I recently buy a universal silicone keyboard protector skin. It cost just rs 99 but the problem is the protector skin has loss its adhesive power so it doesn't stick right from the moment it was peel off from the cover. How can you sell such product on online and letting people to buy such poor quality product. I will never buy shopclues product. Its not even worth for a try.

This is the message that i got.. I have recorded their conversation with me.. No option to upload here... I went long enough to see till where would they go.. Lastly i said them this is kerala, here people are 100% educated.. He even got scared the # out when i conveyed him his home address linked to the bank account... Lol

Still has no traces of refund, nor the product is still picked up, its been 10 days since i placed the return statement but then also there is no update regarding the return process. It is very sad to see that previously also my order didn't receive its refund.

If there is any offer then sent me a gift of car. But they telephonically said that i should sent them 6252 rs then the send me a gift of car by shopclues company offer. I have recievved the call from these numbers [protected]. And full detail i m sending you attachment plz see it

I ordered track pant worth 378 rs in january 2018.. And returned on 17 of january.. They said i will get refund by 22nd jan... Even after one month i didnt got refunded... Even i called the customer care and complained as well they said to check with my bank customer care... But still i didn't got any response from shop clues... Order no[protected]... Plz solve my issue...

Hi sir dis is shahanaz l have purchased the item 1month back and return also next day but stii my amount not creditrd in my account, the amount has credited but your empolyee has in correct details so bank has refused the tranaction please solve my problem aa soon as possible

Some company informer called me lucky draw..

And says that i won a tata safari car. I don't believe in this so please let me know is there anything like this in shopclues because there are most of the frauds.. And i also don't believe like such lottery's so if is there any type of lottery in shopclues some brosher or some pemplat like should come on my email or any cell so that i can understand. Otherwise i just want to ask that is there any such lottery's in shopclues or it is a fraud.

Hi, The courier service you are engaged is pathetic and unfriendly.The man didn't even called me at the first place and was arguing me about stupid things.This is the first time i have came across such a nuisance guy that don't even call to confirm where the product has to delivered.He was very rude and giving me tantrums even when i was polite to him.Totally bad experience with this one.When i asked him about why hed didn't called me he said blue dart aisa hi hota hai.seriously is this the way to talk to a customer.

I ordered baby velvet mattress on 29th jan 2018 and est delivery was on 3rd feb but i recvd a msg on my cell that ots been delivered at 0410pm on 1st feb... The dress i order did not satisfy me. It was totaly different for the image and the quality was worst. So i request to return the product no one cae to pick uo the product. I make reverse pick request and again nobody came to pick my dress. I had made the payment also.. They are nlt returnig my product. How could they do like this evem the term and conditions says that is we any issues related the product we can we can return easli, but this is not done. How many time i called them through their their helpline no. But response i got. The customer care support service is also not available. Anytime i call they always says some technical issue we cannot talk at this time. I want them to return my prodct and refund me my amount.

Iam a seller on shopclues.com. I really have a very bad experience since the time registered. One of the worst marketplace and customer support i have ever seen. Customer support is never contactable and helpful. Takes too long to respond to tickets. Due to all this i never got interest to increase my business here. I had few sale on the site but the pick up was never done by the courier partners even after my regular and multiple follow up and then they deduct my money for late shipment and plus my metrics effected. I sell on other market places too where i had good sale my pick up are always done in 24hours and my performance score is also 100%. I took my profile offline twice before due to these bad experience. 2days back i again made my store online to see if there is any improvement and changes done my shopclues and i got 1 order but now i am unable to login to the profile. I tried login with otp yesterday and try to change password, but was unable to change. Today i got 1 order, but unable to process it, as i am not able to login to profile via otp nor i am able to change my password through the link i received on mail it's giving error. Tried contacting customer support multiple times number on ivr and not directing me to executive. This is really so annoying and frustrating. Please help or shopclues will again eat all my money showing late shipment. I am feeling cheated.

Amazon and flip service is best for customer return it is fraud company

I order welltech cu32s1 32 inches (81.28 cm) smart full hd curved led tv dated on 7.2.2018. Payment already done from my credit card i recd. Msg but my delivery not tracking, i everyday call to customer care but he that time telling server down and no any response to mi. And i order time book this order show 3 or 4 days delivery but 8 feb give mi msg delivery 21 feb so how can possible now not pickup customer care my call. So plz help me what to do...

After this i asked him send a official email to my id but he refused to send the mail saying that i[censored] need any clarification regarding i will tell you over phone only. Also he said you deposit the amount in sbi account (Account no [protected], ifsc code - sbin0001516, named prince kumar) if any problem you face give a complaint. I deposite 8, 500/- on this account. They did not share any details. Then i said refund my money. They refuse. Please help me.
