I had ordered an watch from ShopClues but the watch was defected so on the same date I placed a refund order everything was fine they refunded the money on clues bucks which I can use for buying any other product and the delivery boy also came and took the watch but when I asked him for any return receipt he told that they don't provide anything like that I was like ok now today I have made an order from ShopClues my 190 clues bucks are deducted but my order is not yet confirmed so please I want them to place my order and if there is any problem then return my money back in my account it's seriously disgusting I hate shopping from ShopClues my mistake that I bought product from this app and now I'm suffering hope you people will take some action regarding this thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

I had initiated a return for product order no[protected] on 18/11/2017 but still no body called for pick up, and i am getting message that pick up attempted.
