On 28, Aug, 2015 I ordered one Maruti Alto Car body cover thorugh SHopClues but they delivered me a Moter Bike cover. When I raised the concern in ShopClues they approved my return request but they never send their pickup partner for pickup. From last one month I am regularly writing an email to them but they are not doing anything....

The product after several reminder was handed over to courier service (FSC) by the company on 27th of September. The customer care people does not have any clue of what is happening.
