I have mailed them thrice on their [protected]@shopdealclue.com id still i did not get any revert. I got the product delivered on 6th feb 2020 and since i then i am chasing them to return the product has it not of adequate quality - the earphone are not working properly. I thought that they might be a big ecommerce company, mistaken with shop clues, which is actually a big company, in reality they are just a fake company with fake address of faridabad

I received the jbl wireless in ear black headphones on the 31st of january, 2020, order no. #35505, name - thomas abraham, kalina, mumbai - 400029, mob - [protected].
However, the product seems to be damaged.
One of the earpods have a cracked surface (Image attached) and the cover label also seems to have scratches (Image attached)
Requesting you to kindly make arrangements for refunding the amount as soon as possible.

When i was checking online to buy a smart watch, mistakenly today i ordered samsung active watch through shopdealclue.com and when i seen the review i feel that there may be chances of getting fake product insted of original one. So now i want to cancel my order, but when i checked in the sustem unfortunately there is no option to cancel the order. So help me to cancel the order and help me to get the full refund.

I have ordered a samsung level u bluetooth headset from shopdealclue and received it day before yesterday. It is not getting charged and not turning on. The color that i received is also different from the one shown in the image. I am completely disappointed as it stopped working from the day 2. I ordered the product which was displayed on an advertisement. The product name is sony wi-c400 wireless headphones. The e website name is shopdealclue. It is a fake website and the product it sent was not manufactured by sony. It was of some chinese company and it has sony's brand name on it. The product quality is worst. And there is no sign on it of being a product of sony.
There is no option of return. I want to return the product and get my money back. Please help me get my refund for this. I paid 1190 rupees in total. With the product cost being 990 rupees. 50 being delivery charges and 50 more being cod charge.
Order #34821 was placed on january 14, 2020. And was delivered by the company 'delhivery'.

The site is fraudulent site.

I received a fake product which is fake product in the name of sony wireless headset.

The name itself on the order suggests it’s sony wi-c400 wireless behind-neck in ear headphone (Black).

The contact us page and email doesn’t work.

The site i purchased from is shopdealclue.
It redirects order through one stop shop

Please block this site and take action against these frauds.

I want to return my order which i ordered was google chromecast instead of that they sent me a duplicate cast which isn't working and there's no option to return from the website. The website was shopdealclue.com and the seller was one-stop shop. Please kindly solve this issue and give me back my refund or else i'll do an fir against the company. And one more thing guys do a little research from buying things from fraudulent websites.

First of all i'm not giving any stars to this website because there is no starts represents fraud or fake.

I ordered one sony wireless head phone (Wi-c400) and got delivery on nov 25, 2019 and after checking out the product it clearly visible that what i received is wrong product. I registered a refund and return request same day itself after reading their "return policy section" https://www.shopdealclue.com/return-policy/

Now even after 2 days i did not get a single word in reply, and seems it is fake company which targets online buyers only. I request everybody that please do not buy anything from them otherwilse you will lose and no body will help you. Please you check the attached images, which clearly shows the product what they offered in display and what they deliver in actual. It is completely fake chinese product.

If sombody have any information or artical about how to register a complain for online e-commers shopping website then please share with me, share with us.

I ordered a bose true wireless sport free ear buds with 7450/-. Today i received a fake product from the seller. Which are neither connect to my mobile bluetooth nor detecting by bose connect app. When i contacted bose customer center they declared them as fake ones. Kindly look into this fake website and take appropriate action so that i will be benifited. Thank you.

I had visited the website through a prompting link on google. The website offered me an option to activate a deal to purchase bose earbuds by entering credit card details to verify the card by otp transaction for inr 1 rs. I had entered the details but i shockingly got a debit of 8509 on my card. Upon being confused that i authorised the deal value and not the entire product value, i got to know that the website is a fraud website. Kindly register my complaint and help me. I have blocked my card and disputed the transaction.

I had ordered bose wireless headphones from the website. But i received boat wired headphones which is completely different product than the one i ordered. I mailed the support team to return the order but i didn't receive any response from them regarding my complaint. I mailed them couple of times but not getting any response. I need refund for my order. There is no customer care number provided to call.

This site is FAKE as they are putting very less price of the branded products to attract Customers, and there is no reply to my complaint mail also there is no Customer Care Contact number mentioned in website.
Please take Strict actions against this FAKE Site.

This seller is associated with http://shopdealclue.com as a supplier of mi earphones. I ordered a neckband wireless earphones from there and they delivered me fake/copy of mi neckband. Even the website is not now returning my money. I warn everyone here to not to buy any branded thing from here as they keep only fake and copies.

I would like to inform you about that. I received this product tomorrow at evening time and after some time i want to open and connect to my phone but they have not on neither charge support and now i have not any option for replace this order and get my 380rs. So please help asap. This company customer care number is not available on this site very fraud site for online purchase and i hope i will not buy again on this site.

I have purchased bose truly wireless sport2 ear phone worth 3175/- on 17aug 2019 on shopdealclue.com without knowing its a fraud website. Later i tried to contact threw mobile number specified in site and written mail to [protected]@shopdealclue.com for refund of money and no response from any one and i can only see that the order in currently in processing status.
