I have purchased kawachi sauna bath. When i was buying there was a steamer shown in the image. The product catalogue alse include a steamer. But when i got the product it does not include the steamer. Quality of the product is also not good. At the same day i made a return request but 1 month has passed and till now i have not received a reply from their side. Nobody came for pickup. This is completely fraud shopping site.

I have orderd this product and soon after 3 days the product stoped working... And as i started using the product it nt even chargr my phone fully 100% for once;where as in 100000mah i can charge my phone fr 2-3 times fully 100%. I called on the customer care number they adked me to go in lionix service center.
Why should we customer ho to service center when we order online from you, if this was the reply we wont order anything and prefer buying by going to shop.
I requesto to plz refund my money or els replace my product with the original one nt duplicate.

Hi i ordered for a mouse in shopclues on nov 11.in one or two days i cancelled it and refund got initiated and the product was cancelled (Nov 13). I even got a mail regarding the refund procession.. I thought they would return my money. It was also stated the refund would reach by 25th nov.. Still i didn't get any.. Kindly see to it. I have attached the mail i received the latest.

I ordered a Detel D1 mobile on 31 Oct 2017, received on 3 November 2017, there is defective mobile no network there in mobile after inserting sim, complain on 3 November, after 3-4 says they provide me a Detel service centre address and phone no. But it's wrong address and phone, there is no service centre in Meerut. After that many times complaint but no response from ShopClues, now what's the next step.

I have order combo belts to shopclues. Shopclues cancel the order due to delay. But uptill now i have not receive refund amount. Please see the details.

I had ordered an watch from ShopClues but the watch was defected so on the same date I placed a refund order everything was fine they refunded the money on clues bucks which I can use for buying any other product and the delivery boy also came and took the watch but when I asked him for any return receipt he told that they don't provide anything like that I was like ok now today I have made an order from ShopClues my 190 clues bucks are deducted but my order is not yet confirmed so please I want them to place my order and if there is any problem then return my money back in my account it's seriously disgusting I hate shopping from ShopClues my mistake that I bought product from this app and now I'm suffering hope you people will take some action regarding this thank you

Bought a watch gave me a old watch with no sign or stamp on warranty card
Called them for 5 days straight but no resolution
The officials dont know anything about watches
Gave me an old watch looks like 3 years old form manufacturing date

Support ticket opened [#4271877]is opened for my order on 19th novemebr 2017. The courier guy had called me for delivery the same day. Since i was not available i asked him to deliver it next day. But to my surprise the product shows to be delivered on website and now the shopclues team is saying that courier agency has given them signed delivery document for receipt of delivery. When i was not at home to take delivery, how can i sign it?
Need to respond and deliver the order asap.

Sir, i have ordered a product from shopclues.com on... But i am not satisfy this product.. I have ordered shirts but the shirts colour is different.. And i want to replace the order i had uploaded a return request to shopclues... But till they have not taken any action... While it has passed more than one month... The product is not same as it was shown it is cheap quality product...
It should be of well quality and thick.in the market its price is 40rs and you are selling at 167rs including delivery charge.

But all of that its not the product that i want so i want to return it..

Please take my complaint and look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to go to the head office of shopclues.

I have received an message to my mobile number stating that i have become a winner in shopclues lucky draw through tata motors. I have won the 1st prize which is an tata alto car. I was given an option either to get the car or will get rs. 4.50 lakhs in cash.
They told me to pay rs. 6600/- as registration charges. I was told in case if i am not okay they shall refund the registration charges. Once this was done i immediately have received an call asking to pay around rs. 19000/ as charges towards income tax payment.
I was told that there is a person named mr. Amit raj who is the md of this company. However from his tone he seemed to be an bihari with not to proper english.
I am now confused was there any lucky draw from this company. I have been receiving calls from certain mobile numbers and have now asked them to process a refund for the registration charges back to my bank account.
They are now behind me telling all papers are processed and make the payment towards income tax. I am feeling this is a fraud.

I have ordered gfive z8 (2.4 inch, 2200 mah, bluetooth, fm) but the product i received is dead one. I have contacted with shopclues customer service and i was informed that i need to contact with service center since i dint use the product at least a second. Customer service is very bad with shopclues.

I had ordered one biker windcheater for summer vide order no[protected] along with two other items. Whereas i am satisfied with the quality of other two items but the biker windcheater for which i had placed the order is under size & contains multiple cuts. I had ordered for xxxl size but i have received l size. Further i am not satisfied with the quality of the product & feel cheated. I would like to request that it may be replaced immediately with a better quality product and exact size if avaliable with you otherwise i may be refunded the payment of the said product.

From 16 th november, 2017 to till date i am receiving calls from different number that i have won a tata safari car or rs. 12 lacs 60 thousands in shopclues lucky draw. They asked to pay rs.8500/- initially but now they are asking to pay at least rs. 6500/-. So, its totally fake.

But my question is how they can get my personal informations like ph number & address names etc? Shpclues.com is totally responsible for this.

Just can't trust shopclues.com any more.

Im ordered a puma echo back pack on (16/11/17)
And cash paid by using ma debit card. Expected delivery im get the date 20/11/2017. But that date im not get the product on ma hand. I called the courier boy, he also dont knw abou the product and he tels me that call to customercare and they will resolve ur problems all. Is that not good manner from a customer care assistand. I have received the product with order form and made payment of rs:892.

Once i opened the packet inside one mobile (Dead/fake) pic same like in website, one charger (Not working), one battery (Not working). I have contacted with shopclues.com customer service and i was informed that i need to contact with service center in order to get solve this problem. There is no warranty card inside the packet also.

Shopclues.com cheated me and not ready to solve this problem. Kindly please do needful in this.

I have ordered one t-shirt from shop clues order number[protected] amount 428/- including shipment. I havent received my order yet but getting calls from one person number - [protected] that i won one car costing rs.12 lacs from shopclues lucky draw. So he is asking for my account number to transfer money and all.. Why this kind of person is calling and how can they reach through our number and address??? This is not acceptable. Kindly look into this and reply asap.

A wrong product was delivered - different to what was shown in the picture at the time of ordering. Our issue was that since we were out of town we weren't able to raise a return in 10 days, however, we raised a complaint on 15th november 2017 and then again on 18th november 2017 but no team member contacted us. We called the customer care desk again on 20th november 2017 - and instead of accepting their shortcomings of not contacting in 2 business days after raising a complaint they just explain us the return policy and disconnected the call. We have faced these issues earlier and we were promised smoothe services in future. However, they have failed in doing so.
Please don't order anything from shopclues in future.

I have a account on shopclues from last 2 months and in last 2 months i got 4 orders and all those orders were fake as i delivered those orders they wont even accept by the customers and i already dropped lots of mail to shopclues that i am receiving fake orders from my competitors so one of your shopclues agent (Sony singh) convinced me to buy 1200 pack then i purchased that pack but again it was happening then again one of your shopclues agent named (Vabhav singh) convinced me for 5400 pack (Product id :[protected] in which he told me shopclues will provide life time service and as i payed 5400 rs to shopclues he told me he also works for amazon so please subscribe for amazon he will provide me benefits from amazon also. And after paying 1200 and 5400 to shopclues, at the end the result is my account on shopclues got suspended. So now i am feed up with the service of shopclues so please refund me my amount. And please its a request that stop cheating with merchants who fully trust on shopclues.
