This is my order number of shopclues

I had ordered saffola oil container of rs 660 of 2 quantity of different order... O had paid all the taxes and including all shipping charge from this parcel... It means i should get the product in good packing condition but unfortunately it wouldn't happen because of the poor packing from shoclues seller and also all oil are damage due to
This two order given in one box instead of two and this two containers are bended and damage during transit due to collision of two each other when i open it oil was floated in box and become wet from outside i taught in rainy the box has wet but this happen due to internal leakage and all the oil can given me old stock and inside it santizeer bottle given which was not included but it was also damage and all santizeer was mixed into the oil totally annoying to see the damage product and now after my order the product was out of stock from seller it means.. The last order was from me from the seller if the fresh stock was not there why expired product given to me that also in poor packing in which the product damage during transit due to collision of each other.. This happen due to poor packing it is totally leakage and mixed sanitizer alcohol in oil no use of accepting damage and expired product which is hazerdous to our health allready we are living in cornoa pandemic condition taking care of each step and in that we are receiving damage and deffective and expired product which is harmful to our health and cause to our immune system please take this back and refund my money... Disposable product given to me which is harmful and not usable.. I m waiting for the resolution from shopclues

      T a call from your company that you are the first winner in the lucky draw so he said that you have to deposit the registration fee only then your account will be credited. Have taken fifty thousand shopclues from me but have not been submitted yet company bid and will have to deposit money

      He charged an intercity 16700 from me.
      And said that due to this huge amount of money, you have to pay 20000 of rbi.
      And speaking back, the money is not able to be transferred and you will have to pay 22600 cm security charge if the transfer charge from other state

      I request you to get this money refunded, middle class man and laborer

        My order number was[protected]. This is again in continuation on my refund.. Its the 1st august-been a month now since iam deperately trying to get my refund and they have not given me a refund much less got back to me after i sent them all the proofs of the damaged discolored old products they sent through their seller. The quilts are still in my living room noone wants to use it at my house... After sending them proofs 4-5 times, they are not responding.. I think they have decided not to refund.. I am thinking if the consumer court really knows about all this and is acting on it..

          I have purchased two mobiles in 21 July 2020 . I revised two mobiles yesterday (30 July 2020). But I am unable to switch on that two mobiles. In product menu they were offering wireless Bluetooth but I didn't receive. So I have returned those products. But the merchant has rejected my return order. I try cal customer care but they were not responding.

                  I placed an order for "home gym fitness kit by sporto fitness 30 kg combo rubber set" and i received a delivery on 16th july 2020. However the delivery i received was totally wrong. I received pvc gym set instead of rubber gym set within same amount i paid. So below are the list of issue i have with the delivery:
                  1) wrong product delivered
                  2) the product delivered was damaged (Outer packaging was fully worn out and wet). Weighing plates had dents on it and few cracks
                  3) sand was coming out of weighing plates
                  4) product has missing items (Hand gripper)

                  Then i filed a replacement/return request on 16th july 2020 itself (Request id: #[protected], but i have no idea what shopclues team is working upon since so long. I receive no updates where in i have submitted all the necessary formalities and pictures. I have sent number of emails and posted several comments on service request, but i don't hear anything from them. I had a word with customer representative on 29th july 2020 and got a commitment that i will be receiving update on 30th july, which eventually failed. I triggered emails back to various teams within shopclues, but no response in the end. I have paid a lot on this stupid product and stupid service from shopclues. I have penal codes ready with me to file a case against company if i don't get anything from them within 10th august.
                  I want to replace this product and get i what i asked for. If not possible, i would like to get refund.

It means i should get the product in good packing condition but unfortunately it wouldn't happen because of the poor packing from shoclues seller and also all oil are damage due to
                                  This two order given in one box instead of two and this two containers are bended and damage during transit due to collision of two each other when i open it oil was floated in box and become wet from outside i taught in rainy the box has wet but this happen due to internal leakage and all the oil can given me old stock and inside it santizeer bottle given which was not included but it was also damage and all santizeer was mixed into the oil totally annoying to see the damage product and now after my order the product was out of stock from seller it means.. The last order was from me from the seller if the fresh stock was not there why expired product given to me that also in poor packing in which the product damage during transit due to collision of each other.. This happen due to poor packing it is totally leakage and mixed sanitizer alcohol in oil no use of accepting damage and expired product which is hazerdous to our health allready we are living in cornoa pandemic condition taking care of each step and in that we are receiving damage and deffective and expired product which is harmful to our health and cause to our immune system please take this back and refund my money... Disposable product given to me which is harmful and not usable.. I m waiting for the resolution from shopclues
