I have not received any call back regarding this issue. But they tell they called me in this regard. Even I can present my bill statement for not received the call. Still no one turned up to pick the product its been long time as of now. Only mail conversation coming asking for the feedback of customer support. Never received the product. Still ShopClues is not refunding the amount of INR 2289.00 Have had 63 communications with their customer-care from Aug-6-2015 to Sep-19-2015, always with a promise that within 48 hrs, I will get my refund back. But still I have received neither the product nor the refund.

Hi, I had ordered "Tch Nxt spark Wireless Mouse with 1 YEAR Warranty (QTY:1) Estimated Delivery Between: Mon 7 Sep and Tue 8 Sep" against the Order no#66509460. on 28-Aug-2015, till date the product is not delivered & money has been paid online. in spite of regular followup, no genuine effort is been put by the Shopclues.com or the courrier guys to deliver the package. I have ordered the above item on[protected] and delivery effected 20-08-15. Opening the parcel I find it a wrong size of 34. So I could not use it. Immediately I informed the customer care of the company and they registered a claim and allotted me ticket number 3850265.. First they agreed to organize courier for my parcel for reverse pick up and asked me to wait till 6 to seven days. After a week I wrote to them reminding for reverse pick up. Thy replied that my area (Pin:695003) is not under courier's jurisdiction for reverse pick up. Since I am senior citizen, aged 68+, I wrote them to advise the ticket number with the courier so that I can sent it through my representative. Still now I haven't got a favorable reply from the. I placed order# 67501423 with ShopClues.com on 08/09/2015 for sony 20000 MAh powerbank (QTY:1) with bill and manufacturer warranty at Rs. 1099/-. The order was rejected by the supplier due to unavailability of the item. The order was cancelled but ShopClues.com placed and order# 67740907 on 11/09/2015 by themselves to another vendor for supply of a much cheaper item which the seller was selling for Rs. 741/- on ShopClues.com itself. However, the vendor supplied a duplicate Samsung Powerbank without any bill or warranty. This is my 4th bad shopping experience with ShopClues.com. In my opinion, it is the worst shopping portal on the cloud which anyone should avoid to the fullest. “TING SE LE TONG, DING SE LE DONG, EVERYTHING IS DUPLICATE ON SHOPCLUES.COM”

I have ordered (Order ID No.[protected] a Micky Mouse Kids Shoe from Shop Clues. com on 10.09.2015. The cost of the shoe stated to be Rs. 399/- + COD charges Rs. 11/-. The product was handed over to me on 15.09.2015 and accordingly I paid Rs. 410/- to the Courier Boy. After opening the Sealed Cover, I became scapegoat. I found that the price of the product is only Rs. 199/- which was printed in the body of the product. That means the company charged double amount than that of actual price. In this connection, I tried to contact the representative of the company but they rejected my appeal on the plea that the product was bought under deal. This is nothing but clear cheating to the bonafide customer with some malafide intention. Hence, I want my full refund. Please help me.

I ordered a gym set (order[protected] and it came with some objects missings..then I requested a replacement and they by themselves turned my replacement request into a refund request and that too in 15 days..I ordered on 5 sep 15, and these guys wasted almost a month mine..worst shopping site..don't ever order from this website..too bad, don't know anything about customer service

Replace the product

Shopclues service is very poor ...i m book my order[protected]sep-2015. your customer support executive ( praksh ) says that my order delivered till 11-sep-2015 to 12-sep-2015. i m call on[protected] customer support executive ( praksh ) he says that my order all ready delivered till 11-sep-2015 IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS . today is 16-sep-2015 i m not got the my order and i don't know where is my order ...this is are shop clue service .seriously you FAKE ALL ADVERTISING, PROMISS, SUPPORT SERVICE, FEEDBACK SERVICE, NOT CALL SUPPORT, NO CONFORMATION CALL ORDER REGARDING .yestarday i tall to mr. Prakash he says that you are talk to me with in 4 hrs but you not call me after 24 hrs what your customer support, YOU GIVE ME TRACK[protected] ID WHAT IS TRACK ID IS THE FAKE TRACK ID. I had sell pigeon induction cooktop on 10 _05_2015 with rs. 1308 by shopclues.com My order number 67688438 and I had receive order on 15 _05_2015. But I had receive damage product in the package. So I want replace Product and want a new product. I hope you will do something as soon as possible...

I purchased RO water filter on this website, received cottage industry kind of totally bad product, complaint in writing, response only on phone (smartly) subject purposefully extended by them for 3 months in spite of repeated complaints in writing including their Managing Director Mr. Sanjay Sethi who has no time or care to even acknowledge my mail and finally their company refused to take back the expensive unused packed product and DITCHED me. I am bed ridden patient lost my money being unable to fight. I have all the documentary and email evidences. Basically the Shopclues is the cheater company for sure.

My Complaint is that i received data bank on whose battery 2400Mah is encripted that means the battery which you showed of 10000Mah is not the same.Secondly it is the defective product and please replace it as it is not charging the mobile more than 10%.After 10% of charging it gets down.Kindly replace as soon as possible.

I checked with courier service and came to know that consignment does not belong to me. I complained with shopclue and merchant. Every time they assured me that I will get my product, please wait.I got suspicious because they did not provide me new consignment no.After using my funds for 15 days they cancelled my order. I think they cheat many people by this way. They collect the money and use for their personnel interest and make the people fool. Order number #[protected] Pre-paid product not received. They claim it was delivered. Called and informed, still they claim it was delivered whereas i have not received it. It was part of a combined order. Out of 3 products i received only 2. the most expensive product was not received. Also the delivery man was asking for money when it was already paid for the two products that i received.

I had placed an order with ShopClues on their site for 10 nos 18 watt LED Bulbs vide order no 63725305 on 31st July 2015 and payment was made on net while placing the order. I received the consignment on 7th August 2015. When I opened the box after taking delivery of the consignment I observed the the bulb had manufacturing defect ( when we shake the bulb broken sound comes from the bulb ). Immediately I send an email to them regarding the defect in the consignment and they gave me complain logged no 3737415 by email dated 8th August 2015. On 12th August 2015 they send me an email confirming that the reverse pick will be arranged in a weeks time. After that I have send them at least 12 to 15 email as when you are arranging for reverse pick up so that I can get my refund of the amount paid.Sorry to mention that for last 2 weeks when ever I send them email as to when they are coming to pick up the consignment they now mention they have no pick up in my area ( Malad West Mumbai pin code 400064).May I request you to look into the matter and oblige.

I had ordered a powerbank of sony 10000mAh from shopclues and when I got delivery and open the box its fake product its not at all sony its cover just sony then I request to refund they decline my request I just want to say that please beware of these type of fraudies

I ordered a pen drive from this site. Never believe to have a such a bad experience. they havent deliver the product yet and on their site. They showed it is delivered.

I ordered data bank for sony 10000mah battery.I received the data bank on whose battery 2400mah is written and above all its not charging well.Please take down my complaint seriously.My Complaint is that i received data bank on whose battery 2400Mah is encripted that means the battery which you showed of 10000Mah is not the same.Secondly it is the defective product and please replace it as it is not charging the mobile more than 10%.After 10% of charging it gets down.Kindly replace as soon as possible.
