I am a regular customer of shopclues.com I was happy with their services but from the past 2 years they have been worse it it. Every single order placed is shipped with a delay, and the reason they state is unavailability of the product! If it is so then why do you list something that is not available to you? Shop Clues is a cheat and fraud company.It is more concerned in taking money and delivering the product. Their customer care and CRM is the worst. I had ordered a product Order No 66887364, they had delivered a faulty product for which i had complained within 24 hours of delivery. Its been more than 2 weeks they have been giving false commitment of reverse pick up. While calling their customer care they informed that they have attempted twice...

Still ShopClues is not refunding the amount of INR 2289.00 Have had 63 communications with their customer-care from Aug-6-2015 to Sep-19-2015, always with a promise that within 48 hrs, I will get my refund back. But still I have received neither the product nor the refund....
