Battery back up is very very low

I had placed one order for Philips in shopdealclue for Philips Qt4011 /15 trimmer on 20th July. Money has been deducted from my account and I received a message with CCAvenue reference number.

But till date I have not received my product. I want my money back.

I have placed philips qt4011/15 hair trimmer. I got the package after 1 month that too after i written many mails and complaints.. I got the wrong and fake product. Now i am not able to login into my account also. It looks like they have removed my account also. Now i cannot return the product also.

Shopdealclue is completely a fake onine shopping site. Please don't trust this and don't book any thing in this site.

I ordered a keyboard from company cosmic byte instead tecived a product from tech - com local company this is a fraud.

#47532 August 8, 2020 Processing 3, 399.00 ₹ for 1 item ( item is Phillips trimmer).

After a week of the order, I saw still the order not confirmed and I paid in advance through internet banking. I have sent several emails to them but they never came up with any solution. Now they blocked my login id & password and I can not see the order status. In their website, there is no contact number to reach them only provided below details:

I have ordered one product and got the other product.
Despite of my complaint, there is no response from shopdeal clues from more than 1 month

Respect sir my order is payment panding after my order is cancel but refund is no my acount plz solve the my problem my order ref.no.[protected] that compony throuth my acountis blocked

I have placed a order in shopdealclue on july 29th 2020. I have ordered or philips qt4011/15 hair trimmer. The cost of this product is 2299 rupees. But till now i didn't receive this product. When i check this online it is showing that it is processing. I had written emails almost everyday. But everytime i receive only auto reply emails stating that your issue will resolve in 5 days. But till now it is not at all resolved. My order number is #46778 and the ccavenue payment reference number is[protected]. I didn't face this type of issue in any online shopping till now. I feel shopdealclue is trying to cheat because from past 2 days i am not able to sign in to my account also in shopdealclue website. It looks like they have blocked my account also. I would like to check this complaint and refund my amount.

I have ordered an head phone recently.its damaged.i want to return it.Not getting any contact source.One side of this earphone no voice is coming.

The company delivered fake sony headsets for rs.1100 .. I raised a return request, but they haven't taken any action, .. it's been more than a month now.. I want my money back,

The earbuds weren’t even charging. I called their customer care to file for a return and refund and they asked my bank details, I foolishly gave them my account number and now I think they are trying to withdraw money from my account. I repeatedly asked them about how I was supposed to return the product but they kept asking me my further bank details. They are a complete fraud.

I have received the philips qt 4001/15 model trimmer instead of philips qt 4011/15 trimmer. It is requested to replace the item with what i ordered

This website is doing fraudulent operations.
They are showing pictures & description of reputed brand items, selling at high price & shipping fake low value copies.
I bought sony wi 1000x headphones for about 10k & received a fake product.
They do not have option to cancel online & don't respond to communication for return.

They are selling duplicate products. I had placed an order of sony wi-c400 but they've sent a china made duplicate headphone. This website is a scam.

I had ordered #44932 the iteam which i ordered was bt3221/15 phillips trimmer. And due to delay i sent a mail to cancel my order and they didn't responded and send me a wrong product which they sent was qt4000/15. So i want return it and sent a mail but they not responding.

I have received my order #46434 today i. E 30th july after so much wait... And now received defective item... No one is responding to emails and there is no contact number to reach them..
My items was jbl wireless earphones and one of its right ear part is not working.
The right ear phone part sometimes not working on music and mic also not responding.. Also its losing bluetooth connection...
This is very pathetic situation now as this product i need urgently and but delivered late and now got it as defective...

i had ordered philips trimmer qt4011/15 with my order no 46081for the cost rs 2299/but i was cheated by in parcel i have received qt 4001/15 .i had paid rs 2299 for the above said product.but i have received the product with cost rs 1475

I have ordered jbl tws 4 true wireless bluetooth in ear headphones in shopdealcue online on july 6th.

I received the product on july 20.

The left side earbud is not working. So i need a working product as a replacement. Or else return my money.

As of now i couldn't get a proper reply from shopdealclue
