I had ordered charger from shopclues on 4th of June and I get a message after few days stating it's delivered. It was during lockdown. They are claiming someone signed and accepted the product. We don't have a watchman.every family in our building has the gate key because during lockdown nobody was allowed in the building. They're claiming the product is delivered

Tabs are not working propely . and network connectivity not accepted.

I had ordered Rice of 25 kg of two order SHOPCLUES had done delay for giving me the order

Finally 17 July 2020 ShopClues had CANCEL orsr without reason I was totally depend on ShopClues that I had ordered Rice that's why I had not purchase rice anywhere

Without any reason executive had CANCEL this unfair ShopClues is taking money from Customer keeping for long time and then doing cancel

Now I m not getting rice anywhere and in lockdown seller is not opening shop this is totally against the law if the orde is in stock the why can't it provides to me

I Want the compensation of loss per order Rs 1000 totally rs 2000 in ShopClues clues buck and and my order amount of two order I want in bank account with reference number so I can contact bank for dispuy transaction entry

It is ShopClues mistake u have to rectify otherwise I have to knock the door of grievances Department of India

My prepaid 2 orders not delivered yet. Courier agent not called me atleast and not responded politely. He has product at him but not given to me. But i already paid to those 2 products. Still the product in khammam but he is not coming at the point i mentioned in address.

I hot a call from shopclues. His name is abhishek mandal so he said ne that u won a tata safari car. He gave me two option one take car and second take 126000 in your bank account.
Plz resolve my problem that this call os fraud or i can believe it.

I ignored this message and later received call from this number-[protected] and they asked me if i need car or car's worth money to be transferred to my account, i believed it's true and said car's worth so he asked me to pay ₹3400 and in the next 5 minutes i will receive message and money credited to my account.. He asked me to provide my name and account details once we gave.. He asked me to pay him 3400 to his account details-shivam kumar, ac no[protected], ifsc code - indb0000739
We were not able to transfer so he said me to transfer through phone pay to this number-[protected] (Rajkumar godh), once we made the payment, after sometime we received a message - dear customers, your account xxxxxxxxxx4712 has been credited amount 7, 20, 000 rs 10jul20 18:01:22pay services to tds charge 2%=14, 400 pay after show amount successfull
But our account wasn't credited with this money, he said if we want the money to be credited we should pay tds charges of 14400, i said him i don't want any offer.. Please refund my money but he dint refund both numbers are not available now-[protected]
Please refund my money asap to this number-[protected], i had asked him for his id card.. He sent me fake one and his adhar card, i have attached them below.

I placed order for phone cover worth rs 229/- by number[protected]. Same was cancelled, but i got message which is as under:-
In lucky draw i am a winner of mahindra xuv500 with 2 options. 1st home delivery or 2 marketing value. Tds 6499 and tr charges 8500. Shopclues customer care-[protected] and help center [protected] on 09/07/2020 at 10.32 am. A person called from [protected] for above to claim.
For information please. Take necessary action and do the needful.

I have order a hit gel injection 20 gm from shopclues.com on 27 june 2020 for which the estimated delivery date was 1 july 2020 but my order was not deliver on 1 july. I keep on trying tracking the order but no such information is given from their side. I called up on their customer care to speak to their executive but the call was not answered all the time and it get disconnected automatically without giving information. On 7th july i got a msg about my shipment delay and estimated delivery date postpone to 10th july. On 9th july midnight i got a msg from shopclues for merchant change and procurement delay. Now m keep on trying calling shopclues but no one answered my call. This is rela harrasment. I have paid for my order throught prepaid payment option rs. 258. Plz ryply me asap.

Am getting a call based on a prize offered by tvs... Its a huge amount so i need to pay taxes n a delivery charge... Asking fr my account details

My refund for the order no[protected] is no receive to my bank account And not received my order replacement

I have received a call from ShopClues executive and saying that I Biji Mammen won from their contest and got TATA Nexon and ask me to pay 3500/- for their fee. I need your help to solve my confusion. Is it really from company call or fraud. I need clarification because if it is fraud call I need to complain on IT intelligence department.
Iam attaching my wining ticket below.

Item No: 1 vide Shopclues Order Id:[protected], order placed on 02.06.2020 (Combo SGJET3+1) has not been received till date. The Web-site shows delivered. Only Item No: 2 has been delivered.
The customer Support option in the web-site portal of Shopclues.com is not working properly. Customer care executive is not available on the Customer Support Telephone no: [protected]. There is no response/return email from the company. After trying all possibilities I am complaining through this portal.

Today I got a certificate of achievement of online shopping lucky draw from shop clues and scratch card through by post and claimed that i am one of the winners of the draw. It came through indian postal system and given a number for address verifications. I dialed the given number and it forwarded to another but no-one pick up the call. I want to know is there any such lucky draw or it totally fake? I will never buy anything from your company if you cannot protect the user data.

I didn't recommend anyone to buy anything by ShopClues.. recently I purchased trimmer from ShopClues app. In next 3 4 days they dispatch order to me but I or any family members haven't received any order on that date. I also enquire to my Watchmen and neighbors but they are saying that no one visited here for product delivery... I have done multiple complaint about it and ShopClues send me proof of delivery but in that proof whatever signature was there that didn't mine or any of my family members... It was showing that order received by me but I was not at all available that time at home... I didn't understand what's the problem... Please solve this complaint as soon as possible. Or I am very much sure will not recommend anyone or I also didn't do any shopping from ShopClues ... And I definitely do a consumer complaint for this incidence...

Deliver boy theft my products still he dnt resived my products he called me told like we resive the products by 2pm stil i call him deliver boy still he is not attend the phone. I wanna my color contact lenses products immediately now

I had ordered a book indian polity -6th edition for civil services and other state examinations ebook fast delivery via order #[protected] for rs. 261 on order date: 29 jun 2020, 01:14 am. The website of shopclues is showing delivered but i hadn't received it. Courier details are not provided by the company. I want a solution either delivery of same product or refund.
