I have palce a order on shopclouse.com my order no is[protected]. This order hase been placed from a week ago till the product is not shipped to my address. I have received a phoncall from a courier man. He asked to get the product 3 km away from my address in which the product to be shipped. I also accepted the proposal and replied him to make a call before reaching such place. And afteral no phoncall has not been made even after a day. Till i have not get my product..
As its urgent so i need this product as soon as possible... Thanking you

Today i received a call from [protected] person said to me that he is calling from shopclues and also told me that u ordered nibbler on 30jan so you are our 2nd lucky winner & company is giving you 850000 or a swift desire car whatever u want.
As per me it's a fraud call so plz take action against him and i'm attaching a snapshot for the same.

I ordered
1.Exotic 3d printed bedsheet with 2 pillow cover kty06 (Quantity :2) - Rs.299 per piece

2.Stop N Shop brown poly cotton single bedsheet with 1 pillow cover (Quantity-1) - Rs.279

I recieved both orders with different products and I want this to be returned .. As I have ordered this product without logging into my email id, I am not able to seek the return product option.

Therefore I would like to recieve help and return this product.

I have every call recording and have assured me that he will give me double the amount. But now asking for rbi is holding the amount so i need to pay 38000rs so take necessary actions and help me in getting my amount total 19200rs+5000rs so as per commitment he failed to send so get me compensation

Sir, i have ordered a 5v lithium ion battery charger with order id[protected] from shopcluea of rs 225 and i have paid from my rupay debit card. But i have received the product in damaged condition. When i returned the product they asked to me for the refund. They send me the refund from the same payment gateway i. E. Debit card. They said that they have processed the refund on 28th feb2018. But i have not received the refund yet in my bank account. I have contacted my bank with the transaction id which is provided by shopclues but the bank says that id does not contain any information. I have sent all the documents for which they asked i. E copy of bank statements etc. But they are not helping me.
Please help me in solving this matter.

I order online mobile phon from shopclues.com the rupies off ₹10.999 redmi note 5 (3gb, 32 gb) order id:[protected] it will be dlvrd to me on 3rd march bt when i opend that box sir it will be emty no mobile phn at that box..
And then i complnt on there costmer supprts excutives they told me that uplode pitures of that i uplod piture i hade video also i and it will clearlly clearified that i got emty box..
They told me wait for 2 days aftr 3days i called again they asking me for tge piturs of box and now they said that when the pcket is gives u its seal so we cant help u..
Bt i hade a vdo proof sir that package is seal bt there is no mobile phone on that box i uplod vdo also.. Now help me out over hear plz sir..
And now the shopclues are not accepting my calles when i trying to. Calling calls automaticlly cutted so plz sir take my complint and file agaibs shopclues and givee my money back...

I have placed orders for one lady thermo-warmer (Top & bottom) + one gents thermo-ware (Top); both were undersized therefore, i have returned both the products; but till date neither i have neither received refund nor replacement of these products from the supplier. However, i have a phone phone call from their vendor of these products from ludhiana and they have categorically confirmed to me over phone that they will send free replacement of these products shortly but more fortnight has passed but the replacement of the consignment has not arrived at my place.

I would once again request your good-self to kindly look into my concern and arrange to solve my problem at an early date and oblige.

Today on i got a sms from im-shpcjs saying you are winner of shopclues company online shopping you win -1st prize [tata safari] and amount rs.12, 60, 000/- registration service 12, 600 o 7/3/2018 deposit for only datails contect me shopclues customer care no. [protected]. I want know whether u give such prizes or it is fraud??? I called on that number. One man was speaking. He asked me whether i want tata safari car or cash.

Today before half an hour, got a call from shopclue.com that i win a lucky draw first prize...
Either pay rs. 5000 and get rs. 12, 00, 000/- immediately on your account within few moments...
Else
Pay rs security deposit of rs. 29, 000/- + rs.5, 000/- and one activa will be deliver to u by tempo...

I had placed an order a laptop (iBall Exemplaire Compbook 14 inch) Laptop on 28 Feb 218 from shopclues for Rs. 13728. My order number was[protected]. I received the consignment on 05 Mar 2018 on COD and paid full amount. When i was opened the box and switch on the laptop and checked the keys and mouse, i found some keys was not working properly and mouse pad was also not working properly. I requested for return and refund of the product on the same day and my return Id is 5876279. But the merchant was rejected for return the product. I called customer care on 06 Mar 2018 and intimate the whole thing in brief. However, he doesn't respond adequately to accept my request. The customer care executive said that, item will not be returned and you have to approach iBall customer care as per our return policy. It was my first experience with shopclues.com. It is very painful response compare to others like Flipkart/ Amazon and i will not recommend my friends and families to go with shopclues.com. If i purchase the same thing from any shop from market, then the suitable response must be provided by the shop keeper due to non functional of keys of compbook and automatic command which has been running without any inputs. I will disseminate the case through social media and news paper for a wide publicity. In view of the above, It is once again requested to process for refund/ replace the same. I received call n messages stating that I have won a lucky draw from Shopclues of Tata safari or cash of 1260000 they asked me to pay 7500 registration fee and then later 19200 for Noc and now askin me to pay 75000 for security amt in sbi bank kindly help me as I made a payment of 27000 to them for Noc n registration kindly help. I ordered a 7 inch tablet in shopclues for rs.7899 but its performance is not good. Specifically the camera is worst and touch screen is also not performing good. The full brightness of the tab is very low such that it does't satisfy normal brightness and so looking it for more time strains the eyes. So i registered for return but it shows the status as "request rejected by merchant". I request someone to help me to get my money back.

I got a call saying iam winner of lucky draw dey ask me to pay the amount 6300 to get 12 lakh 60k which i did. After paying the amount they ask me to pay 25200 again as gst.. I said to deduct 50k from my lucky draw and send me the rest but they denied saying we cant do that. Having such a reputated company why dis fraud.. Very disgusting. I want my 6300 back or else i will definately register a complaint towards the company

He know the all details about my online purches from shopclues and her said i won a prize. And given two options 125000 or car.
And for that he wants all bank details.

When i ask him for his and his branch details, so he evade from given details

I thing he is fraud person.

I, the undersigned, digvijay b. Gaikwad, have ordered two wrist watches individually through 2 transactions from shopclues.com. The transaction date was 8th october, 2017 and the cancellation date and refund date was 12th october, 2017 as per their reply and details given.

But the order was cancelled by shopclues due to inavailability of the watches in stock. This cancellation was done without my intimation and permission as i was ready to wait till the material would have been in stock. Secondly, the transaction number of refund given by them is invalid as the amount is still not reflected in my account and when i confirmed from the bank they told me to check with shopclues.com

Todays date is 4th march, 2018 almost 5 months the refund is not given. The proof of transaction details for both orders provided in the attachment. Also if bank statement is required for further proof i can provide that also then please let me know.

Kindly take strict action against such fraud online ecommece websites like shopclues.com

On 3rd march 2018, someone has used my icici debit card to make two purchases worth rs. 5220/- and rs. 1947/- on shopclues website.
The card has been blocked now. Can you help in tracing the buyer and tell the address on which delivery has been sought. I request you to delay the delivery as icici bank, gomti nagar, lucknow has started the investigation after lodging the online complaint.
