Am book a product before 15+ days but not delivered my product till now. When am book this that time have offer but not right now. Please ship my order at my address.
Am not received any call for my order shipping of your agent. When am track it i got refused cod. Why your service is very poor. What happened when paid online. Please check it then call me urgent regarding this.

Hello sir, i booked 2 sarees on 7 oct 17. I had already paid online for both of them. I received only one on 13. Oct 17. For the other, (Named as kajal agarwal saree) you have sent a mail, stating that there is a delay in shipment and the same will be delivered on tuesday 17 oct 17. But till now i didn't receive my order. Would you please look into the matter and reply me immediately.

I am very sorry to say that "shopclues.com" is the wrost online shooping place. They only sell the product, all the policy of shopclues.com is made only for showing and cheating the customer

For your ref my order id[protected] for g-shock digital black dial mens watch - g-7700-1dr (G222). The same product was delivered to me but when i was open the parsal the mail box was not seal the manual and warranty card was missing the watch is look used. So i file a refund request in shopclues.com.

But the gerat shopclues.com is made for cheating people the simply reject the refund this this attached mail.

My question is that if you and your courier partner as well as your merchant and found that the complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality checks. Then the customer is "chutia"

So shopclues.com. Please refund the product as soon as possible if not then please dont say "" easy returns and replacement with in 10 days "

I ordered a gizmo solar charging power bank it is not charging with an adapter or in sunlight it is a damaged piece i placed a replacement request on the day it arrived at my home but it was rejected withour any brief reason so kindly either return our money or replace that power bank with a new one or the matter will be taken to consumer court if you have read this complaint e mail me the response

Since i was purchased the women clothing on shopclues, 20 days before that product quality was not good which i was expected so i return the product but still i was not get my refund amount, last time i was called you that time you gave me a assurance of that i will get my amount on 18/10/2017... But still i was not got my amount... This is totaly insulting me i had a very worst shoping experience on shop clues...

When received product and opened the package there was only bike cover. Called cust. Care pic the call and hold it for 20 mins and disconnected the call without any word. Logged a return request for the product, got reply that we have not got any update of delivery from courier partner and you will get the uppdate in 2 working days. On 17 oct i got a email from anjana rathi customer support to send the images of product label and product within 48 hours and when i saw portal status of return was changed to rejected. Is this the way the resolve the customer complaint without viewing the images changed the status to rejected. Who the hell is this anjana rathi will she refund me the missing quantity.

It was said to me that, as you are a genuine customer of shopclues, we are providing you with some offers, so you have to buy anything with price 4000 soo, will get prize, as they said me there is online money transaction, and they said me every detail of my acc. I am from hyderabad, recently i have order 3 burner gas stove for 2800/-, the product was delivered, when we start using the product the flames are coming from on/off switch instead of burner. On the same day i raise a refund request. Still the people are not responding even customer care people also not responding properly.
Friends don't but any products in shopclues website it will sell all manufacted defect products, please don't but and waste your money.
Someone needs to cancel the website license.

Aremax evey day morning sending sending message ''out for delivey'' tdelivey' thrgh SMS and also evening sending message '' house closed''. But they nevet called me, we are in house.

This is ravikumar, i got a call from aditya rothod about gift # he said that you have to buy a product which is worths of 3000 then only you can get the gift, so i believed that # word # i paid money to varun cashier through paytm, after 2days i got another call from same company dispatch section that bastard asking 15000 rupees for dispatch the product # gift, so i said, u have no money please refund my money iam not interested, till now i didn't get any refund, this company employees are son of #, #, rascals, roadsides #'s they are cheating to common peoples, actually i don't want use this kind of words but you people are not responding correctly in phones, because it's my money i lose my money there is pain to me, not to you people you can't underst# the pain of others. Please do success to others hope who believes in you # your company products.

I placed an order through shopclues on 28th september 2017 worth inr 4665, order no[protected] they say the delivery is delayed due to unfortunate circumstances with cool. I paid through credit card and now my credit card bill also has come to pay the dues.

Shopclues customer care says now i cannot cancel the product is already in transit and i would get the product after 20th sept which would be nearly a month. This is a very long wait for delivery. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money, they say it would be minimum 15-20 days for refund and refund can be given only when the product is returned back and arrived in good condition. Till then i have to wait for money. Its so horrible experience dont know what to do.

When i speak with courier customer care safeexpress they say they got the courier booking only on 7th of october 2017 and accordingly they are supplying with this long delay.

This online merchant is very very pathetic, once got payment

Sir i brought swipe konnect star mobile of 31 may 2017 and i requested return on 1 june and return request has been cancelled on 9 june... There to customer care execute not give a proper reason grounds for rejecting return request and also i have complaint against of already used mobile and i receive damaged and insufficient quality... Its my request to look at collect person of refund service by shopcules courier person. They have not providing any message or any phone call for collecting the refund item they automatically cancel the item. For which common people fail difficulties for e-marketing, kindly look at the issue.

I order jeans 34 size received 34 but it's bigger for me so i asked replacement but shopclues deny to do it and not reply anything when i told to support customer to replace it they also deny when i told to file pil.. They said you can do but nthng will happened with it also means customers pay money n become ful... Worst experience with shpcl in first time only... I orderd a wallet from shopclues and am not satisfied with the quality and design of the product so i filed a compaint against the product and requested a return application but due to some wrong information about bank details they declined it and now not i am not able to correct them so they are not helping me to return the product and thus i am not getting my money back.

He asking that you want car or cash, for that you have to come for mumbai, like that he is saying. So, please give me a confirmation about this, did shopclues conducted any lucky draw or is fraud... Please give me cconfirmation.

I have purchased a white saree from shopclues with order id[protected], but the quality of the product is very poor and is different from what it seems in the site. I have initiated a refund request but the product is still not picked up from my address. I tried to contact customer care but they disconected call after listening my problem.
