My order no is[protected] i had purchased one dress which at first attempt was delivered wrong size then i raised for replacement they returned me the same dress with changed logo at neck side and poor quality. Then after i returned the same almost 15 days back but till date i have not received any refund. Is shopclues testing patience of customers?

Shop clue delivered defective product. I asked to take return. But they told it is warranted product, so you asked service centre.
How i accept damaged product. If i use that product, then failure occur means i can approach service centre. Shop clue delivered defective product. So kindly advised shop clue to take return that product and refund my money

I am mailing you regarding my order #[protected]. I had ordered swaggy men's black & grey cotton blend trackpants combo of 2 worth rs. 413 (All inclusive) xl size, but have received l size instead on 25th december. Since then i am continuously calling on the contact number provided by swaggy daily, but it is not-reachable or switched off. I had also mailed shopclues (Need support option from its website) regarding the replacement of my product. I was informed to wait for 2 working days regarding the processing of my return. I had also contacted the customer care executive sharing my problem with him and requested him to either replace me the product or refund my entire money, but it was of no use as no processing has been done in order to solve my problem. But i did not get any call or email. After then i have received an email mentioning that my return pick-up has been scheduled on 28th december'2017, but no pick-up has been done. Instead, i have received a sms on my contact number mentioning that the pick-up could not be done yesterday, so it will be re-attempted. An hour back, i have received a call from the return pick-up department of shopclues which says that my pick-up has been scheduled on tomorrow, 30th december. I have again contacted the customer care executive garima and told her the entire incident and the problem that has been faced by me since 25th december. She told me that my pick-up has been scheduked on 2nd january'2018. When i told her to arrange the pick-up within today, she told me that she can not do anything instead of requesting the pick-up dept. To make it as early as possible and told me to wait for it.

now, i want to send my following feedback regarding the very first product i have ordered in shopclues:-

1. I have received the wrong size of the product (Received l instead of xl).

2. The contact number of swaggy provided in the invoice attached with the order is not reachable or switched off since i have received my order till now.

3. As claimed by you being the first and largest e-commerce company, amazon.in is far better than you in all aspects (I am a regular amazon customer).

4. When you are least bothered of solving the problem faced by your customer, and even delaying every attempts made by you in doing so, amazon.in schedules the return pick-up few minutes after requesting them to replace or refund. They hardly take one or maximum two days to pick-up the item and 3 days maximum to refund the entire money in the bank-account of customers or replace the item and send the correct item. Shopclues is taking more than 7 days in just picking-up the item, so may be they will take 1 month to replace or refund.

5. Amazon's customer care executives are always ready to help their vauled customers and do not unncessarily delay in solving customer's problem.

6. Customer hardly has to take any headache regarding the entire replacent or refund procedure in amazon. Whereas, i had to take enough headache in just scheduling the return pick-up of my item myself.

7. Everything happens smoothly as claimed by amazon's customer care support executives, but here nothing happens as said by shopclues' customer care executives.

8. If amazon's customers had to face any problem or harassment regarding any product some-how, amazon sends cheque as their good-will gesture just to gain customer satisfaction. Shopclues only attempts to harass its customer.

9. Shopclues customer care are also not aware of exactly what is happening and do not at all know how to gain customer satisfaction. So customers feel guilty for ordering in it and facing so much harassment.

10. Since first impression is the last impression, so i am really disgusted with shopclues regarding the very first item i have ordered and entire processing that has been made by shopclues.



being totally disgusted facing so much harassment regarding a single order, now i want either replacement of the item i have received and sending the xl size of the item or else, sending entire refund of my money in my bank account within 2-3 days. I do not want to listen to unnecessary excuses from shopclues and further delay or harassment in doing so. I can only hope that shopclues will solve my problem in order to avoid consumer forum action if i file a complain against shopclues.

29th december, 2017. I am receiving calls from this number:- [protected] that i have won a tata safari car or 12 lakh 40 thousand 100 hundred 48 rupes in shop clues lucky draw. They are asking to pay at least rs. 9999/-.

When i ask them what should i buy from shop clues which i was won the first prize. Than they gave me wrong answer. Than i was know that it's totally fake call..
But i can't understand how can they get my name and mobile number detail.
Which i mentioned in my shop clues online purchase a/c. Which is connected to my gmail - id.

I have received an empty package, from shopclue.in, informed about the same at the instant.
But since 23 dec2017 i have heard from any of them about the same, raised tickets as been asked, contacted them 3-4 times but till today nothing from there end, please help me getting my refund from this fraudster.
Seriously this very unprofessional and very inconvenient for the customers, because for the same thing have to asked thousands of time and that's also my own money for which i haven't got anything.

Today i got call from unknown mobile number saying that you have bought any product from shop clues. He then says i have win tata safari and to claim same i have to pay 7500. And then i get a sms from hp-shpcjs asking for money.
My question is that how that person got my number and how he knows that i have bought something from shopclues.
Take this issue seriously, i assume the company is selling consumer s private information to someone else or company is involved in fraud. Because the sms is from your official id.
Please take this seriously else i have to complaint consumer court for privacy issue

I have ordered a induction cooktop.
I received it on time.
When i was using it suddenly it cracked it was it's first day.
I have canceled it but it's cancellation automatically cancelled.
I want my money back within 1 day.

They are even not responding.
I tried many times to cancel it but no such option is available.
Their costumer care is also not responding.
They have promised a lot before the purchase but they even provided single of them. So be aware of shop clues.
I just only one thing that no one can be fooled.

I ordered a bottle few weeks ago and received an empty well packed box after opening it i found that bottle was missing and stone chips were filled to make it heavy earlier also i have received same kind of problem when i ordered an watch which was totally different from the pic which they had shown and even the battery was not working and the belt was defected i don't know this kind of issue is happening with me only or it happens with every shopclues buyer very very much disappointed with this app earlier they credited clues bucks on my account but this time they didn't refund i don't know what is happening my total money is wasted disgusting experience hope to get back my money please do something regarding this thank you

I purchased a washing machine on 04/09/2016 for which rs17098 was debited from my account from emi. But because the delivery was not avbl on my pincode, it was cancelled. I received a msg from shopclues that my money will be refunded in a few days.
However, the same amount was again debited and credited on 08/9/2016.
And this emi was not cancelled. Every month, my emi of 1535.18 kept continuing for a year after that.
Please help me in getting a refund of the above amount, preferably with interest.

Where seller sold product for more price i have sent company complaint but till now refund not processed after received a reply that some refund processed after i had sent pictures of product description but till now not processed also till now. Also i advise all if you trust shopclues then after reading you understood this is how a fraud by shopclues!

My bedsheet are less than 500g but shopclues charging 1000g for the same and i tried to contact shopclues team many times and share all required images too but those guys never reply on mail even wrote solved status without giving any solution.

Dear sir i was purchased a order from shopclues last week and after that a phone calles and msgs recieved and they says talking from shopclues and you are a lucky winner and get price of safari i ignore that but vulger words are use by them and the caller konws about the order i recieved from shopclues website please get quick action to them... So many times i raised my concern via email, mobile app and customer service center.. But still am the looser who paid the money through online 1 month ago and waiting for your update... None of my family member or me received the order.. But you guys are telling that the order is delivered. I need a proped solution with in 24 hours. I have ordered larwa men's silk kurta pyjama on 04/11/2017 and order id is 13147765. I have got it on 09/11/2017 and found it defective then i requested for returning it on 10/11/2017. Return no. Is 5791644. About a month has been passed but nobody has come to collect the product and also refund is not initiated. So please do as soon as possible. Many times we talked to your customer care executive but they have done nothing so please resolve it as soon as possible

The refund is not in my account mizoram rural bank, in shopclues bucks my money is there but in my account there is no money on shopclues bucks... I want them to transfer in my account. Cause i want back my money to buy something another. Delivery boy take back their product and my money is not in my account, please take me back my money on cluesbuck to my bank account
