Therefore kindly chsngebmy product otherwise i would file complain at consumer forum

I want to return AFM BLACK FORMAL SHOE immediately against full refund on line. The design of the shoe is not up to the mark. Its Heal is very short. The inside of the shoe is not made properly. It is not use-worthy. To putting in the foot also is very troublesome. It has very cheaper look. It seems to be more cheaper than its value paid. It does not seem to lustful. It seems to fail on long walk on road. It does not seem to endure road hazard. Please comply to my request and take return from my address as given immediately with refund of money paid on line.

On 11 sep when internet facility available i registered complain butvreply found thstbi did complain after two days of delivered so we can't change product
Therefore kindly change the damaged product immediately otherwise i would file complain at consumer form
I want to return the AFM BLACK FORMAL SHOE delivered on 14/9/17 for the same is found not as seem to be on line.
Even after facing so many issue from last two months i used my clues because this people not ready to refund my cash and when reorder the kurties they two times cancelled order without my concern these people are not having any experience to handle the customers i want my remaning amount back
Sir my shoes is local and second problem is booking shoes and delivered shoes is not matching. So I'm very very disappointed.. Sir plz my shoes is replace.
I ordered my 2 mobile stand and already paid at the time of order placed. but at the time of delivery, the person take money from my mother saying that this order is COD
Wrong product Delivered to me from this site..Please change my product or refund my money .

    I am reaching out to you because i find myself helpless in a very straight forward situation, which shopclues turned into a nightmare.

    So i ordered 2 hush puppies formal black shoes and they were delivered to me by august 15th.

    I liked the design and style of one and didn't like the design of the other. So i placed a return request on aug, 18, for order id[protected]

    I have made 9 attempts eversince to get these shoes returned and everytime you guys have given me the same lame reply. Shopclues customer support ask me to read the return policies. I ask them to go through it themselves. Where does it say, a customer can't return a product, if he doesn't like the design/style of the product after its delivery.

    I am regretting ordering the shoes from shopclues. I ordered 3 more pairs - one from paytm and 2 from flipkart. I returned the paytm and 1 flipkart order. The return was as smooth as expected. No doubt why shoplcues' customer base and market share is the lowest in your segment. With such an awful customer service, i see no market for shopclues at all.

    I work in citibank and i have shared this incident with atleast 50 people by now. People are laughing at me when i call shopclues every 4th day from office and sing the same song.

    I am loosing my patience now as i never expected this from shopclues.

    Please help me to get the return in place.

    While placing the return request, i was asked to choose the reason for return, and i chose the option - "product - wrong color/size/ style". I mentioned in the comments that i did not like the design of the shoes.

    I called the customer care and told them that i never canceled the return request and that i want the shoes to be returned as i did not like the design. They resubmitted the return request on aug, 23 as fololws -

Aur facebook per frowad company ki advertisement karun gaa.

        i ordered 2 memory cards in shopclues, the 2 memory cards are 8gb and 16gb. i had paid money through net banking. but at the time of delivery i found that the package contains only 1 memory card i.e 8gb only... But they had updated that i received 2 memory cards & the package also contains a bill of 2 memory cards., but i didn't received the other one i.e 16gb. there is only one memory card present in that package.where is the rest one? they cheated me so please help me..

          I have purchased a belt from shopclues. I was attracted by the cost and the quality in the picture which was appeared as an advertisement in facebook. The displayed one was blackcolour one. I have recieved a brown color one which can not be even usefull to tie my dog. When i have requested for arefund they have immediately transferred the amount to my account and they have not come for collecting the product.

          Dear friends it is one of the way they cheat the people. Normally people dont spend their valuable time to send a request to get the money back. T hey allready nkow that the product the is not usefull. That is thereason why they have not come to collect the product.

            I made an order n shopclues and then i had to return it as the fitting wasnot good so the cash/money i gave they transferred it as cluesbucks i ordered another product but it didnt delivered and later i didnt find anything usefull so i tried various ways to find how can i get my money converted or transfered but i didnt find it anywhere on there site

I have been receiving phone calls on behalf of Shopclues, regarding lottery winner where the caller mentions my Shopclues ID, registered mobile number, shopping detail and exact amount, transaction detail. The caller use very abusive language. This is the number from which I am receiving fake calls [protected].

                      Asking me money for transfer of prize.

                      This is very disturbing and disappointing that customer’s details are used by bogus and fake peoples for thug purposes.

                      So as defamation I want two Nutrilite Daily 120 tablets.

But due to some reason i have cancelled this order but till date i haven't received my money even they didn't replies my email too and a customer representative told me that they will refund my money soon, but didn't get my money. Kindly refund it asap.

                            I have bought a "dash aux cable" through online from shopclues.com and paid in advance through electronics payment with other seven items. But, according to my purchase list, i did not get/ received the item/ product "dash aux cable" till today.
                            I have wrote approx three mails to your customer care department, but till today your department shows no care on my complain and your office thank that it is not necessary to send any reply to me. I have acknowledged here that i have received other seven items except the "dash aux cable".
                            After along time waits i have reporting my complain against your shipping department for non paying item, dash aux cable, till today.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have ordered Ankel shoes from Shopclues online shopping and I am very alas to see the product quality. Its very very bad and poor condition. When I opened shoes it stinks very much. Soul of the shoes is very bad. Immediately I have raised complaint in Shopclues web also.
                                There is return address on the box along with the phone no. but the guy is not responding to any of my calls. Even I have sent pics of the shoes and invoice on his whats app but no response.

                                  I need this sofa (Order id:[protected] to be returned (Return id: 4763200) and everyone id lying so that this order can not be returned and i am thinking what kind of service is this they lying so that it can not be returned.
                                  This sofa is not even close to what is specified or i must say shown, its not in solid wood, its color is dull blue and most importantly the product i have received is dirty it has stains at places and i don't need such a product.
                                  And i specifically asked for right had side sofa, called, written so many times and asked for right had side sofa, and i have received email from their customer service who has assured me that this sofa can be used both right hand and left hand side so believing to this response i have ordered it still i have received left hand side sofa which is of no use for me.
                                  I want to return it as it has stains at places and i don't want to keep it and want my money refunded.

                                  I am completely disappointed with the customer service, its so hard to reach and if somehow you reach you will receive automated response for 30 minutes call back and that rarely happens. Secondly i raised return request and it got rejected and no one was even bothered to inform me, no call, no message, no email, it was just cancelled and i proactively called to check the status.
                                  Now i raised a return request and while raising the return i don't know if it was technical issue or there was some word limit due to which i was not able to write my complete issue and i realized that and after few hours i have updated the comments with my complete reason for this return and i have dropped few emails as well but my return request was rejected just with the first reason i have given no one is bothered to look on other updates and no one is concerned to talk to me before rejecting it.

                                  This is not end of story fortunately i was getting call from seller (Tezerac) and he was understanding my concern and was ready for return. The number of that person is : [protected] and he is from tezerac. But as he was not able to see the return request which is cancelled by the customer service of shopclues so the seller was not able to process the request.
                                  Now i am unable to understand when seller is fine with the return then why you shopclues is not approving it.
                                  Secondly i have again got call from the customer service of scopclues and the lady there said that she talked to seller and seller is denying the return on the other hand i am talking to seller and i am getting calls from him and i am chatting to him (Chat proofs are attached) he is accepting the return then why is your customer service is saying that seller is denying the return? Is shopclues is lying or are they are trying to say i am lying?

                                  Seller is fine with the return see the chat proofs that i have with seller his number is [protected]. This sofa has stains on it and seller is understanding and well as he is understanding the style of sofa is of no use for me and i can not use it.

                                  I have saved the number of that person by the name "sofa" (See the screenshot of that as well). The number of that person is : [protected] and this person is from tezerac.
                                  Please see the chats and in the chat as well as over the phone the is person from (Tezerac) has accepted that they will pick it.
                                  And see the pictures of stains (There are more stains but have taken 2 pictures which is sufficient to show it has stains) as well as this sofa will not fit in my house.

                                  When i tried to order a parcel its didnt go through. So i tried another id. The order was sucessful. I got two orders kept one and returned one but the product is wrong. I tried to complaint they put my call on hold for long then it was on mute and disconnected

                                      I have purchased xiaomi redmi 3s prime - 32gb + data cable (Combo offer)
                                      Code:[protected] from shop clues on may 12, 2017. There are few issues with that mobile and i have approached mi service center. They have rejected this phone saying that shopclues is not authorized seller and this product is not covered under warranty. I have approached shopclues over phone and email, it's been month they are not even responding properly to my email.
                                      ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Respected one I booked one 25000mah power bank pendrive and one 128 go memory card I received only memory card which is fake and powerbank which is not working kindly help me other wise I ll go with legal actions

                                        I'm sorry to say that the pair of sandals i ordered was oversized. How long would it take to replace it with a smaller size? What do i need to do to return the product? I need the product replaced latest by 19th september as i will be travelling from the next day onwards. Could i be informed of the date and possibility of its replacement as soon as possible?
