But where is the rrn???

I have purchase a product on shopclues web site on 27th Oct17. Day before yesterday at morning i have received a call for shopclues saying that they have deliver my product. when i say i didnt received it, the caller just change the subject and said shopclues has Diwali lucky draw, where i my number was taken participated and i have own a Tata Indicom worth Rs 6lac. I can either have my car at registrar address or i can have money in my account. for getting a car i need to pay 12k today it self or 8k to have cash in account. i have realized its a frack call so i asked him to drop me there address by SMS which i didn't received.
My point is shopclues is sharing my personal details with the fraud one. without the involvement of shopclues how that person can know what is the product i have purchase and its in transit or delivered. I have made online payment using my current account. how shopclues can share my details to anyone? who will be responsible if my bank account is hack ? sharing annoys personal details is against the low.

Hi, order number[protected].. I have placed and made payment on the 14 oct and the expected delivery date was on the 27 oct and post which when i check there is change of date to the very next day stating there is delay... I really don’t undstand what is happening... Am tired of waiting... When i write it to the support desk i get an automated reply with the same old pacifying statement... Am really very unhappy with this and i need some solution as i have made the payment...

I have returned my order bt still i have not got my refund amount. Further we will not do shopping from shop clues. You cannot satisfy customer. Shop clues is creating very bad impression. And customer care of shop clues are not answering. Very bad site for shopping. From 13october we have returned the order but still they are not returning the money.

This is w. R. T. To my order number[protected] &[protected] which i requested for return just the next day after it was shipped. At the time of return i changed my address which was approved and henceforth processed. But to my utmost disappointment due to a mistake from the company's side, the sales personnel went to my previous shipping address. I lodged a complaint to the customer care regarding this matter but it remained unsolved and rather i am again getting continuous calls from your personnel as against the previous address.
This is an acceptable behavior from their part as i am consistently getting calls to get the package returned from the old address. It is an unethical behavior to disturb the customer like this. It's been more than a week and still my return order remains unprocessed.

Then i received new sms from vm-rbibnk acxxxxxxxxxxx0365 transferred with inr 12, 80, 000, 00 24/10/2017 3:21:23pm tues rbibank. You are kindly being informed that due to rbitax reason the transfer of funds has been stopped. For clear your transaction kindly make payment 2%of total amout rs=25600 verification charge. And return the amount 25600/-immediately & pl. Deposit amount in abhishek verma a/c.[protected] bob they give their address : shopclues office, sector 17 block - c 1st floor new delhi sai baba temple so, pl. Catch them by police & save your company credit

I ordered status taba runner red 22 x 55 2 pcs with order id:[protected]. But i received only one runner and one small door mat. The items delivered is not as per specifications so i raised return request. After continue follow up return request was raised but no corrier partner come to pick up the item and later on they closed the return request stating that item was deliver as per specification. No one is responding now.

With due respect today i thought of writing this mail when i had conversation with one of your seller support executive, before this i never used to call only the person working in my store used to call and solve the problems,

Just when i checked the tickets in my store i found that many were unsolved from your side which made me call to the seller support.
One of the lady picked up the call and i could easily make out that the lady was not having much knowledge about shopclues, then also she tried to answer me but not in proper way. Then i asked her to simply transfer the call to her supervisor she denied saying that supervisors are not available so she cant transfer the call, i asked her again and again as i was to make the things clear so she said supervisors are busy on another call and she will take my request for a call, i can easily notice that she is talking to someone else and answering my queries

When i asked when will i get the call she said by today evening and when i said if i dont receive call she said i will receive it on monday or tuesday,
Then i said i would like to talk today itself so she started teaching me and threaten me that if i ask again and again she will suspend my account, this was response from her then she holded my call and asked me to be on line she is requesting for my account suspension and then she disconnected my call.

This was my very poor experience on shopclues seller support, you all being the higher authorities in shopclues so i thought of intimating you all what happened with me.

Also request you all that shopclues is a big brand name in the country, please don't spoil with such staff, please provide proper training to the staff seating there as they are the ones who represent shopclues.

Request you to please review my conversation done with my mobile no. [protected] and please tell me where i was wrong.

Consumer court has also been kept in bcc so that the responses are proper.

I want to tell you.. I was ordered a car mobile holder before 3 days. But today your delivery boy ask us. Come in city and take your holder. That city is approx. 7 kilometers from my home. This is to inform that i had ordered a full back massager from jsb with model no. Jsb hf 23 full kneading and back massager. But ur website has sent to me a false product hl 889 hanln in a v shabby n torn packet. M v angry with this. It has been shipped by the seller mahadev retail faiz road hotel high 5 land carolbag delhi. The false product has been shipped to me thinking that i am a fool. The bill contains the name jsb hf 23 back massager. Kindly look into the matter an arrange for an early return and refund otherwise i am going to escalate this matter to higher authories and also media if required. You are be fooling your customers.

I receive shoes from shopclues website which was full of sharp rusted nail inside, i have posted photo please take look. This shoes was totally different from what i order. Shoes company is from agra, i have attach photo of full adress woakers, 31/163b-7 kahrai shamshabaad road, agra, up 282001

I have purchased carah exclusive printed cotton double bedsheet with two pillow covers (Crh-db111)- set of 1 with order id:[protected] and order date: 07/10/2017.

Shopclues has cancelled my order and the refund expected date: 24/10/2017.

But till today (25/10/2017) i didn't receive a refund amount.

So, check the my order detail for refund and as soon as possible i have receive a refund from shopcluse.

I have place an order no[protected] on 8/10/17 through shopclues. I receive message that the package is being shipped through expressbees awb no:[protected] and delivery date on 23/10/17. But upto now i didn't received the said package. I would be very thankful and appreciate if shopclues could kindly refund the amount at earliest. Looking forward for warm and positive response

I took delivery of the product. Sorry to inform u that instead of my ordered items, i hv recd one big used towel and the pack was weighing 0.5 kg. The amt of rs 462/- was paid to courier. I am too sorry for this type of service in providing products. Pl arrange to provide me my ordered items. Thanking you.
On 17th oct i have ordered for 5 sets of pants and shirts for age group 4-5yrs with shopclues vide order no[protected] for rs 462/- including delivery charges. The same has been supplied by m/s omshreeenterprisers, d no 14/59, kpl colony, 2nd street, tirupur 641-601. Courier xpressbees with no awb[protected]. On contact mobile no [protected], it is found always busy and no response from them the matter has already been to shopclues gurugaon office.

I buyed 3 packs of body spray from ua site, delivery was good and product were same, as i thought that in future i will buy all products from you, but i was disappointed when three of the body spray, were not working properly from the brief packs, so plz i want to replace the products and i kindly request you to, check the products before packing it and selling it to your costumer, as in future if you will, fullfill my request i will further buy all the body spray from you, thank you so much

I bought 1 microsoft office word y. Day from shop clues that was advertised to be sent by fast email delivery service. I received all the relevant emails up to the one that said your order has been dispatched normally the next email is the one with the order attached to it.
But instead i received a customer complaint number telling me they would deal with the mater in 2 days.

I want to cancel the order and buy from some one else but the sit will not let me i can not get anyone by phone there system is ridged to just take your money then if they have a problem you just have to wait.

My order number[protected] was expected to be delivered last week and since then twice i received a msg of delivery but order is still not received.
Today i got a msg that it is delayed but still no date is mentioned by when it will be delivered.
Pls give an exact date and ensure the product is delivered on or before that date.
This js my first experience with you hence don't wish to spoil the same.

Order jeans 34 size received 34 but it's bigger for me so i asked replacement but shopclues deny to do it and not reply anything when i told to support customer to replace it they also deny when i told to file pil..
