I have make an order and already reached destination which is our hometown (Mizoram) they are too slow in delivery which i know its just because of their lazyness and i want shopclues to please track them and give them warning to stop their unforgiving behavior soon... Were really not so happy at all... As the cause of delay is just due to their lazyness and carelessness... Thank you

Today I received a sms and a phone call from shopclues regarding a lucky draw where they kept telling me about the prize amount (rs.12, 60000 or a tata safari) and the others things.
So I as a customer of shopclues would like to request to make me clear about the lucky draw which may even be a scam call or sms.

I tried to contact custercare service but i am unable to connect with the customer care executive.       I recently received a msg which stated that you are a lucky winner as a result of shop clues shopping. Then i received a call from a person who told that he was calling from shopclues. He had my details like my contact and my address. He even knew about my latest purchase from your site. He was asking about my account number to transfer prize money. I wonder how could he get all these details. Whether he was a fake caller or actually a person from shopclues. I have forwarded his number to a dcp relative of mine. If i find him to be of shopclues, i would carry this issue to consumer court. Kindly look into the issue. An immediate reply would be appreciated.

      On 2nd February 2018, I have received a call from person stating calling from Shopclues head department and won the Alto car worth some 3 lakhs something. While talking to person i figured out its completely fake. My question is how Shopclues shares its customer personal information.

        Shopclues manager talked with me and told about the lucky draw and says that i won a tata safaricar. I don't believe in this so please let me know is there anything like this in shopclues because there are most of frauds.. And i also don't believe like such lottery's so if is there any type of lottery in shopclues some brosher or some pemplat like should come on my email or any cell so that i can understand. Otherwise i just want to ask that is there any such lottery's in shopclues or it is a fraud.
        I am posting the sms i received below

          Am very disappointment with shopclues. I have been receiving phone calls on behalf of shopclues, regarding lottery winner where the caller mentions my shopclues id, registered mobile number, shopping detail and exact amount, transaction detail and they knew my internet banking password too and asked for one time otp where i immediately changed my password. The caller use very abusive language. This is the number from which i am receiving fake calls +[protected].

          Asking me money for transfer of prize.

          This is very disturbing and disappointing that customer’s details are used by bogus and fake peoples for thug purposes

            Sirs,

            Greetings. We are one of the merchants on board with you. Our mid is 545244.

            On 31st january, 2018, on strenuous representations by one of your executive (Mr. Pankaj if we are right) over phone for your seller services products we opted for adzone credits by making online payment of rs.2500/- on his following promises. (1) that we will be allowed to put more than 100 products in adzone, (2) we will be assisted to to put products in adzone; (3) we will get orders immediately and (4) if not satisfied within 7 days, our amount will be refunded.

            After making the said payment, i received a mail from mr. Udit singh to submit two ids alone to put in adzone. Therefore we submitted three ids by our reply mail with a request to take immediate steps to put in adzone and allow us to put more products as promised. But there was no response from mr. Udit singh. Therefore i called mr. Pankaj on 1st of february, 2018. But he did not take the call. Therefore again on 2nd of february, we made call to him and he took the call and assured to do the needful within a hour. But there was no effect from him thereafter. Hence we are raising this complaint.

            We opted this service mainly on the representation that we will be allowed to put more than 100 products in adzone from time to time. But the credit in adzone shows only to the extent of the amount which we paid. From which we can be able to add only two products. By adding only two products, there will not be any change in order receipt rate. Further by your executives' representations we have opted almost all of your services including domine name. Business gury on payment. But the service was very poor and we did not get much orders. Whereas in amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc. We are getting orders on daily basis. For example the last month sales in amazon alone rs.83, 000/- in our books category. But such online platforms concentrate in fetching orders for their merchants by improving their portals by public advertisements and festival sales. But as far as shopclues is concerned, it is not taking such steps to advertise themselves in news papers or tv channels. Moreover the executives of shopclues canvass for seller services on false promises and immediate actions.

            We have already fed up with all of your services. However, with a fond hope that you have changed your strategy, we opted the present service as stated above. But there is no use and no action. It is painful to state that the speed which shown while getting payment from merchants for seller services are not there while render services afterwards. Shopclues instead of doing business with the merchants for selling their services, if concentrate or change its technique to improve itself by making wide public advertisements like amazon, flipkart etc. Then it will grow faster and the merchants will also get orders from public customers.

            Therefore we request you to refund/revert our amount rs.2500/- immediately to our credit card account from which it is paid.

                          My registered email id with shopclues is: [protected]@gmail.com
                          Order id:[protected]
                          Return id: 5687164
                          Product ordered: ikall k71 (Single sim, 1.4 inch display, 800 mah battery, bis certified)

                          I already paid the money through credit card while ordering.

                          The above order was delivered on 29-jan-2018. After opening this product i found that, sim card is not recognized. Even after inserting the sim multiple times, i found the error message which says "insert sim"

                          After i found the product to be defective, i have placed the return request on 30-jan-2018, with the above mentioned return id.

                          Today i have got a reply from their customer service executive, where they have stated that they cannot take back the product and asked me to contact the authorized service center of ikall.

                          This is really unacceptable.

                          As per the return policy of shopclues.com it is clearly mentioned in their website that:

                          "•the product is eligible for return in one of the following cases provided the complaint/return request is registered within 48 hours of delivery
                          - product is defective/damaged."

                          This is clearly a case of online fraud being done from shopclues, and cheating the customer by giving defective product, and then by not following the return policy.

                          Kindly help me out in this regards, so that i can return the product and get my money back.

                          I have just now got a call from one executive of shopclues.com. This call came from the mobile number: +91 [protected]. This person behaved extremely rudely with me. Firstly he communicated that the money cannot be refunded back in my credit card account. And then when I told him that I am ready to share my Account Number, he stated that he does not want my Account Number, BUT HE NEEDS MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER to process the return.

                          Why will I provide my Debit Card number to Shopclues over the phone?? This is completely ridiculous. Seems to me like an attempt to do Online fraud.

                          If I provide my bank account details, why is it not possible for them to refund my money in my account? And not only that when I refused to give my Card number, this person behaved extremely rudely and disconnected the phone on my face.

                          My question is are they doing me any favour here?

                          I am requesting the concerned authority to look into this complaint on priority.

                            Last time also I have ordered 102 bags of Garbage and they delivered only 50. Now again I have ordered 50 bags and they only delivered 40 Disposable Garbage bags.

                              After some times a person call me and said to deposited rs 8500/- for registration fees to claim the prize.
                              He send me account no of sbi bank. He said that particular account holder is our md of shopclues, i[censored] can't deposited the amount the lucky draw prize is given to second standby person.

                                  Comments: main product \'watch phone\' is missing.
                                  I ordered ikall watch mobile but they send me empty box. And now refuse to accept their fault how can they do this to their customers. It is not the fault of courier as the package was intact. Then it is clear they lie. Please do needful

                                    Hello,
                                    This is kamal singh from anteroflex outfits, we are vendor on shopclues.com.. Since december 2017. I recently started my business here. I don't know that much policies are being made by shopclues.
                                    Issue 1:
                                    I got order of 5 products one by one. And i delivered all orders. But due to any reasons the order got cancelled and they told me that you cancelled the order whereas i raised a ticket to process the order beacuse i was not so familier about the process to fulfill. They are so careless as they didn't replied for the ticket. And the order has been cancelled, after that they penalised me for this cancellation also, and the penalty is of rs. 338... What should i do..? I haven't get a single penny from shopclues and they penalised me tjhat much... So that today i have delivered five products, and the payout is -47... Means my firm is going in loss.

                                    Issue 2:
                                    So i were receiving too much calls from shopclues for their paid services of business guru. And i was regularly refusing the proposal, but when i refuses the proposal they said rudely that you are not a single merchant here, we have a lot of merchant,,, and all... I am highly disappointed by the shopclues team... This is the worst company ever in e marketplace.

                                    Shopclues is a worst business place... Don't do business here... As they are crazy for the money to be earned. So they penalise that much and... Sell the product at the double price of the seller payout,,,,,, and the service is also... Very very down..
                                    I am so unhappy to use the shopclues..
                                    Regression...

                                      I had ordered an home berry jaipuri rajwada double bed sheet with 02 pillow covers on 17 jan 2018 (Order id no :[protected] and product has been received on 19 jan 2018 as far as short receipt of product complaint registered on 20 jan 2018 through complaint cell. However more information asked by you against my complaint on 23 jan 2018, which was also send to you on 25 jan 2018 through complaint cell. Morever i have again lodged complaint for the same on 23 jan 2018 for your ready reference and better checking of product despatch details through online complain box.
                                      Now how you are saying i am registered my complaint on 23 of jan 2018. Please look into the matter and short out the complaint at the earliest.
