This matter is already on the escalation with Shopclues.com on daily basis but nothing is been resolved they only speak as taught parrots? Safexpress has told me clearly that from there end one of the parcel is been lost while shifiting product from Jalandhar to Ambala and then to Pune final destination. All the Audios of communication of a Safexpress lady name Jyoti are with me in which she told me all incident and oplogized and insisted to tek me to 2 parcels for now and will findout exact where the parcel is lost and will hand me the 3rd parcle but thing changes as i took delivery on[protected] now they told me yesterday[protected] that there were 2 parcels and they are delivered to me, i have taken the images of POD when the 2 parcels were deliver and on POD it is written that delivery is incomplete. Shopclues.com has done nothing from there end, i have kept calling and mailing them all evidence that how their business partner with whom they booked my courier dealt with me, i provided them all proofs via mail. i have all the trail mails with me of conversation between shopclues.com & Safexpress on 2 days gap. Product Booked on 16th Aug 2015 Incomplete delivery after so many days fights and arguments is[protected]. Client number: [protected]. My need is very simple Shopclues.com must send me the items as it is which were published on their website for which i have paid them online money 2637 on 16 Aug 2015 or Refund me my money by taking there incomplete delivery back from me? on 12th AUG 2015 i recievd my ICICI credit card bill of Shopclues online purchased product, on 23rd Sept ICICI deducted 2637 from my Union Bank Account.

The stress i am facing with Shopclues can not be explain by me in few lines. So i suggest to all the people who do their shopping online through their credit cards "Please please Please never ever purchase anything online with shopclues, even Cash on Delivery" this people do not have a good customer service as well enough management to see and settled actually what has happen and what the customer is telling when he calls to Shopclues CSA, this CSA are taught parrots they don't know even what is the theory of follow up with escalated issues. In my issue from 16th Aug 2015 i kept my self calling Shopclues on an interval of 48 hours constant as per their norms but till they did not call me atleast one time that we are doing or working on the ongoing issue, only they reply that customers that is "mai samajh raha hoon aur bilkul smajh raha hoon mujhe waqt di jiye mai aapki complaint likh raha hoo" now what to say all the time on account of my every last call to them after an interval of another next 48 hours answer is same same so i say they are only taught parrots and nothing. Shopclues is not worried about customers money loss only they know to bag money from customers and very bad we customers do to have more benefit for Shopclues that is online purchase through our credit cards, we should go for option COD atleast this blood suckers wont cheat us???

You know friends even on cash delivery they has different different tricks on their published schemes like once you go for COD you will not get those BUCKS it will tell sorry this options is only for online credit card purchase and also you will be charged for shifting etc etc.

I want to see this Shopclues get shut asap!!!

please see in my case i have received only 2 rodes & 2 rubber plates of 10kg x2 (totak 20kg out of 50 kg placed order as per their add on website) Totall 30 kg (5kgx4=20, 2.5x4=10=(30kg)is not delivered to me including 2 dumble rodes, 2 hand grippers, 2 gloves & rope.

ANY ONE can see in the image that it is the bill of Shopclues.com Merchant name " Friends Trading Company" & POD of Safexpress by this courier service i received only 2 parcels of the 3 parcels boked my Merchant on my name detials provide by Shopclues to Merchant and Merchant booked with Safexpress on PODit is mentioned clear that 1 parcel is not delivered which is lost by Safexpress while shifting from Jalandhar to Ambala and from Ambala to Pune.

    I have ordered a Sony bluetooth speaker and my order id was 69189484. After 5 days of my order, seller called me and told that he will send duplicate Sony bluetooth speaker so I said that I don't want duplicate speaker.and shopclues cancelled my order without giving any notification. These Shopclues.com guys doing fraud, making Indian customers fool and attracting visitors by using illegal tactics. People should well aware from Shopclues.com offers as these are selling duplicate products in the name of brands. Indian Govt. should make strict rules over ecommerce portals as these are making customers fool... Truely a worst eCommerce portal in India.

      On 28, Aug, 2015 I ordered one Maruti Alto Car body cover thorugh SHopClues but they delivered me a Moter Bike cover. When I raised the concern in ShopClues they approved my return request but they never send their pickup partner for pickup. From last one month I am regularly writing an email to them but they are not doing anything.

              I ordered the product ( order no.[protected] on 15th of September as a birthday gift for my son (which was on 24th September) who is at Pune. The product after several reminder was handed over to courier service (FSC) by the company on 27th of September. The customer care people does not have any clue of what is happening. The estimated delivery date according them shifted or postponed every day! Initially it was 25th, then 26th ... 28th ... 29th (i.e. today), and as on today no clue. I personally called the FSC office today and according to them it will take another 5 days for reaching Pune. It is surprising that a product can take more than 5 or 6 days to reach destination Within India. At least I never had this experiences with Amazon or other reputed companies. I am unhappy and frustrated. My son missed his birthday gift. Definitely I will never ever touch this ShopClues in future.

                I have ordered a 2 output LNB online at Shopclues.com; The order number is 68180638.dt 14 Sep 2015. There is only a tracking number as [protected] in the My order list but no carrier name, given as "other" or no link to track the shipment. On raising a complaint they have given me the carrier name as : tirupati. On searching in google I found that the "Sree Tirupati Courier Service" is the carrier name and found that the item for this tracking number has been delivered at Delhi Kashmere Gate (06) on 24/09/2015, where as the delivery address is actually Chennai. I again raised a customer request attaching the these details. I have spoken to the Customer Care Supervisor also and she told it will be sorted out, but no reply in email. On 29 Sep 2015, I received a mail saying that the item has been delivered. Again I spoken to customer care, but again they are telling that it would take time to sort out. The customer care are telling the standard response as 24 to 48Hrs and 7 to 10 days time, each time I call them. Since 20th Sep I have been sending emails and calling their customer care but it does not seem to solve the problem and Shopclues cheats customers. Please take action to refund my money at the earliest.

                  ShopClues order 65941407 Return id - 1966214 Delivered damaged product. Sent photos of the item delivered. Shopclues said they'll arrange pickup, but later said return pickup location not serviceable. Instead told me to send the item, but max refund they can give is 300. But the item is too heavy and courier guys will charge Rs3000 and this amount cannot be refunded by Shopclues. Shopclues is not taking responsibility to arrange reverse pickup or REFUND. I need my money back. SHOPCLUES is not caring customers post sales. Not prompt in service. Pathetic service ever.

                    Dear Sir, I recently had really bad experience shopping with Shopclues. On 14th Aug I purchased a Philips speaker system (order number[protected]. First of all the order was delayed and then eventually after 3 weeks it was delivered and that too a not working faulty product. In the sale I was entitled for 100% cashback. Considering this 100% cashback offer only I ignored some very good offers from Amazon or Flipkart. However I regret my decision till now. Since the product was not working, I asked for a replacement and after about 2 weeks7 I was notified that I will be given a refund. Since I always wanted a speaker and I am fine if I get a new replaced product, I want that 100% cashback amount as well along with refund Money. It is Shopclues who decided to refund the money and not replacing it and It is not that I have decided not to buy the product. I want 100% cashback since I lost some really good offer from other retailers. Also to add, I previously bought two items from shopclues and again that time the product were not even genuine, it was a duplicate fasttrack bag and a watch. Combined order number was 63886270. I returned those product as they were fake. This time the product was genuine but not working. Can you please curb shopclues for doing such kind of business and literally cheating the customers?                                   Planning to buy from Shopclues online. Read my bad experience thoroughly before doing so. 4th July’15- ordered (no:[protected] pairs of Gofit Ankle support with knee support (code:[protected] 16th July’15 - received two Nivia ankle supports only both for right foot, no knee supports. 17th July’15 - posted return request to shopclues 23rd July’15- asked to return product by self and pick-up services not available for Karaikal. Was promised replacement of product & upto Rs 300 as cluebucks in lieu of courier charges 28th July’15- returned complete product along with the invoice copy through DTDC courier no: C61421403. Courier charges Rs 160/- 4th Aug’15-Returned due to “RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY" as “the parcel not in intact condition”. Shopclues asked me to courier the product again. When I protested they gave me a token for dropping off the parcel at the local Blue Dart office. Note: I had read consumer complaints from clients of shopclues whose returns have not been accepted two or more time. 13th Aug’15- received the returned product 14th Aug’15- handed over the same parcel returned by Shopclues to Blue Dart. 19th Aug’15- received email from Shopclues that the money will be refunded. (Shopclues went back on their promise of replacement. I had not ordered the supports from any other site till then) 1st Sept’15- Send reminder to Shopclues for refund of product cost & courier charges. 8th Sept’15- Received refund of product cost only. Courier charges of Rs 160/- yet to be refunded. Note: I had wrong product delivered twice earlier too. But, this is the first time I am trying for return. Disheartening was that I CC ied my complaints to some directors of shopclues too. But they did not respond to any of my emails.                                       I purchase a laptop (HP Make) from ShopClues with order no. 5161407 in May 2015 . It was having some manufacturer defect. I report the same to shopclues, after having many reminders, calls, mails and a reply from the HP India that its service can not be provided in India as it is not yet been launched in India, finally shopclues given the approval for return of the laptop. Again they hold it approx for two months with them by saying that merchant is not replying to them. I asked them that i purchased the laptop from shopclues not from a merchant so provide me the solution and refund my amount (Rs. 50874). Again after many calls, reminders on mails they returned the defective product with different order no. (i.e.[protected] in the month of September 2015. I called again on their call center then some of the senior executive told me to not receive the product and once the product will reach to them back they will process my refund. I got same mails that they are in process to refund my amount on 19 and 22 September 2015. Again i got a call from them on 22 September that they will not process my refund. I am completely fed up with their behavior and service. I have requested them n no. of times that please refund my amount Rs. 50876 that is pending with them for last 4 months. I think there is no higher official at this company to look into this matter. This seems to be a complete fake company. I request all my friends to share this as much as you can, so that it should be known to all concerns that do not buy any thing from this fraud company they are selling the fake products and cheating with the customers.                                         I bought this product from shopclues. I recieved it on 20 sep 2015. Now the phone's is degraded and it is not working at all. At this point everyone wants to return product. So i requested a return but they cancelled it and told me to go to service center. Please help me out of this situation. My order id is 81409971. Please help in returning my product
