I want to File Complaint Against the Seller For Product Recived in damage condition, Deffective Quality and Stones In Product Insect in Product, Poor Packing, and Different From what we had Ordered

I had orded kale Chana. if the seller doesn't have the inventory in stock then he should off the inventory and not give the product or cancel the product he had given in Deffective Quality and Damage all insect and stones in stock and material was outside small live insect in the product

2nd reason he should have the sense that all products atleast food product pack propely with some tight container and safety to it that customer get in proper condition he had packed so tightly all materials was inside it and damage due to poor packing

3rd reason the product which he had provide is Expired and outdated stock because inside the product small black kernels is there black kernel is type of insects which produces due to old stock grains and that grains is not usable once insect occurred into it

And 4the reason he should know we are living in invisible enemy which can't see but affect human organs very badly and in this condition he had given insect product not think about ShopClues business and customer health only thinking of his Wealth

I m esclating this issue to ShopClues customercare and [protected]@support.shopclues.com and. [protected]@shopclues.com, Sanjay Sethi Sir, Bhavishya Chauhan Sir, Shijoon Lee and kanchan kukreja and all Consumer Complaint Department Of India and Jago Grahak jago Also ...

Then seller will know what type of Game is Playing With Customer Safety and Health ... Seller Should Get lesson

      I am trying to connect with over a day but there is no respond i want to know your terms and policy how can i get back my money because i ordered cash on delivery and i returned that product within next day because the material was teared by the front but how don’t know how will i get get my money back

        I had recived product deffective and damage product from shopclues i had ordered tds meter it has recived on damage condition because the seller had not wrap properly because it has broken during transit and it also not working due to damage condition

        I had intimated shopclues customercare department but no resolution from them

        Even i had esclated sanjay sethi sir bhavishya chauhan sir shijoon lee sir and kanchan kukreja

        Please give me the resolution or else i had to esclate all grievances department of india and all consumer complaint board of india

          I ordered books on shopclues website and paid them online in advance. I never received the order but online tracking shows order has been delivered. A ticket was raised by me, but that ticket was closed without any action taken. I was not even called by any company representative regarding my complaint. The ticket was one sided closed saying we (Shopclues.com) could not get the proof of delivery from the courier company and hence the ticket is closed.
          ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I need help in filing complaint with the concerned Government department for this fraud. If any one can help me over this.

            Shopclues manager talked with me and told about the lucky draw and says that i won a mahindra kuv500 i don't believe in this so please let me know is there anything like this in shopclues because there are most of frauds..

            The message i got is as follows :
            Dear sir/madam, congratulations!
            You won mahindra xuv 500 car (Price-14, 80, 000/-) as first prize by shopclues pvt ltd company lucky draw.

              Ms. Tamil selvi from shopclues mailed me two days ago asking me again for additional docs in order to claim refund. I emailed her the following:

              1) i received only the courier cover (Which was photographed and sent with written info on it by the courier company) and that the products in addition to being damaged came "crumpled in just the courier cover".
              2) i spoke to mr attam at shopclues and he had asked me to send what ever i had
              3) they could take them back, evaluate for themselves then decide the refund. They want the original invoice which we misplaced as we never expected a damaged product.in our eagerness to open it, this happened. But the seller i am sure is aware of his misdeeds and can communicate all this instead of creating so much inconvenience.

              Let them decide after checking the products themselves. Please help us. Its hard earned money and since they came cheaper online we decided to buy it online. This is what happens.

                    I had bought gym equipments from shopclues.com on 27th of april which got delivered on 4th july 2020. The product was extremely poor quality and damaged so raised a return request immediately. The return request was approved but then i received another email from them asking for reason for returning the product. I responded to the email and then received another email asking for pics of the damaged product and package. I responded and provided that information on 18th of july, 2020. Still have not heard anything from them regarding return on the product and refund of my money. Strict action should be taken against such websites which are deliberately delaying delivery and returns and refunds as they can continue to earn interest on the buyers money for several months in the interim.

                    Thanks for notifying Shopclues. I did get an email from confirming that they have opened a ticket once again...but no response after that. They have this extremely irritating process of opening tickets again and again but no one seems to follow up on this tickets or provide resolution. No sense o[censored]rgency at all as they already have the customer's money in their account!!!

                      This is in continuation to my previous request for help in getting back my refund on two orders placed and received from shopclues. order id:[protected]. Order Placed on Fri, 03 Jul 2020. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer care via email and phone no response. After 10 days we were able to connect with customer care who asked me to send photos of the damage /old /faded products which we did. They promised to resolve our issue with a refund before this 21st but our mail/calls again to them yielded no response. Please help us get back the refund. The photo that they put on the web is 0% compared to what we received hence mistake is on the sellers end who we are sure about this yet chose to create so much trouble for us as a customer. The amount is Rs 2623.00 total for both the quilts. Iam unable to attach photos here as it says limit 2mb...even when i took only a partial picture and tried pasting it.

                        Then shopclues executive who is assigning my complaint and trying to back out from my complaint he had to pay the consequences of loss

                          I have not yet received my refund for the faulty product.

                          Order id[protected] boat bassheads m-521 wired earphones with hd sound, in-line mic tangle free cable with 3.5mm straight jack.

                          Which was shipped to me on 1st june 2020. The same day i had placed a request for replacement of the product (As it is faulty, looked like used and the packing was not sealed by the manufacturing company).

                          I was offered a refund for product without even returning it.

                          As per the last email received from shop clues, the refund was processed on 10th june 2020, it's been more than a month now from the process date and there are no signs of the amount being credited to my account, apart from a fact that the expected credit date was 22nd june 2020, which has been passed now for more than a month and yet there are no signs of the refund amount to be credited. I wonder where the credit is coming from?

                              I hv orderd qpole iphone on 16 junebut received samsung dead phone which don. T have any serial number on box box was blck in colour and phone is totaly dead i m not able to give imei nmbr to shopclues i hv send all images of packaging and phone and accesories to them but after 1 mnth of delaying my case they rejected my case and i m not been awarded with any replcemnt or refund. I hv send them 18 20 tickets and mails and hv send them 14 15 imegs of internal and external images of packagaing and box and. Ovlbile but they never reapond now they are not listeng to me please help me on the day of receivng product i said and mentioned them deleivery package was torn from inside under the seal but tape was internaly stick so that underbeaneth the seal nobody wil able to see that and upon that page was stappeld with bil so that from tht area nobody judge that seal was broken i mentioned them form very ist day with all profs but they rejected my case on therr own not on my proofs i want replacemnt or refund anyhow

                                Both the quilts received were old, damaged and discolored - absolutely resembled nothing like shown in their website. I sent several customer/seller complaints for 11 days soon after i received them but noone responded. When i did get to speak to someone after the 11 days, they were rude and asked me for so many questions, noone waits to wait to receive something then go on to lodge complaints or claim refunds!! I sent nearly 9 photos with the tear in the joints with inside sponges showing, and the faded colors and the crumpled folds, they said my refund issue would be resolved before the 21st - its been a week now after i was asked to send - noone has responded like before - may be they will before dawn of the 21st.. I even wrote to their ceo expressing my helplessness to connect to someone but nothing till today...

                                        Hi ShopClues Team,

                                        My sister did a transaction on 8th-July-2020 with order no:[protected] for Rs. 803. She got a message from google pay that the transaction was successful and money was debited from her account. Later she got a message for payment declined from ShopClues. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                        I have ordered a Pack of 5 ketex multicoloure round neck t shirt for men .And I paid amount Rs 567 via Google pay but it shows COD when product is reached to me.Now I need refund. Froof is in attachment.
