      I had ordered a product last month for inr 6000 (Order id[protected]. After delaying it for so many days i have not still received the order and on top of it customer care is saying the order has been delivered.

      Return my money immediately. I will any amount necessary to social media influencers to spread the message and ensure no one falls in this trap again.

        Purchased online product and paid online. They claimed to deliver the product latest by 2nd oct but not delivered yet. On contacting they are falsely claiming to have delivered the product. They did not provide any additional courier partner name and tracking number is not valid. It is a beauty cosmetic product and i paid 532inr for it on 19th september 2017.

          I am very disappointed that i shop in your shopclues app. My order is not received on delivery date and one by one day my delivery date stand by your site when i call your customer care you says that your mob no is not contactable so we are not send delivery day. Are you making a fool.
          I am like a stupid that i purchase power bank from your app.

            I have received product on 27 sept as dead and invoice date is 21 sept. I return requested to them. They said me provide doa certificate from lenovo service center. I visited service center on date 2 oct (30 and 1 oct off to all service center). They refused doa. Because doa can get 7 days after purchase. My question to shopclues is that if invoice date 21 sept and received date is 27 sept 7 days already passed in dispatch so how can i get doa?
            So its kindly request to shopclues refund amount without any excuses.

                  I had ordered bombay dyeing double bed-sheet (2 qty) on 7th sep 2017. The order id. For the both was same (I. E.[protected] and both the product was delivered in the same packet, hence the return request for both was same, and as the quality of the product was not good, i immediately requested for return and as there was not a separate return request link for two separate products, i thought both the product came in the same packet so i have to return both in the same packet. So i handed both the product to the courier boy. The courier boy also asked me if i was returning both the product. He handed me a slip but i did not noticed that the qty was not mentioned in the slip. After few days i got my refund of rs 413. But the actual amount was 825. As i contacted customer care, they told me that i have only requested return for one product. And they have received only one product. I immediately contacted the courier boy. He also said that he has sent both the products in the same packet. And the important thing is that the courier boy also did not notice the qty in the slip and also he does not have any written slip or proof for that. How is it possible that i have already returned both the product and courier boy also have send both the product in the same packet and shop clues only received one product? Shop clues are lying. Please help me to get refund.

I have been applying the product as a product and i don't know what to do nd therefore i have to refund that i have been refunded to men.. So that there is a refund that is required for refunding the payment by refund me a/c details. He is not a bribe nor is he a product that is not worth the money.                                 Another product: i order 12 x 2 pieces of 100 gm each choco almond but what i received is 24 x 1 pieces of 50 gm work out which has mrp of 1320 rs. I had paid 3000 for these products.

                                I am really upset with my self why i chose shopclues. I want to file complaint against this site and the seller.

                                See the quality of packing and you will realise how shopclues is the poorest in online shopping market. It is terrible.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I was forced to buy Starter Pack for INR. 1200/- to provide me the services for 1 full year.
                                  This starter pack was forcefully imposed on me by Mr. Lokesh (Marketing Executive).
                                  He had to just sell and complete his target by cheating the sellers. Do you think that this strategy will work ??
                                  When I saw the feedback I was shocked to read all negative feedbacks. Mr. Lokesh and your shopclues company have trained the executives to cheat and earn. How can I trust the customer of this kind of site? I need explanation for the same.

                                    I have purchased stonxp3 high speed 10400 mah power bank from shopclues. As i delivered the power bank, i have charged it for 12 hrs and later tried to charge my mobil. It was not working. It was faulty piece. Later i contacted the shopclues customer care for replacement. They are suggesting me to contact nearest service center for repair. I want the product fully replaced by new one.

                                      I have order mobile phone (Intex aqua crystal plus (2 gb, 16 gb, black) from shopclues, order was delivered on mon, 14 aug' 17, order id is order id:[protected], when i opened this product earphones was not working so then i have registered my complaint to replace or exchange the mobile pone & earphones because as per the product policy my phone & earphone had 1 month replacement policy, but its all most 2 months has completed they did not replace it, i have sent multiple mails for this request but every time they rejected my complaint, even they said i have to go to service center for it they can not help me for this,
                                      Why should i go to service center if i have received defective product? As per the policy they should change the earphones, but they i did not do, now they are not responding my calls,
                                      Request you to take action against them, they all are making their customers fool.

                                      Request you to return this product as soon as possible, because it's really bad product, battery back up is only 3-4hrs, product is heating up,
                                      Headphones are not working
                                      Camera quality is really bad, as per the product specification camera is 13mp, but camera quality isn't up to the mark,
                                      If shopclues won't change this product then I'll take a legal action against shop clues,
                                      Please pick up this product & refund my amount.

                                        Tablet p1000 educational tablet toy gift as per my order id[protected], for which money had already been paid by debit card, delivered yesterday (30/9/2017) is not working even after putting new batteries. It gives initial sound after that no sound even after pressing. I cannot gift an item which does not work.
                                        I had the idea that shopclues will send right and correct ordered items as per selection. This is very important for electronic items for kids.
                                        Kindly send me replacement to the same address. I shall return the old one while delivering new one.,

                                        Its shameful that a company like shopclues delivered me a wrong and damaged product against order no.[protected]. I used return option but they sent me a email that the product will be lifted from my address, but they did not. today they sent me another email quoting that my refund request is closed. I want justice.
