I have purchase trimmer from shopdealclue.com dated[protected]. I got order id in mail but till date I havent received any product. There are cheater. I have check whole website but there is no customer care no there is only one email id I email but not get any responce from shopdealclue.
Can any one help me how can i get money back.
Amount is almost 1900 rs
Please invoice bill product change
Product not working one week only buy the product

    Dear Sir,
    I booked for 'Google chromecast 2' on 2.9.19 from web site http://www.shopdealclue.com at the cost Rs.970. The product received on 10.9.2019 but when i opened the box I found 'MiraAdapter' wrap in the box, immediately I mailed the complaint to email id [protected]@shopdealclue.com as per instructions on their site. but there is no respond from shopdealclue till today. I sent reminder too but no reply then
    I sent mail to their hr id ([protected]@shopdealclue.com) but no reply. . Pl. you guide me to get my ordered product. You are kindly requested to look in matter and arrange to replace the same with 'Google chromecast 2'.

    I have ordered for mi neck band for Rs 1129, and these people have sent me a fake product which doesn't work properly. Moreover it's not mi product only. We have to take necessary actions to eradicate this fake websites selling false products.

      I have purchased jbl free wireless ear headphones, from shop deal clue against their order no 18690 dtd 15.06.2019.

      After receipt i noticed that both were not pairing with each other, so raised a complaint, which was attended and duly resolved.

      Again after using for few days i noticed that from one side sound is not coming clearly, so contacted jbl customer care, where i was informed to produce tax invoice. Since from last 3 weeks i am trying to contact shop deal clue but have received no response.

      I just want a tax invoice so that jbl can attend my complaint.

          I ordered a jbl t110 headset from www.shopdealclue.com on 27th august 2019. Order number is 25548. It was delivered to me on 31st august 2019. When i opened the package i found a wrinkled jbl t110 package and inside it was a fake jbl product that doesn't even look like jbl t110 and nothing else was inside it. As soon as i found out i've been cheated i send an email to shopdealclue and asked for return and refund. Its been more than a week and still no response from them. I'm attaching the photos of the product that i received.. Please do the needful.

            I request the person he/she would help me return my product.
            So far, i contacted many time through email i didn’t receive a penny of response since the day of recovering the product and complained back within 2hrs very must disgraceful on this site.
            This is really shameful to see that this site doesn’t show any response and the customer service is not available.

              I have not received my Order #28153 for Chromecast 2 Media Streaming Device (Black). Kindly refund my money. The status is still in 'prosessing'. No one is replying to my emails. The phone number given is faulty. The customer care form is not getting sent. This seems to be a fraudulent website. Please help!

I am not getting the customer care no and no details in the box also, i am not able to send it back also and to get refund its purely fake product fake company also. i am not satisfied and get cheated from this company.

                      I have received my order on 24th aug 2019 and on the same day i noticed that the product was not functioning properly hence written them a email immediately @[protected]@shopdealclue.com but still havent received any update from their end where as the site says that any complains must be raised within 48 hours.
                      Here is the mail which i nhave sent them.

                      Hi,

                      I have received my order today, but there is some problem with the earbuds (Pairing issue).

                      The earbuds doesn't pair with each other when placed in both ears, when i take them out from one are and hold it very close to each other then both of them works but whenever i place them in both the ears only one side works.

                      I have tried several times and also went into the web and have done all research on the same and tried all possible things but i failed.
                      I am sure that its a technical fault with them, i also use another brand of ear buds and they function very well, i have bee going through the reviews and i saw that this model have this issues and asked me to get the same replaced.
                      Hence i request you to please replace the same at the earliest.

                      Also sending you the pictures for the same hereby attached.

                      Please let me know how do we go about it from here.

                        Dear sir,
                        I had ordered two earphones from shopdealclue website on august 18th with order id 24650 & got the consignment delivered on august 22nd evening. One of the earphone of boat brand is in good condition where as another one of jbl e15 is defective piece, it physically looks ok but technically faulty one, one side of earphone is not audible. I am very upset by this worst experience online shopping.
                        Kindly recollect this defective piece and replace it with new one or else atleast refund my full amount. I have paid online for it.
                        I have been complaining through mails since two days, but i did not get any response till now. Kindly take immediate action.

                          This is regarding with my order #24045 was placed on august 12, 2019

                          The product is bose truly wireless sport 2.

                          As mentioned in the description (I. E, support noise cancellation) it's not supporting noise cancellation. And i'm not able to connect with bose 'find my buds' application. The bose application could not be connected with the bluetooth headphones. It seems the product is not an original product of bose. The quality of the product is very poor.

                          I strongly believe that it's not functioning as described in the description. There was no seal on the box, the contents were loose. The spare earbuds were not present and a cheap charger cable was there instead and i'm not able to connect with the box too. The product is clearly a fake, the manual inside is for some cheap earphones called twins true wireless earbuds all written in chinese no mention of bose anywhere. There is no bill present. I have pictures of the product the quality is terrible. I want to return the product immediately and expect a full refund. If the complaint is ignored i will not hesitate to contact the delivery company or take legal action against a fraudualent site.

                            I had ordered jbl free ear buds from their site on 5th august (Order # 23259) which was delivered to me on on 8th august and on that very day i noticed that the device was completely fake as the buttons on the buds were flimsy and also the name of the device over bluetooth was not jbl but z1. Additionally the buds don't even connect to each other no matter what.

                            I dropped an email to the support team immediately on that very day and received a response the next day requesting photos which i did immediately however post that i haven't heard from them even after multiple reminder emails. The site has been intentionally selling fake products and acting irresponsibly towards customers. They definitely need to be penalised as they continue to run the site and cheat customers.

                            I sincerely seek your intervention and support to look into this matter and arrange my refund.

                              This is mohan krishna. I have ordered jbl earphones with the order id #23661. The product which i have gotten is defective. It is not working properly. I just want to return the item. I was trying to contact them but there is no contact number over there. I have sent many mails to them but there were not even reverting back. Please find the issue as soon as possible and please take an action on them.

Which the product is not at all original and beyond everything the mrp on the box is written rs. 499/- then how could they charged me rs. 749/- for the same?                                   I had ordered boat bassheads 225 wired headset with mic on 1 aug 2019, order id-23053. I recieved fake and incomplete product, following are the complaints regarding the same-
                                  1) no qr code on warranty card as per defined by manufacturer (Boat).
                                  2) extra earbuds missing as per defined on box.
                                  3) worst quality material used for cable.
                                  4) drive chamber's and cable connection not proper.

                                  I want my money back...

On the box of headphone it is clearly mentioned that the box contains headphones and extra ear buds but there were no extra ear buds in the box. So i want to return this product also the quality of the headphones is not good. The original headphones of boat are very rich in sound quality also the wire of headphones is not of good quality
                                    I’ve not got the right product that i’ve ordered. I had placed an order on 2 august of JBL earpods that i’ve received on 7 august.As soon as I opened the package I received something else that I’ve not ordered.So I request the company to initiate my refund asap.
