I hv received a damaged product from this website shopdealclue... So then i decided to return this product but tried so many times even do emails, calls also and filled a return policy firm but it goes in vain, they are not talking to me, even not replying to my emails and calls...
Whenever i called that customer care number they are busy or switched off...

So what can i do?? Even my product have 1 year warranty but i can't use that..

They are pretending to be a deaf towards my mails and return policy firm..

      I received some local headphones instead of my boAt headphones that i ordered i need my money back or either exchange my order with the real one. please i am poor don't do fraud with me. i saved my money for it. please see to it. order id- 11506 i placed order on 8 January 2024 i need my money back. your emails are fake too with wrong english no proper text and rude replies

            I ordered "Duracell 20000 MAH Slimmest Power Bank with 1 Type C PD and 2 USB A Port 22.5W Fast Charging", but received wrong item "UBON brand Power bank", please refer attached images

            Earlier 2 times I requested replacement vide their website through " Product Returns", but nobody responded & Several time called their customer support mobile, but nobody responded

            Really very worst experience & I m looking to Filing a Consumer Complaint in the Consumer Court

            Please don't buy any product in this website

              I have ordered 2 mobile phones of OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G 8GB RAM having order id's 10489 and 10465 each and made advance payment of 16751 for each payment which is in total of 33502 through Paytm on 3th Dec 2023 but my orders are not delivered yet.                             I have ordered REALME BUDS Q2 NEO BLACK COLOUR on your website on 14/12/2023 with COD of Rs.1550 .

                            Yesterday 19/12/2023 I have received the ordered item throughout DELHIVERY courier .

                            When I opened the package I found that I have received wrong item. I have received Realme BUDS Q in White colour only . This product doesn't fit for me. So kindly take return of the wrong product that I received from you. Kindly refund and do the needful.

                                      Against Order ID: 5249 dated 04/11/2023 wrong smart watch was delivered to me and same day on 7th Nov I registered a return request but till date it has not been attended for pickup and refund. There is no option to contact customer care.
                                      I followed up so many times on mail and submit my complaint but No response till date.

                                      Kindly check the matter and Instruct Shopdealclue for pickup and refund.
