I have ordered Phillips QT 4011/15 corded & cordless timmer for men on 25-May-2020, order no. 40738. Till date I haven't received the product. They have sent me a shipping order link which is a random link and nothing to do with my product. I have called that courier service and found that shipping order and customer was totally different.

I have ordered (40912#) the philips trimmer and payment also done (Inr 1799/-). But now i can see this order status as cancelled, not sure why the status is showing as cancelled though i done payment (Received payment successful email also). Order #38317 was placed on february 25, 2020 and its showing status is currently processing.

They are not responding to emails. Message sending on there contact us page is not even working. Contact number which they have provided is not even contactable.

I want my amount, i paid using my credit card. But these people dont even bother to reply....
