I had ordered saffola oil container of rs 660 of 2 quantity of different order... O had paid all the taxes and including all shipping charge from this parcel... It means i should get the product in good packing condition but unfortunately it wouldn't happen because of the poor packing from shoclues seller and also all oil are damage due to
This two order given in one box instead of two and this two containers are bended and damage during transit due to collision of two each other when i open it oil was floated in box and become wet from outside i taught in rainy the box has wet but this happen due to internal leakage and all the oil can given me old stock and inside it santizeer bottle given which was not included but it was also damage and all santizeer was mixed into the oil totally annoying to see the damage product and now after my order the product was out of stock from seller it means.. The last order was from me from the seller if the fresh stock was not there why expired product given to me that also in poor packing in which the product damage during transit due to collision of each other.. This happen due to poor packing it is totally leakage and mixed sanitizer alcohol in oil no use of accepting damage and expired product which is hazerdous to our health allready we are living in cornoa pandemic condition taking care of each step and in that we are receiving damage and deffective and expired product which is harmful to our health and cause to our immune system please take this back and refund my money... Disposable product given to me which is harmful and not usable.. I m waiting for the resolution from shopclues

Dear sir,
I have buy a product with order number[protected] with rupees 509 but when i received my product i got there is a low cost product just like 200 of 150 rupees there is shown that original real me 2 earphone but it is not a original product.

Now when i return it back they are not taking it to back and also not receiving my calls and not answering my calls, they do not reply any thing regarding my quarries pls tell him kindly contact me to return your product and refund my amount.

They picked up both the quilts described below with total cost mentioned that i have already paid.

They sent me an sms saying they will refund only rs 1652/- why? Is this a charity they are giving/ its our hard earned money. They have to refund full amounts as they have picked up both totalling rs 2623/-they have acknowledged that they are damaged products so why only a partial amount? Request consumer complaint to please help us out and settle this once and for all. This is such a tiring experience. Cant describe it. Never expected such a horrible pathetic experience buying online. Never experienced this with any other site.

This is again a continuation of my previous mails about damaged old discolored quilts. I received a sma today saying they have approved my refund! And there would be a pickup on august 7th. I was asked to keep the products ready without packing as the pickup guy had to check then would take i was relieved. Within an hour or so i received another sms saying they attempted to pick up and i was not available!!!

This is what online shopping sites like shopclues do to people who trust them to deliver. This has been a very very tiring and miserable experience, have some dignity shopclues. Schedule the pickup for real and refund my money.

Today i got a call from a no. [protected] and name of person given to me was luv kush sing and he talk all # and abusive language. He told me that i have won car of 65 lakh and to get that prize i have to give 25, 000rs.
I think shopclues is making money by these type of cheap methods. It's really shame on you people.
How can one company do like this???
We are going to file a case against shopclues company and a person for cheating innnoscent people in consumer court.
