What are you thinking of your self's.
Don't you have commonsense.
Why you people cancelled my order without my permission and any type of
Intimate so you people think your self's.

You people think something else...

1. I don't got any type of information.
2. Why you people cancelled my order.
3. Shopclues is fraud, fraud, fraud,
4. I will surely put a case on u.
5. You people come to consumer court.
6. I had all the proof.

I need immediate reaction on this otherwise it will be badly for you

As i have order two garments as seperated orders. But i have recieved the shipment showing that it containing two order, but consisting only 1 order..

Even with lot of communication with shopclues cs team, i could not able to get the undelivered product which i have been prepaid the amount..

This is my first worst online shopping experience faced.

I've ordered a GYM gloves on 15th February..
Actually the delivery Date of this Product is Sat 24..(Nearly 10 Days )..

But till now I've not received my product.. Actual delivery date is itself too late..
Even now I've not Received my product..

This is my first and worst experience in SHOPCLUES

As per your advertisement i have booked a nokia 105 and ordered it and after receiving the delivery i paid the amount as per your terms but instead of this i did not received the product specified in your advt. I just received a 3rd class handset of other company using the name of nokia brand. Kindly acknowledge this mail and if you want or think of it then please send me a reply of the same about what to do now? i have successfully paid the amount through net-banking and after 2 days my product was cancelled by the company itself.

the product status showing: "Incorrect Product Information & Refund Refund Processed"

i agreed that human made sometime mistake, i have been complaining.
had a conversation to costumer care many time but they did not solved my issue.
they are just trying to misguide me, told me to visit my bank home-branch,
for example if my home branch is in america, seriously do i have to visit home branch just for that.

A call and sms is given to me that i had won a tata safari car as a first prize from global india lucky contest it is fraud call or what i could not catch so please inform me whether it is true call or fake, they are asking my bank account number and said that they will verify my account and send verification message to me, i should give them what they are asking for?

I have ordered mobile phone from shopclues.com on 19/02/2018 but its quality is very bad. The battery does not charge and discharges even during charging with its own charger and different charger also. So l initiated return request but it is cancelled wrongly.. L unable to raise return request again. But i want to return the product and refund of my money back.
And they ended the case saying "we notice that you have now cancelled this request. Hence, we are closing this case at this stage."
How can they commit such a fraud! They have sold this product and it is still in return period (10 days) so they must address this problem and refund my money. But since 4 days have lapsed and there is no message from the company except "your reply to support request [xxxx] has been noted. We shall respond with an update within next 2 business days. We appreciate your patience in this regard."

Plz help me and solve the cancellation issue immediately and initiate my return request again asap as return period will lapse after 5 days.

I have ordered a sandisk 32gb otg pendrive from shopclues on 15th february 2018 by paying 799rs. After getting the product, i came to know that it does have a poor quality, low copying/writting speed, not as shown in image. So i requested to return and refund my amount though im not satisfied. And in the description it was clearly mentioned that it is refundable. Though it doesn't satisfy the basic quality, i tried to contact customer support for more than 3times. All of them made me to wait for 2days each, and still their reply was unsatisfied. With the reference of conversation with shubham and anil of shopclues, it was clear that they will not be accepting the return request. So i wanna raise a complaint against the shopclues and its services. And kindly don't purchase anything from shopclues.

On dt.23.02.18 call frm shopclues after delivery of purchasing item they exact told my name & address and say congratulation u r winner u won 1st prize tata safari.& give option i[censored] want tata safari den submit cash deposit on dt 23.02.18 rs.12, 800 in account number and name sandip sharma a/c-[protected] (Sbi) ifsc sbin0008885 and sew kumar a/c -[protected] (Sbi) ifsc sbin0002021. So i request plz take action.

My order is cancelled by shopclues by giving the reason currently we dont have the product after receiving the payment. They is saying u will receive the payment on 15th of march. If the product is shown on portal and they receive the payment after 5 days they r saying we dont have.
What is that. Is this the customer service. Very bad.. Need the reply

This is very unpleasant to complain about the broken product shipped to me and after several conversation over phone, nothing has done from your side.
Are you running a cheating online business to harass your customer?
Against my order no.[protected], you have shipped one broken /damaged item on 06/2/2018. After due complain for the same, your rep. Has collected the broken one before three days ago for replacement of new product. But, now you are forwarding message by asking bank a/c details for refund of the amount. I don't know why u are crazy to know the bank details from customer. I have given cash at the time of delivery and i want u to act in the same manner or forwarding cheque to my address.
Please don't force me to take this silly deal to the higher formation which may earn badwill for your concern. So, if you can not replace the same, forward me cheque for the product amout with least delay from your side.

And i have checked the name its rakesh kumar and another number rohit kumar.
My one more issue is how the hell they get customers number. This means shopclues is selling user data. I even noticed that its website tries to load some script into your system and than there website shows insecure. I made once a reverse payment into my bank account. After that only i started the receive sms and call. This is really a serious matter. Customers information is not secured even i am not able delete my bank account details from shopclues.

I have ordered for body maxx 8kg home gym 14 inch dumbells rod, 1 curl rod, accessories through shopclues official website.
But the product which i received is totally fake.
The weight plates for dumbells are mere plastic covers having sand inside, moreover they dont weight 2kg as written on them.

Dis call from mb.[protected] on dt.20.02.18 & [protected] on dt.12.02.18. So plz if possible return as case back in a/c [protected]. I always thankful to u sir. As possible u can its an humble request to u.

I had purchased laptop fordable table from this site which they delivered on 13th evening.

Bcos i was not foldable i requested return which they accepted and sent me a msg that pick up initiated. On 17th a man came at 11am and picked up the table in a box.

Later on same man came in the evening around 5pm & returned the box saying he is unable to find the code to which it has to return. Tht time my mom was alone at home, she did not understand wat he said & took the box.

Later at night when i learnt abt bizzare incident of pick up guy returning the product. I logged on shopclues site to & saw they canceled the returned stating customer refused to return the product. And the status was "return complete"

This people are using fraudulent technique to dump things to the customers. We have not refused to return but company played game with us.

Pls bann this site. They are looting us.
