Hello, I ordered a Senheisser wireless headset on 5th march 2019 through the above website, it cost 649 Inr (including delivery charge). The payment was made thru mobikwik wallet. I got delivered on 8th March 2019. The product I received is totally fake duplicate faulty product. Its was not working either. I was shocked after opening the package. I was little busy at that time so I post a complaint against it on 9th March 2019 to their email...

Boat bass head 225 got it today. The product came with boat box packing, when i opened it was a totally different item and the product is completely damaged, not switching on at all,
Didn't receive any manual also, the product in the images and what i received is different second hand products plz take it back and refund the amount
Fake company misleading people with cheap rates and low quality products refund the amount...

I have purchased a boat bass heads 225. At starting it worked nicely. I purchased it in february.

But from today onwards (March 20) it's not working properly.

I have paid a total of 490 rs.

I have guarantee card for those ear phones is one year and it's not expired. The product is not damaged at all. Kindly return my money or replace my headphones.

Sub:- order id 11906 in march, '19- wrong item found inside box received in courier. Website shopdealclue.com has no listed customer care no, email ids listed there, but no one responds on them.

Kindly help me resolve. Shopdealclue.com charged me rs 315 incl delivery, but after opening i did not find "syska brand 2amp fast charger" rather inside was a local brand charger called "bbig"...

I have booked samsung level u bluetooth neckband on 3rd of march 2019 till date i have not got the product. I payed rs 1240 including shipping charge. The amount is deducted but after that i didn't get any msg regarding product delivery. I tried for customer care number shown i site but couldn't contacted. E mailing id is also wrong.

I ordered airpods from your company... The good thing was that it was shipped before the shipped date.. But the airpods are not working i mean they are working but not together.. They are working single single airpod... I want them to be changed or you take them back.. And if you don't want to change them return my money because having them not working is useless...

Shocked to see the duplicate cheap chinese item delivered against my order no. 8413 for boat earbuds model no boat bassheads 225... And item delivered is duplicate boat bassheads 225which is totally useless.

Please recollect it immediately and refund my money, since after delivery i am trying to contact this company but not able to contact.

I paid rs 55459 + rs 50 (Courier)= rs 55509 for a macbook air.
Somehow the billing amount shows that rs 42000 + 18 % tax = rs 49500 which has a gap of rs 6000 (I paid the amount of 55509 for brand new packed apple laptop). For which i got a used/damaged laptop with fake accessories.
Now as per refund policy of shopdealcule.com i had intimated on the same day (19th january 2019) that we are not interested in this product, still...

I had a telephonic discussion with mr. Ranjeet jhakad (Shopdealclue) before purchasing online on www.shopdealclue.com for the brand new company seal apple laptop where he mentioned that for refurbished apple laptop (Modal-a1466) rs 42000 he will be taking orders as cash on delivery wrt refurbished product only where the consumer can see the condition of laptop.
For brand new company box packed we need to do the full payment as online...
