I orders Oneplus nord earbuds from shopdealclue.com and cash on delivery. For 2064 Indian ruppess. Today on 1st dec 2023 I got my order and inside it was some local company earbuds worth less then 500 rupees.
Please help...

I ordered OnePlus Nord buds 2r (earbuds) at price 1757 and the company sent me a local brand earbuds. When I complaint and sent request for refund the company did not answer my query and not responding to me.
