I ordered the following items against order no.#44481 on july1.2020:-

1. Realme buds wireless neckband with mic qty - 1 rs.875
2. Boat bassheads 225 wired headset with mic qty-2 - rs. 2x370=740

Howerever after deliverded the items & opening the received box only 2 items are there (Realme buds 1no. & boat bassheads 1no. Only instead of 2 nos).
The other boat bassheads found missing. I made the vedio during the opening the box which is enclosed.
For necessary action is required to suppply the other pending item.

There is no customer care number. There is no tracking system. There is no return and refund option.I ordered a product on 9th July. It is showing In process. What does it mean?
I think every thing is fake. I lost my money.It is not possible to get money back or product ordered.

Now product delivered which is not working and made in China's .very cheap quality.No refund policy.So Never purchase any item from this site.

Hi,
I ordered "philips qt4011/15 corded & cordless trimmer for men (Multicolor) × 1" on 3rd july 2020 but still on portal status is showing "in process". Why delay? When it will get delivered? What is your policy and what is sla?
If not progressed or not delivered in (E. G. A month till) then would you cancel the order and refund the money? What is policy?

I really appreciate if you could deliver my product in week.

I have few other questions.
1. What is mean by "in process", if your seller does not have it then why you are flashing on your website?
2. I have been seeing many complaint (Post my order) related to fake delivery/delayed in product delivery. Etc.. What exactly you are servicing customers to keep them updating status on their order.
3. Cancel order option is not on website, why? Many complaint i am seeing here about no refund yet or delayed. Why this is happening?

Incident: placed order for “bose truly wireless sport 2” on 5th june and received on 20th june. When i checked the product right side bud not working. I notified on same day 20th june 2020 by mail using [protected]@shopdealclue.com mail id as mentioned in his online portal. I followed the same instruction that mentioned under return policy https://www.shopdealclue.com/return-policy/. along the mail i have attached defect product picture and video also.

Except [protected]@shopdealclue.com mail id, shopdealclue do not have any contact information and phone numbers.

In spite of reminder mail i haven’t received any information. Hence i am raising complain here. Looking for refund. I kept the product as it is along the package.

I am attaching my mail communication along picture & video that i have shared to shopdealclue.

I order Philips trimmer model no.QT4011/15. After long time I received it today morning. I opened it then I found a different Philips trimer model no:QT4001/15. Secondly my order cost is 2299 okay I saw the price on box and is rs1475.
So I put a mail for return and refund policy nobody respond.

I ordered a phillips trimmer on 13/06/2020 on shopdealclue.com vide order id no. # 42779 and i paid 2299/- rs. By credit card. Till date i haven't received it nor any message regarding it. Its only showing "order processing". I tried to contact their customer care but no response. It appears that its a fraudulent website cheating people of their hard earned money. I paid through credit card and payment gateway was ccavenue. I am a gazzeted govt. Servant and i dont want my fellow countrymen get cheated in such a manner. I am also writing a mail to pmo reagarding this.

I have already mailed them asking for refund but no response from their side.

I would like to get a refund of my total paid amount of 2299/- rs.
