Last week i got a call from shop clues saying that i won a iphone 6 as a gift and u need to pay for gst which is refundable and i need to purchase worth of 4k items... I got message from shop clues itself.. So as i got a confirmation i have purchased worth of 4k and paid around 11999rs gst o get iphone as well... Till now i didn't get any of my product and refundable amount... Pls can someone call me regarding so that i'll provide all the required information or i'll contact consumer court to get more clarity on this and will publish on this issue on social media as well..

      My name is prashant kumar singh, i gifted one electric kettle to my mother, wherein she has received a defected peace yesterday, today she called me and informed that it's not working, it's is surprised that how a brand new product doesn't work, so i put a returned request and you won't believe me i have received an email from you guys to go to service station and get it repaired.

      We wanted a fresh peace and not a repaired one, so please take your defective peace return immediately,

      Don't know how many guys you have cheated like this, but not this time, now you should see what i am going to do to spoil your image in the market.

              I ordered a product (Order no.[protected] for livestrong 20 kg combo dumbbell rod + gloves) through online shopping in shopclues. The product delivery was delayed and i waited for 3 days. Till the product has not yet been delivered. Then i made a cancellation request. When made a cancellation request it was forwarded to return request automatically. Then without the product being delivered the delivery report was sent. Now return message has come stating to sumbit the undelivered product. When contacting the customer care there were no response. Not even a single call was attended by the customer support. I need the refund along with fine for insulting me.

                        02. The only selfie stick you sent me is broken,

                        I tried to get in touch with helpdesk but they are asking me to go to service centre. Same reply they sent me for more than 4 times.

                        What about my other selfie stick..? Either you refund my money or send me the product i paid for. Plz don’t force me to go to consumer court.

                            Please see my order[protected]placed order for 5 door metalic slim shoe rack on payment of rs6500/-on 11th august 2017-you have informed me on 21st september 2017 that you have cancelled my order, and initiated for refund of rs6500/-on 21st septenmber2017, after lapse of more than a month.
                            But i have not received my money rs6500/-back from you so far as on date, nearly 2 months after i paid to your goodself on 11th august 2017. Causing undue hardship and agony to me for no fault of mine.

                              I had ordered a anarkali kurta by swaron a few days back but when i tried tracking my order it showed absolutely nothing. At first a message came that my order is ready to be shipped and i will soon get but the very next day i recieved a message that my order has been delayed. After that i neither recieved any message regarding my order nor i got any clue of what happened. Also nothing showed up in my ordered item's list on the website!! I hope my complaint reaches them and they detect the issues and deliver me my order before or till 15th october!!!

                                    I choose 2nd option. They told send money of rs 6500/ for registration. After that told me to send 25200, 37800, 20200, 15300 which i paid. Finally my prize money 1260000 not transfer to my account and i was astonished..                                         My name is robith. I ordered a handset mobile inovu i7 on 21 september 2017 which cost 349 and delivered it on 03 october 2017 at cod of a total cost of 412. The product was not properly working. So i decided to return it back. I requested my return on 04 october 2017. The reason of the return request was to take it back the product as soon as possible and receive a genuine refund. But my return request was rejected by shopclues on the same day.
