My order with shopclues no. :[protected] for product: motorola moto g3 (Black, 8gb) (1gb ram) refurbished, was delivered.
However, the mobile was found to be faulty as the screen is flickering all the time and sometimes becomes fully dark. Hence the mobile cannot be used.
The complaint was raised and i got the following reply from shopclues:

I have send a reminder again on[protected] for which also i got a reply message saying ticket no. 10252677 has been created for follow up.
However, so far i have not got any resolution for my complaint. Kindly arrange to pick-up the mobile and arrange for the refund of the amount at the earliest.
