My name is prashant kumar singh, i gifted one electric kettle to my mother, wherein she has received a defected peace yesterday, today she called me and informed that it's not working, it's is surprised that how a brand new product doesn't work, so i put a returned request and you won't believe me i have received an email from you guys to go to service station and get it repaired.
We wanted a fresh peace and not a repaired one, so please take your defective peace return immediately,
Don't know how many guys you have cheated like this, but not this time, now you should see what i am going to do to spoil your image in the market.

Comments: i had ordered prestige electric kettle pkoss 1.5, however i have received a faulty one, which is not getting on, there is no power supply going to the kettle, please replace the product immediately, it was a gift to my mother and she got unnecessary headache now of replacing the same.
