Dear sir / madam,
I, the undersigned, digvijay b. Gaikwad, have ordered two wrist watches individually through 2 transactions from shopclues.com. The transaction date was 8th october, 2017 and the cancellation date and refund date was 12th october, 2017 as per their reply and details given.
But the order was cancelled by shopclues due to inavailability of the watches in stock. This cancellation was done without my intimation and permission as i was ready to wait till the material would have been in stock. Secondly, the transaction number of refund given by them is invalid as the amount is still not reflected in my account and when i confirmed from the bank they told me to check with shopclues.com
Todays date is 4th march, 2018 almost 5 months the refund is not given. The proof of transaction details for both orders provided in the attachment. Also if bank statement is required for further proof i can provide that also then please let me know.
Kindly take strict action against such fraud online ecommece websites like shopclues.com
