I have a account on shopclues from last 2 months and in last 2 months i got 4 orders and all those orders were fake as i delivered those orders they wont even accept by the customers and i already dropped lots of mail to shopclues that i am receiving fake orders from my competitors so one of your shopclues agent (Sony singh) convinced me to buy 1200 pack then i purchased that pack but again it was happening then again one of your shopclues agent named (Vabhav singh) convinced me for 5400 pack (Product id :[protected] in which he told me shopclues will provide life time service and as i payed 5400 rs to shopclues he told me he also works for amazon so please subscribe for amazon he will provide me benefits from amazon also. And after paying 1200 and 5400 to shopclues, at the end the result is my account on shopclues got suspended. So now i am feed up with the service of shopclues so please refund me my amount. And please its a request that stop cheating with merchants who fully trust on shopclues.

    Against order[protected] on line shopping co. Was required to deliver a coal fire based "portable briefcase style folding barbecue grill toaster barbecue", whereas a wrong material, 2000 watt electric grill made in china, was delivered on 17 nov 2017 to me.
    I want shopclues.com to deliver the correct item as per order and take back the wrong item delivered to me.

Com I have purchased a mobile Nokia c503 17october 2017 which delivered to me on 30 October when I look my mobile then Nokia c503 mobile not working properly and no battery back up and local cabinet due to i have requested to you refund my money because I have done my return request

      I have placed an order on nov 11, 2017 at shopclues.com for envie 4 x aa rechargeable batteries and charger combo and it got delivered on nov 13, 2017.
      I do appreciate the speedy delivery given by the shoplues but i am not at all satisfied with the product they have delivered to me.
      Out of 4 batteries 2 were having rust on them, they were already used, one of the battery was leaking also.
      For this i have raised a return request on shopclues as my product is under 10 days return/replacement warranty but the customer support team denied to take it back and rejected my return request.
      From that day i am keep on sending mail to them so that i could get some response for the same but they are not reverting me back now.

      My order details are

      Order date : nov 11
      Delivery date : nov 13
      Return request # : 4201702
      Support ticket # : 4218077 (Which was filed after the rejection of my return request on shopclues on nov 15)

      Now i need to return my product as i cannot make use of it.
      Its under return/replacement warranty please take it back and return my money asap.

      Other wise i'll have to take another step to get my issue resolved.

      Please give me an update asap.
      My product has not reached me twice.it is due to delihvery boy, he does not reach the designated address to deliver my product.The date this thing happened is[protected].my shopclues order was[protected].the AWB number is[protected].
      Phone is good sim network not working please refund the cash pls tok fast the action

        I purchased a basic feature phone samsung guru from shopclues.com on 7th non 2017. Order number :[protected]. After a long spell of more than a week i got the parcel. Unfortunately, they sent a duplicate phone. I immediately created a return and the pickup was done on 16th nov 2017.

        After that, i was getting sms "pickup not done after first attempt". I emailed shopclues customer support to which they asked me to send the return receipt.
        After mailing the receipt scan copy, they closed the return request and not replying to my emails.

        After calling their contact number, they just sent me a generic email "we are working on priority and wait for 5-7 days".
        The customer support executive is reluctant to transfer to a manager and just asks me to wait without any concrete deadline as of when the refund will be sent.

        Moreover, the language they sent the email seems to be like a non-professional language with no kind of salutation. Its simply vague.

        Anyone out there, please help me in getting my money back. I am no longer interested in any replacement.

          I had ordered 3 dresses from shopclues on 29th october, 2017 under order id[protected],[protected],[protected] for rs. 444/- rs. 454/- and 457/-
          The dresses delivered to me on 3rd and 4 th nov.
          Subsequently i had lodged return request due to wrong size.
          Post which i have been receiving messages from shopclues that pickup attempted but could not pick up.
          But in reality we neither received any call for pickup nor the product was picked up from my house.
          And on 9 th nov they closed my return request stating 3 attempts for pickup were initiated but they could not pickup products
          When i called shopclues help desk no [protected] on 9.11.17 at 5.17 pm they gave me reason that my address could not be located and they could not pick up products and without pick up they will not process my refund and my return request is closed. The call was transfered to 2-3 people and with a long call summary of 29 mins 20 second they told me to wait for 2 more working days for pickup.
          Again on 12.11.17, 13.11.17, 16.11.17 and on 17.11.17 i am repeatedly receiving same messages stating that pick up initiated but could not pick up due to wrong address.
          I again called shopclues customer care at 9.18 pm and same thing was repeated, my call was passed through 2-3 people and a long call summary of 26 mins 28 secs and same solutions to wait for more 2 working days.
          I don't understand that i a product can be delivered to a address then how can it not be picked up from same address.
          This has been a lot of haressment and i request to help me get back my refund in my bank account.

                Hii i have book a online t-shirt by ur application. On 07/11/2017. N get a delivery on 15/11/2017. But i get a wrong product. It was not that which i have booked. So i have to return it back so can u pls help me what should i have to do.

                      I ordered for an branded hand bag looking on the shopclues.com website. But i have received the product which is of very low quality nowhere near the description or pictures on website. The material was very cheap quality, can easily identify it as local made. So i raised a return request with the same reason - low quality and send the pictures showing the same. But shopclues rejected the request saying they do not accept the return based on quality issues. It was very silly from shopclues to give that reason as they did not mention that terms anywhere on website nor did they mention in the return policy of the product. This shows how shopclues is cheating consumers, by sending fake products and reject the returns giving stupid reasons.
                      I would like to bring this to your notice so that consumers are not cheated by such online websites. Please advice how i can approach this situation and also further details you need.

                              I purchase a asus zenphone 2 from shopcluse.com but when i received the product and open the box then i saw that the display of the mobile has a defect so i go to my nearest service center but the executive of the service center told me that the warranty period was over in 2016. So what should i do now shopcluse send me a defect product although there is no return and replacement policy over there. So actually they are selling scrap product to their customer.                                 I think there is no need of customer care in shopclues as they have a habit of saying not possible for everything.
                                Recently i ordered 7 curtains of 4 by 7 order no.[protected] which i ordered for refund the very next day as i didn't like the colour and quality and even i found out that the length i require is 9 feet.

                                So my point is :
                                1. Viewing an item online and then getting the very exact thing varies and it not always possible, so a client has the right of concern and can differ.

                                2.in my case as i ordered curtain so, just want to say that no one always carry a inch tape then go for an order as he has no idea that if he orders from shopclues then he has to exactly measure everything and order or else there is no return or exchange or upgrade option available.

                                3. Even a small shop like garment has the option of refunding or upgrading if you find anything not as per your requirement.

                                4. But in case of shopclues i think there is only one road that a customer has to verify everything then order as there is no going back.

                                5. Customer care very rude telling your concern changed so who else is there to change concern, if i am the customer i am buying so there should be my concern, but very pathetic.

                                6. On a personal note just want to advice better mention in your ads also :
                                Buy from shopclues and dont worry for change because we don't.

                                7. I am an online buyer from a long time and for example if i order any clothing from myntra and didnt find it fitting they exchange because they are not shopclues and this is the very case with every other online ecommerce company because there main motto is customer ease and satisfaction, but then they are not shopclues right.

                                    I bought a headphone from shopclues.com but company hide some feature of item . When product physicaly receive me then i found defrencess in product .So i request for return but company reject them..Please help in return
                                    I haven't received Todayin's cloth drying rope order no.[protected], 1 item though Xpressbees sent message for delivery on Wednesday 1st Nov. I complained that courier service but not work.

                                      Order no.[protected] was placed for logitech k100 classic ps/2 wired keyboard on 2nd nov 2017 and payment of rs.543 was made. Today i. E. On 10th nov 2017 @2.15 pm delivery was received. After opening the sealed packed, i found maxicom computer keyboard m-289 instead of logitech k100 classic ps/2 wired keyboard. The ordered product was unilaterally changed without my knowledge and consent which amounts to fraud. You are hereby warned to take back the product immediately and pay cash/credit the amount paid i. E. Rs. 543. Please note that without prejudice, i reserve my rights to take appropriate action against you for the aforesaid act.

                                      Your site is very very poor.
                                      My order is Jackly Portable Screwdriver Set-16 in 1 is not fully received 16-5=10 screws receive I am not sure your ShopClues site is very poor site.
                                      I received Black batman Cobra air gun as per my order no.[protected] on 5/11/2017 . But this product is not working and in damage stage. please give suggestion and reply that, What do for replace this product

                                      Battery of this phone is decreasing without any use of it. Battery is reducing when it is not in use. Please replace it. It have warranty about 2 months. So, my humble request to you to replace this mobile please.

                                        Defect in new product and shopclues said no to replace as well as it is not isi mark which is mandatory being a gas burner stove.
                                        I bought this product from shopclues.com on 25th october with order id[protected] and received in a week. I installed it in my kitchen and the look was amazing.
                                        But it was not isi mark and much to my surprise when i tries to lighten it up, it was not working. I again installed my old burner and that was burning.
                                        I thought of returning it on shopclues and they rejected my request. As order is not working on first use itself, it should be taken back.
                                        Also there is no service centre for macizo brand on google or shopclues.

                                        I feel cheated and this needs to be resolved.
