delivery would be 29th sep 2015, but when I called before that to asked for shipped details, they never provided and always said we will get back, our seniors will call you in 4 hrs, till today waiting for the call, don't know which clock they use . After that when I called back again on 29th about LED they said we will get back to you and post which they sent me a mail saying that your refund is processed, I want to ask them why they have not confirmed with me that they are initiating a refund. And about second order bearing order no 68401546, they sent me a mail on 29th evening that order is delivered, I was shocked to see that mail as I have not received anything at my home. And when I called them, they said we will get back to you in 48 hours and still no reply.I am going through a mental stress and harassment as they have taken money and just sent a mail that product is delivered and actually not delivered to me. I request you to take appropriate action as I have not received any product for what I have paid and in LED where they have initiated refund that is in credit card and I can not remove cash from there, my money got blocked as in I have to utilize that money to shop only.                                     Sir I have ordered a Sony power bank of 10000mah capacity through shopclues online. My order number for this product is 66475207 .I found that the power bank that I receive is not working . It automatically disconnect the power supply to output after few second. I also found that the power bank which I have ordered is only 2500 mah battery inside it instead of 10000mah.I have lodged many return back request(around 5- 6 times to shopclues's customer care but they still didn't arrange any reverse pick up of the product. So I requested to you that please take a necessary action against the company so that I can get the replaced geniune product that have 10000mah capacity.I will be very thankful to you.

This complaint against the product or order no68212710 Order 14 Sep 2015, 04:28 PM Order Date its seems duplicate and when i used this product only 25 % battery will be charged of my cell phone and the usb charger's bateery will low... as per your configration the sony charger is 10000 mah but i don't think, in my opinion its only 100mah. sorry to say this product is very bad and please return my money.i am very thankful for this act of kindness... thanks

                                        The stress i am facing with Shopclues can not be explain by me in few lines. So i suggest to all the people who do their shopping online through their credit cards "Please please Please never ever purchase anything online with shopclues, even Cash on Delivery" this people do not have a good customer service as well enough management to see and settled actually what has happen and what the customer is telling when he calls to Shopclues CSA, this CSA are taught parrots they don't know even what is the theory of follow up with escalated issues. In my issue from 16th Aug 2015 i kept my self calling Shopclues on an interval of 48 hours constant as per their norms but till they did not call me atleast one time that we are doing or working on the ongoing issue, only they reply that customers that is "mai samajh raha hoon aur bilkul smajh raha hoon mujhe waqt di jiye mai aapki complaint likh raha hoo" now what to say all the time on account of my every last call to them after an interval of another next 48 hours answer is same same so i say they are only taught parrots and nothing. Shopclues is not worried about customers money loss only they know to bag money from customers and very bad we customers do to have more benefit for Shopclues that is online purchase through our credit cards, we should go for option COD atleast this blood suckers wont cheat us???

                                        You know friends even on cash delivery they has different different tricks on their published schemes like once you go for COD you will not get those BUCKS it will tell sorry this options is only for online credit card purchase and also you will be charged for shifting etc etc.

                                        I want to see this Shopclues get shut asap!!!

                                        please see in my case i have received only 2 rodes & 2 rubber plates of 10kg x2 (totak 20kg out of 50 kg placed order as per their add on website) Totall 30 kg (5kgx4=20, 2.5x4=10=(30kg)is not delivered to me including 2 dumble rodes, 2 hand grippers, 2 gloves & rope.

                                        ANY ONE can see in the image that it is the bill of Shopclues.com Merchant name " Friends Trading Company" & POD of Safexpress by this courier service i received only 2 parcels of the 3 parcels boked my Merchant on my name detials provide by Shopclues to Merchant and Merchant booked with Safexpress on PODit is mentioned clear that 1 parcel is not delivered which is lost by Safexpress while shifting from Jalandhar to Ambala and from Ambala to Pune.
