I had ordered a book indian polity -6th edition for civil services and other state examinations ebook fast delivery via order #[protected] for rs. 261 on order date: 29 jun 2020, 01:14 am. The website of shopclues is showing delivered but i hadn't received it. Courier details are not provided by the company. I want a solution either delivery of same product or refund.

    Hello I'm ordering a bag then I get it but that product colour change...then I'll choose the return product...then I will give that product to them but the refund cashback not received till noww

      I have ordered a product with order number[protected] on 5th June. The payement was successful and order had been confirmed with an estimated delivery date of 14th June. Now today is 5th July and there is no update on the product. When i am trying to track the order it is still showing the date of order placed i.e. 5th june and approved (screenshot attached for reference). I have tried to reach out to customer service over phone but they are not available due to Covid. I have also complained over the complaint link provided by Shopclues but no luck. After that complain the delivery date was given as 25th June but still no luck. Even it is showing the same thing when I am trying to track the order. Now there is no place to complain for the product or to track the order, even the complaint link is not working. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS BEFORE I TAKE TO CUSTOMER FORUM.

        I have placed two orders online via Order IDs mentioned below:

        [protected]Product - IKall K2 1 GB 8 GB Champagne Smart Phone)
        [protected]Product - Artek X96 Mini Android 7.1, Smart Android Box with Amlogic S905W)

        The products haven't been delivered.

        The Order status is Penidng Payment as per Shopclues app.

        The payment got debited from my Googlepay.
        State Bank of India gave the evidence that the payment has been made to [protected]@axisbank.
        However, Shopclues customer care is saying they didn't receive the payments.

        Date of Order - 11/May/2020

        Shopclues customer is not responding properly.
        I have attached order ID details, bank email evidence and Googlepay
        Screenshots.

          Today i got a call from shopclues saying that you recently purchased a product and your name automatically gets stated in our lucky draw. And you have won first prize in that and the first prize was xuv 500 or 16 lakh rupees. They also told me to pay a sum of rs. 4599 to get the award. I rejected the call and came here immediately to complain about this. And i request to resolve this issue and give the culprit a punishment because that person can harms anybody wealth.
          Immediate attention is required.

            But delivered complete black colour without side mirror pockets and also unsized. So please returned it and replace sent as per order.

                I ordered dumbbells on my shopclues account, it's been 10 days my package was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, i don't have access to detailed information regarding my package and no help from the customer care service. This is the worst online shopping app. I will never order anything from here next time.

                    I am getting regular messages from some nitin kumar singh phone number [protected] and [protected] regarding winning a lucky draw on online shopping at shop clues. When i googled i saw so many complaints regarding this nitin kumar since may 2019, surprising no action has been taken against this person. He is still out there calling and messaging people. Please do something as he can harm any innocent person.

                      Received a call from someone posing as nitinkumar singh, employee of shopclue stating that i have got selected in lucky draw and won tata nexon or 8, 90, 000 rs. Received adhar details of employee on whatsapp. I assume this is a scam. Still want to inform shopclue people are not handling well with customer order data. Please take action against data theft.

                            This is the cmplaint against Shopclues order ID:[protected]
                            I purchased a wireless Bluetooth headphones (HBS730) on 13/06/2020 from shopclue by online with ₹410/- through Paytm.
                            It delivered on 20/06/2020

                            Due to the poor battery backup I requested return within 7 days(27/06/2020) for replacing the product(Return request ticket no.[protected].First they approved and giving message to arrange pick-up. Butwithot any reason same day the closed the return window.
                            Again I approach to the customer service center still no replay.
                            According to the Shopclues return policy was 10 days, but they are not ready to either replace this none working item or refund the money ₹410 with compensation

                                  I have received a wrong size and i have filed a return of product they given me a date of 19/06/2020 that the return will be taken. But no one had contacted me and received my product. After that also i have filed many times about this issue to shopclues website but no one had contacted me and one had come receive the product.                                     In may month i ordered a cream, after 1_month back shop clues send a sms to me, merchant had a problem, so i can't send a product, already a paid a money from my atm card, i didn't get money or product, this shop haven't ask bank a/c,,, didn't ask the details of refund process, and customer also didn't respond, didn't lift the call, how can i refund my money back...
