I purchased and return three time trimmer machine till i can not get the appropriate machine it is always demaged. It is often occurred. So please slove my problem. This company is also no return money instead of shopclues bulk so this is unfair to the customer. The shopclues is provide the west or demage product to the customer. So you should strictly action to the company.

1. I had ordered nintendo wii remote with motion plus inbuilt, black color + nintendo wii nunchuck, black color, 2 items in one single order with one order id on shopclues website shopclues.com on 10 july 2017

2. I received both items in one single package 2 days later, and soon discovered after opening the package that both the items delivered to me were wrong items. I was delivered a
A) standard nintendo wii remote without motion plus, and in wrong color white.
B) standard wii nunchuck in wrong color white.

3. So having received both wrong items i immediately filed a return for both items on shopclues website.

4. What followed was my extreme harassment by shopclues customer care team over the next 2 months and even today on 10 sep 2017, after calling them record 43 times according to their owen executives my complaint to them for return of items is yet to be resolved and my money is yet to be refunded.

5. Evey time i call shopclues customer care (Over 40 times during 2 months), they lie to me that the issue would be resolved soon by a certain date, and the date passes every time and i call them again and they lie again and again every time and keep extending the date and do nothing.

Please suggest to me what legal action i need to take against shopclues for facing extreme harassment

I purchased some clothes from them. And both of the products were oversized, even we clearly mentioned the size and all. At the very moment i requested for refund /replacement. They refunded me just 312 when i was expecting rs 558 as refund. I talked to their customer care executive and discussed this matter and made me sure that they will solve the issue and after that call no response. They mailed me and said i have to raise a issue from my shopclues website and there was no such option to do that. I usually shop online from different sites and this is the first time i have ever shopped from this website and trust me this is the worst experience.

I have order a original panasonic t40 mobile battery. But i have no received original battery. Courier received on 09/09/2017. Battery performance is very very bad. I m not satisfied with u. Pls give me refund. Or original battery. Soon. This is not a good message to all online shopping members. My experience is bad with u.

I am deepak sharma and i baught a screw driver from shopclues but the product is duplicate and damage i baught a 16in one screw driver set but i receive 8in one screw driver first time i refuge to accept and after 2 daya same product comes to me with new delivery man he says sir please check it is not necessary to the product and the name of the the product is same when i check after some time it is totally damage and junk product and the different product when i request for return the request is closed after 3 days.

I purchase a ivoomi me1+ mobile from shopclues on dt: 30.08.17 and i received the courier on dt: 02.09.17 when i open the packet and start my mobile then display was not worked at that time. Then immediately i requested to shopclues to return or replace my mobile but they tell to go to service center of ivoomi
I purchase a new mobile then why i service my mobile. It is refurbished after servicing. Now i want to replace my mobile or refund amount rs. 4700/- to my account. We also call to customer care service but not good response i get from customer services

Dear team,
This is to complaint agaist the above captioned merchent (Shopclues.com) wherein i ordered 3 itmes on 5th september and i made the online payment then and there. Orderes were placed successfully and was expected to be delivered at different dates.

Now on 7th september, i am recieving a text saying that two of my orders have been delivered to me however i didnt recieve them. I waited for a day thinking that it might have got delayed in courier however today we are sitting on 9th september and i have no update on any of the orders. I have checked in my office about receiving my courier but nobody has received it. I am trying to get in touch with shopclues.com customer support however due to high call flow, they are unable to handly my query and said that one of the representative would get back in half an hour.

Its been more than 2 hrs that nobody has come back to me and neither i am getting any info from website. I need to know about my orders or either want to get refund of the same.

I have received the courier justbnow.

But it was found that the clip of the

Equipment wasbbroken. I have paid the

Amount at the booking time. Now i want to

Replace it with a new one without taking

Any additional charges. Also i ordered

Black color product but what i got was

Orange color.

This is biswanath chakraborty, your customer, (Mob. No.[protected]) speaking. Today at 02:02pm i got a phone call from some mr. Amit kumar (No.[protected]) who stated that i have been selected in lucky draw and the gift is either a tata safari or rs. 12lacs cash and i was asked to select either of these two. I asked him to sms me his address & he msgd me at 2:19pm stating "new delhi kamalpur burari plot no b/169 main road shop clues company pin no 110084". At 2:24 he phoned me again & confirmed if i got the msg. At 2:24 one madam called me up and i asked her to let me know the issue in detail through email. But the line was disconnected and till now no mail was sent. My query is whether this phone calls were made by shopclues and whether the lucky draw issue is true or not. Please confirm me at your earliest.

Order numbers are[protected] and[protected] and it has been more than 7 days wherein i was promised proof of delivery. As per the message that i have received it says delivered whereas i have not received any delivery of both these packages. I want my money back with compensation. I have all the call recordings for calls made to customer care. I have all the call recordings (I have spoken to contact center agents by name - priyanka gusain, escalation desk agent swathi (She said she is from noida) rahul and also raghav who were of no help in resolving the issue. As usual call was not transferred to manager and there was no action taken to resolve the issue inspite of my first complaint a week back.

I not recieving the cosmetics product till which i am supppose to recieve on 30 - august 2017.
I receive the message and call from the courier that my material will be deliver at 12:30 pm on 30th august but he didn't deliver my product.
I call the courier many time but he didn't pickup my call till today.
I want to know the reason and request you to deliver as soon as possible.

I'd bought kwitech smart watch from shop clues order id[protected].. It was shown video recording facility on the description of watch on shop clues but not in real it has not such function.. I requestes return the day after tomorrow but they refused to return that inspite of it was written 10 days replacement. But they never heard my problem. I lost my 1229 rs the watch is still packed as it was received

Now again today they call to me ask 12000 rupees to pay the money for tax purpose of the tv i[censored] pay the money we will return with in one hr.

So now what i do is i'll raise a complaint to shop clues in consumer court i[censored] don't send replay with in 10 mins of this rever mail.

I have been calling shopclues customer care. Always i have been getting the reply "sir, your problem will be solved in the next 48 hours, we don't have update regarding this". Their 48 hours have not come, few days ago i had received a call from mr-kunal, after 3 - days you are payment back account, but three days after my compliant no action, i am call received by, - parvez alam, most of the customer care executives are not rude but they are not well trained to understand the problems, 35? Mint hold senior buss manager se bat karate hai, but my senior manager busy i am call back, last-6pm., but no back call, same day i am call, received-mr - punit? My case is no knowledge, every customer care person every time by spending most of my money on calls and every times around 30-40 minutes, my case is-15 days, no result, every customer care person, your query has been registered and we shall respond with an update within next 2 business days,
When i called customer care i haven't got the proper response. Bad customer service
I have been feeling disturbed with heartbeat since 15 days, you have not had problems with me

My problem solved out -24 hrs now i am go to consumer court & social media & forward you are shopclues c e o mail

I purchased vintage watch but its strap is not in working condition its botten broken kindly luk after the matter as i hv to gift it to some one as i shopped first time it was very bad experience for me i[censored] don't solve my complaint i recommend everyone not buy anything from shopclue. Sir,
I had bought couple watches from your site payment sucessfully done and after one day they are saying that product is out of stock but there is an avalibility of that stock and complained and i had another mail that item cancelled by seller. Its shopclues site mistake and i had not done any cheating its their fault so i want the product only see the images and the time and availibility of the stock in social media too. So kindly look into the matter.

I purchased two rostra watches.
One is, white and gold chain watch. Another is black and gold. The black and gold chain watch is not working. So, replace it immediately.
I think this kind of activities should not be happened at any place. Nobody should be vexed with the consignment. There is a question why it should not have been checked once again before sending. With the faith only, all are placing ordeds. I purchased only two way watches. Out of this, one is out of condition. Is it acceptable. As i had purchased one good online but company called me fake call and for purchase of said good worth rs200 company offer me one car costing rs 1200000 for the same they informed me for transferring rs. 5000/- but how my details miscused by company

Therefore must be strict action need to take against them

Nokia 1600 phone received tomorrow (04/09/2017). This product is not working i want return this product or exchange same product. I think this company float, is true'. This company is worldwide online marketing company. I company this product is cheating to the customer. Why company can not check this product. I complained consumer forum of india, return this product to company or exchange same product or return cash amount.
