I am snigdharani sahoo from bbsr. I order a blue-black tops on shop clues.com. Order no. Is order[protected] and order item name is klick2style dual tone cap sleeve viscose top blue-black, which amount is 307/-. But this quality is very chief and low, so that i have been return this item by blue dart courier on date 2/11/2017. Which awb number is [protected]. But till now my balance not reflect in my bank account rs.307/-. This regarding i have more complain in your customer care, but it does not resolved till now. What is the problem? Why you are not refund my money? Why you are taking a long time?

Yesterday (08/11/2017) i got call from [protected] this number and they told me you are shopclue lucky winner, when you spend 4000 then you will be get below 5 product out of any one product
1) sony bravio 40 inc led
2) i phone 6s
3) lg refreigretor double doors
4) dell inspire laptop
5) blue star ac 5 star 1.5 tone

And they told me you are not booked 4000 product directly you suggest what you want, that product will booked by are side and any one of above 5 product you select that product will provide you
And they said payment will paid direct paytm thru this number - [protected]
And when i paid 4000 this number paytm thru then after they sai you getting tomorrow call from our manager thru they will confirm you and then after your product and selected winning price will send your respective address
And after second day (09/11/2017) i got call and they told me your product will dispatch your order but your gift price including gst so your gift price 48777 so you first pay gst + insurance chrgs = 11999 chrgs, so they told me pay first pay 11999 then after they delivered order. Then after they call me but i dont pickup the call
So please check & inform your customer for this type of fake caller is survived so be alert

This is my order #[protected], amount was debited twice from my account and i recd one payment back and yet to rec another amt for rs.1890. I spoke to customer support and they suggested to send me the bank statement to address which they wll send to my verified email address. I didn't rec any mail as my shopclues account email id was wrong. I would like to inform u to send email address to forward my bank statement, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Pls help me as soon as possible. It has been more 3 weeks.

Lekim steel ab tak koi product ko lene ke liye nahi aaya aur amount bhi jama nahi hua mere account me.
Sir meri aap se request hai aap currier aue seller se strictly action le aur mujhe mera amount refund dilaye.

Today on i got a sms from im-shpcjs saying you are winner of shopclues company online shopping you win -1st prize [tata safari] and amount rs.12, 80, 148/- registration service 6, 500/- on 07/11/2017 deposit for only datails contect me shopclues customer care no. [protected]. I want know whether u give such prizes or it is fraud??? I called on that number. One man was speaking. He asked me whether i want tata safari car or cash.

I have been following with shopclues for refund of these four products but they are processing the request for the last 1 months. Their toll free customer care no is never reachable. Worst service. I am planning to approached consumer forum as balance yet not reflected in my account. Refund earliest to avoid legal issues.

I had order a kurti and go topayment gatway of sbi online banking.
As i completed the payment process my session get expired & payment status is showing not successful in shopclues acccount.

I had a pathetic experience buying a software on shopclues. Ms office 2016 professional plus was listed on the website as a genuine software and i made the payment post which an email from some sk retail fake email id came with the product key. As there was no license in my name nor there was any license terms etc that this software is licensed to me and will never be sold to anyone else, i talked to microsoft sales team to authenticate this product key. They told me that the vendor can give the same key to multiple people to authenticate their installation and we should not use the key like this unless there is a proper license along with invoice for the product sold from a genuine microsoft dealer to me. I contacted shopclues and reported on this pirated software to which they assured to me that they will take an action against the vendor and will also issue me a refund immediately. Since then i have been constantly struggling trying to talk to shopclues for the refund status but they are not even ready to refund the money and just keep giving an answer that the vendor has rejected the refund. This is ridiculous. I am logging this complaint here finally and will also be submitting a case to consumer court.

On tuesday[protected] i received my order from shopclues having order number is[protected] from xpress bees. After receiving it didn't satisfied my expectations and i decided to return that order and i requested to return that one. It was approved and on wednesday[protected] it was scheduled to reverse pickup but at evening the pickup boy of ecom express told on phone call that he is getting late because he had to deliver some item immediately so he will come to me next day. I told ok. But next day he didn't come and next day i talked to ecom express office where a lady told me that pickup boy will contact me before 7'0 pm. But till now no one contacted and in return i received a message that my return request has been closed. I don't want to close my return request. Kindly help me and sort out my problem.

Hello sir i am from kachhawa my delivery is a selfie stick there price is 168 including delivery charge but they are demand for 230 rupees and they have no manner to talk anyone they are talk me to abusing and they are mostly talk with abuse and lastly i am not give them 230 rupee's then he will talk me i am going and canceled your delivery and they will go.

Se lagatar complaint kar rahe par koi natija nahi nikal raha hai bolate hai hamari taraf se refund ho chuka hai aap bank me jakar pata kare aur charg back form bharo, me 3 bar bank jachuka par bank bolta charge back keval atm transaction fail hone pe bhara jata hai aur refund ka paisa aaya hi nahi to kahan se account me show karega, please sir shopclues se mera paisa nikalwa kar jis account se payment debit hui hai usme account me jama karane ki krirpa kare ati kripa hogi

We ordered 3 saree in diwali, but received only 1 and the amount was collected for 3 saree. Now we are chasing shopclues for refund. Also they have send a mail saying amount is initiated. Also customer support people are not aware about case. There is only 1 answer from them `concert team will call u `.

I had ordered deemark ultrasonic beauty power perfect pore around 10 days back when i orered first transaction was failed and the second one was successful but twice the amount was deducted from my account.
I called shopcules numerous time but they are not refunding my money. More than 5 times i had called them and also mailed them but they are not giving any response. My order id is[protected]. Pls help

After placing order i have gotten 28 october 2017 delivery date.
