I purchase a laptop (HP Make) from ShopClues with order no. 5161407 in May 2015 . It was having some manufacturer defect. I report the same to shopclues, after having many reminders, calls, mails and a reply from the HP India that its service can not be provided in India as it is not yet been launched in India, finally shopclues given the approval for return of the laptop. Again they hold it approx for two months with them by saying that merchant is not replying to them. I asked them that i purchased the laptop from shopclues not from a merchant so provide me the solution and refund my amount (Rs. 50874). Again after many calls, reminders on mails they returned the defective product with different order no. (i.e.[protected] in the month of September 2015. I called again on their call center then some of the senior executive told me to not receive the product and once the product will reach to them back they will process my refund. I got same mails that they are in process to refund my amount on 19 and 22 September 2015. Again i got a call from them on 22 September that they will not process my refund. I am completely fed up with their behavior and service. I have requested them n no. of times that please refund my amount Rs. 50876 that is pending with them for last 4 months. I think there is no higher official at this company to look into this matter. This seems to be a complete fake company. I request all my friends to share this as much as you can, so that it should be known to all concerns that do not buy any thing from this fraud company they are selling the fake products and cheating with the customers. So i requested a return but they cancelled it and told me to go to service center. Please help me out of this situation. My order id is 81409971. Please help in returning my product

      I have ordered a product (Jacket/Blazer) online from shop clues...order no[protected]..i rcvd the product on dated 24 Sept 15..but this product is totally different from the image which they showing in their website...its colour, quality, petters is totally different.. quality is very poor...after that i have submitted a return request on same day 24 Sept 2015..return request no is-2057717 ...today on 26 sept call to their customer care & ask the same for return..but now they are refusing to return the product... their customer executive told me that we can not return the product bcoz its mention in description of the product..that original product colur may be different...but quality is good...i request them to return the product but they refused...i want to return the product..kindly do needful..

        I've ordered 2 items from Shopclues.com both of which sizes were wrongly mentioned on the website by the Merchant. NOw they keep sending me emails that it cannot be returned 10 mins later i get a refund email, 10 mins later I get a mail that the merchant is not going to refund it and now I have a mail stating the complaint ticket will be shut. This is terrible!!

          Dear sir,

          1. On 03 sep 15 i online order a maharaja whiteline jx - 101 jmg ultimate red treasure juicer mixer grinder (Qty:1) from shopclue vide their order no. 67038766 dated 03 sep 15 against cash on delivery (Cod). The item was supplied by the firm on 07 sep 15 and the delivery man has taken the cash of rs. 2, 319 / - . When i un - packed the packet and checked the item, the item found to be damaged. The same was reported to shopclue over telephonically and via e - mail, however, no much of action has been seen to replace the damage item by the firm. After lots of pressure and exchange of e - mails and voice calls they agreed to take the item back for replacement and finally they took the item back on 16 sep 15. Since then after a lots of chase up, they are not responding to even my e - mails.
          2. It is to mention here that the call centre is not even providing the contact details of their senior hierarchy to discuss the matter with them nor i could found out over internet.
          3.In view of above, it is requested that shopclue may be pursued to deliver the correct item soon.

            Hi, I ordered two items in shop clues September 11th 2015 and actual delivery date is September 17th and today is September 25th, but still now i didnt get the product. I sendout more than 20 emails and didnt get any updates on the issue. I called customer cares and talked with them 3 times and they are not able to solve the issues. I asked them to process refund for the product which they are not able delivery it until now. but they are not able to do it... shop clues clearly cheating customers..                 I placed order for the Gym bag of Reebok with order no 68761778 i got the bag which has the cheap quality i have ever seen in my life, it was totally messed up with the wrinkles also and moreover refund request was not accepted by them stating the reason that the product is up-to the description They are forcibly selling there cheap products with fake advertisements, they are simply a big cheaters PLEASE GET MY REFUND PROCESSED ASAP.                     I'm purchased two DNMX Jeans of size 38 on shopclues.com the order number is 65745675 but they send me the size 40 jeans at Jalna (PIN Code- 431203). When I'm requested them to pickup the wrong product & send the correct product or refund my money. But they are telling me they don't have pickup facility. So send it by me & they will give me 300 Rs on their site to purchase any product.                         I am a regular customer of shopclues.com I was happy with their services but from the past 2 years they have been worse it it. Every single order placed is shipped with a delay, and the reason they state is unavailability of the product! If it is so then why do you list something that is not available to you? Most of the times they just keep thousand of money with them for 10-15 days and they cancel it. and then take another 10 days to initiate they refund and then finally after keeping my money for almost a month they return it back! That's how they earn money! And about they quality of the Sunday Flea Market products they are awful! There are some lucky one who might have got a good quality product from this sale. See the screenshots I have posted for every order I have placed the 2nd or 3rd day they send me a mail that says 'Your order is delayed!' Stop Shopping on shopclues.com they are worse in everything. Customer support they dont even know the exact status of the order you place! Sometime they say it has been shipped and after a day or two a mail comes saying Dear Customer, your order has been cancelled'!!

                          They claimed to sell a headphone with MRP Rs. 3490 at Rs. 67 (Price = Rs. 33, Shipping = Rs. 34 ). I purchased it and made online payment of Rs. 67. Now, they cancelled my order within 2 hours of placement of order saying that merchant is unable to ship the product due to unavailability and then they raised the price of product to 299. So, if I order the product again, then I will have to pay Rs. 333 (Price = Rs. 299, Shipping = Rs. 34) instead of Rs. 67. Now, I don't want refund, I want the product. Send me as soon as new stock arrives...

                                  I have ordered a product from shopclues under order 67893694 product name Pebbleyard Works Shower Tidy white (bathroom cabinet) in Rs.305/-. Yesterday I received a box with written same product is in side, so I pay COD and take box. When I open this box it is found that, inside other product named Spoon Stand. this products price is Rs.168/-. I want my booked product Pebbleyard Works Shower Tidy white for which I am paid full amount. Please collect wrong product from my address and provide me my choice product at the earliest.
                                  You may take legal action through filing suit. Last time I was filed a case for you for same like issue. If you required to go ahead then you can wait till a week time and as discussed with you, then inform me for further prosecution.
