This is my order number of shopclues
[protected] and[protected]

I had ordered saffola oil container of rs 660 of 2 quantity of different order... O had paid all the taxes and including all shipping charge from this parcel... It means i should get the product in good packing condition but unfortunately it wouldn't happen because of the poor packing from shoclues seller and also all oil are damage due to
This two order given in one box instead of two and this two containers are bended and damage during transit due to collision of two each other when i open it oil was floated in box and become wet from outside i taught in rainy the box has wet but this happen due to internal leakage and all the oil can given me old stock and inside it santizeer bottle given which was not included but it was also damage and all santizeer was mixed into the oil totally annoying to see the damage product and now after my order the product was out of stock from seller it means.. The last order was from me from the seller if the fresh stock was not there why expired product given to me that also in poor packing in which the product damage during transit due to collision of each other.. This happen due to poor packing it is totally leakage and mixed sanitizer alcohol in oil no use of accepting damage and expired product which is hazerdous to our health allready we are living in cornoa pandemic condition taking care of each step and in that we are receiving damage and deffective and expired product which is harmful to our health and cause to our immune system please take this back and refund my money... Disposable product given to me which is harmful and not usable.. I m waiting for the resolution from shopclues

        Notification on winning a lucky draw

        I recieved a call and text from Dayashankar Mishra stating that i have won a Tata Safari in the lucky draw and either I can take the car or its amount worth of 12, 60, 000 through money transfer.
        The call is from one number, text from another, a different reference number in the name of Diwakar and a different Google pay number (registered in the name of Online shopping center Company).
        The person has shared his Aadhar and Pan...

        On shopclues shopping i placed an order no.[protected] for i kall k24 mobile phone set. Ithas been delivered on 29.7.20 by cash on delivery rs.667. When i opened the packet and assembled mobile set. It has been found defective which has not started. You are requested to either replace it or get it back and refund my money. Looking for suitable action please.

          Is there any such lucky draw system going to run by shopclues..

            Shopclues is one the organization which is non customer friendly, they take the problem of customer as a source of their entertainment. A highly irresponsible and fraud company. They delivered me a invalid window 8.1 activation key. It is rejected by windows during online activation after entering the key. Firstly they provided invalid key. Secondly, in customer service deptt, facility of receiving call from customer has been stopped. Thirdly, after repeatedly emailing and making them aware of defective product. They are not responding in time, and it has been more than 6 days neither they replace or refund the amount 599 rs. They are not bothered about inconvenience or agony of customer. There services is worst and pathetic. A highly unreliable and insincere company in respect of resolving queries. Or escalation of customer.

              I ordered a product from shopclues many day ago. Today i received a sms from shopclues that "dear customer you are order a product from shopclues company. Your name to open the luky draw mahindra xuv 500
              Cost rs=12, 60, 000 the charge of your registration service payment rs 3500. This is valid for one day. Contact helpline number [protected]" after see this i think it is a fraud. And some time later he call me and i receive the call. He say i am a customer service man of shopclues and you won the price, please claim this after send rs 3500 at our company bank account. A nd i say him u are a fraud, shopcules haven't any such lottery. I also say him this 2100 century, you think all of indians are fool, uneducated. There are many good work for earn money. And this corona pandemic situation, you want money from us.. Please help people and give up this type of bad work.
              And secondly, how they receive order information from shopclues. They are employee of shopclues and bluedart. Ultimately i have a advice for shopclues that please give more privacy security to your customer and donot share order information etc anyone.. Love for shopclues💕💕

                Yesterday also they sent me the same mail asking me for photos which i have already sent 4 times now.. Different angles showing the damage and discoloration of the quilts... They are deliberately doing this to avoid giving back the refund...
                Help me consumer court. This is a case of fraud on their part and these kind of online sites should be banned from selling damaged products and troubling consumers.

                    I received a letter from shop-clues, telling that you have won maruti swift desire with a scratch card, scratch card was containing redemption code in it, they had this code to send for some # helpline number, after researching online, i found so many frauds complaints abt the similar matters. this kind of frauds are misguiding the customers and loot money from them please take serious note and register this compliant. this is not acceptable why always shopclues is the only company which is listed in frauds... something is fishy here..it was true, shopclues is cheating customers it is a big fraud company. i please stop here else the next complaint will be in cyber crime.

                        I want to File Complaint Against the Seller For Deffective And Damahe Product Recived

                        I had orded Green moong dal. if the seller doesn't have the inventory in stock then he should off the inventory and not give the product or cancel the product he had given green moongh dal in Deffective Quality and Damage all insect and stones in green moongh dal .

                        2nd reason he should have the sense that all products atleast food product pack propely with some tight container and safety to it that customer get in proper condition he had packed so tightly all materials was inside it and damage due to poor packing

                        3rd reason the product which he had provide is Expired and outdated stock because inside the product small black kernels is there black kernel is type of insects which produces due to old stock grains and that grains is not usable once insect occurred into it

                        And 4the reason he should know we are living in invisible enemy which can't see but affect human organs very badly and in this condition he had given insect product not think about ShopClues business and customer health only thinking of his Wealth

                              My order with shopclues no. :[protected] for product: motorola moto g3 (Black, 8gb) (1gb ram) refurbished, was delivered.

                              However, the mobile was found to be faulty as the screen is flickering all the time and sometimes becomes fully dark. Hence the mobile cannot be used.

                              The complaint was raised and i got the following reply from shopclues:

                              I have send a reminder again on[protected] for which also i got a reply message saying ticket no. 10252677 has been created for follow up.

                              However, so far i have not got any resolution for my complaint. Kindly arrange to pick-up the mobile and arrange for the refund of the amount at the earliest.

                                I did a transaction on 27th-july-2020 for rs.299. I got a message from google pay that the transaction failed and money was debited from my account. Later i did the same through debit card it was successfull & i got the confirmation email.

                                Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  I had ordered Samsung MLT D 101s (ML 2161) Laser Toner Cartridge Order Id[protected] for rupees 1364 on 18th July 2020 i received my product on 24th July 2020 with 3 days of delay, when i opened the shopclues seal/packing the box was looking like genuine Samsung toner box with Samsung brand labelled images after opening the box the product is complete different from that shown in image. i was shocked so then as per easy returns replacement policy i immediately filled return request the same day but the merchant rejected why i don't!! Return Id 8069662 even i tried calling customer care but they were busy always and didn't reply mails also. This was very big cheating and ridiculous got a product which is totally different and wrong product.
                                  this is very bad behavior with consumers . PLEASE i want my refund.

                                    This is again in continuation to my mails requesting for refunds on two quilts whose photos and details related to them were sent when they asked for...I have sent these twice yet they keep coming back asking for the same images..this is like a deliberate attempt to mess with our minds and money. Every time the consumer complaint network send them this information regarding my mails to them, they email me asking for images...same images byt different people...once it was ATTAM, then Tamil selvi then Myank. Crazy company trying to swindle money from people that trust them enough to buy despite the many bad reviews they receive on the net. Please help me get my refund back on the two worse ever faded old damaged quilts i received and been mailing about.

                                      I want to File Complaint Against the Seller For Product Recived in damage condition, Deffective Quality and Stones In Product Insect in Product, Poor Packing, and Different From what we had Ordered

                                      I had orded kale Chana. if the seller doesn't have the inventory in stock then he should off the inventory and not give the product or cancel the product he had given in Deffective Quality and Damage all insect and stones in stock and material was outside small live insect in the product

                                      2nd reason he should have the sense that all products atleast food product pack propely with some tight container and safety to it that customer get in proper condition he had packed so tightly all materials was inside it and damage due to poor packing

                                      3rd reason the product which he had provide is Expired and outdated stock because inside the product small black kernels is there black kernel is type of insects which produces due to old stock grains and that grains is not usable once insect occurred into it

                                      And 4the reason he should know we are living in invisible enemy which can't see but affect human organs very badly and in this condition he had given insect product not think about ShopClues business and customer health only thinking of his Wealth
