I ordered the bose wireless headphones
Order placed on 01st aug 2019 order id 23002. I received the parcel on aug 3rd. There was no seal on the box, the contents were loose. The spare earbuds were not present and a cheap charger cable was there instead. The product is clearly a fake, the manual inside is for some cheap earphones called twins true wireless earbuds all written in chinese no mention of bose anywhere. There is no bill present. I have pictures of the product the quality is terrible. I want to return the product immediately and expect a full refund. If the complaint is ignored i will not hesitate to contact the delivery company or take legal action against a fraudualent site.

I bought google chromecast on 21st july from this website. Order number is #21901. It is fake product, it is not goggle chromecast and also it is not working as mentioned. There is no option to return this product/cancel the order and no contact info on the website. No response to any of the email sent to them.

Worst part is the product is still sold on the website. Any review i am submitting is filtered out and it is not being shown.

I've ordered a sony headset on july 27, 2019. I've not received a message to my number and also i feel like it's a fake website. There is no details for contacting the website, i only received the mail of my payment. There is no information regarding live status of the order. I want to know the contact number of the website or a call back. If the order won't come within few days, i want a refund for the product.

I bought jbl free wireless earphones from shopdealclue website, but i received a lower /cheaper version (Jbl free 2x) which i am not interested in buying/using. Therefore the issue happened because of their own website, they gave details and images about the different product and delivered the different product, i am so much disappointed and wanted to return the product and get my money back!

I search for contact no. On website but there is no contact number available only email adress is given. Then i send email regarding the return and refund of my money, they didnt reply yet.
I want to book a compliant against it owner for this fraud..

I have purchased a samsung u flex from ur website, it delivered me today a few minutes ago, which is copletely faje and also damaged, please return it, and refund my money, otherwise i will complain it to consumer forum, fast and fast call me [protected], i have tried many times to calll them from where they called me after placing my order but no one picked up otherwise they cut the call, and ther email address what they have given is totally fake, it is a such a fake website, the product i have recieved is damaged one side

The order number : 21358 with the CCAvenue Ref no[protected] amounting to Rs.1799.00 has been successfully processed through CCAvenue. I have purchased a trimmer from shopdealclue. There is no contact number or customer care service for shopdealclue. There is only support with the mail from shopdealclue and I have sent so many mails so far but I didn't get any reply from shopdealclue. I heard that it's a fake e-commerce site and there are lots of pending orders since three weeks they not send the order delivery. I would like to cancel the order and refund the money. I have a huge hope on CCAvenue payment gateway that you will return my money.

Request you to kindly assist my order on HIGH priority as I am not satisfied with the merchant services. Please refund the successful transaction money as soon as possible.

The name itself on the order suggests it’s airpod.

The contact us page and email doesn’t work.

The site I purchased from is shopdealclue.
It redirects order through one stop shop.con and yourstore.com

Please block this site and take action against these frauds.

On complaints received from delivery company they approached through a call and asked the account details over email to process refund. The refund was received in a day by imps parcel was picked up next day

Updated by Kavikatt5588 I took this complaint with Delhivery the company who delivered the parcel and wrote to the co-founder directly requesting to stop the partnership with such fraudulent companies.
On their intervention I received communication from shop deal clue and received refund within one day and the parcel was picked up in less than 48 hours.

And after a week from econ express courier facility I received and paid to courier boy but when I open the item so I was shocked and it was totally changed from color to its manufacturing quality.
Now I wish to return the item and it is completely misleading from the seller doing so.

Shopdealclue is a completely fake e-commerce company. Please avoid it at any cost. I had tried to purchase an earphone. I read the reviews about this website after placing an order. That is why i tried to cancel the order. So i sent them an email immediately. But there was no response. I tried to call them on their customer care number. But the call gets disconnected after 1 second (It has been done deliberately). Despite of sending them an email, they have shipped the product next day. And as expected the product which was delivered was a cheap imitation product of the what was ordered. They are just looting money in the name of e-commerce business.

Now i dont see any way of contacting them and returning the product.

@people: please avoide this website at all cost.

so. i will told courier boy the box was unsealed so he said contact customer care. and there is no any kind of customer care phone number.

I ordered a 32" VU LED TV .. ORDER NO. 17100 through shopdealclue.com. i received the tv but during delivery i didnt get the invoice copy. There was only a single slip attached to the box with no serial number or any thing written on it.
So my tv is still under installation. It has been 20 days since i ordered the tv but wasnt able to use it yet.

After transfer of amount no status of delivery details are diaplayed. And no customer support center. At last it shows that the order havr completed but i haven't received yet. After filing a complaint on ur portal, we have received a call by mobile no.([protected]) stating himself as company employer and is asking for or CARD NO from which we had prepaid our order for camera. As he is stating that the same is required for REFUND of your transaction.

But, we hardly believe in this company and cannot rely whether its genuine call or fraud call, so we have requested them deposit our refund in our bank account, to which the person on phone is denying.

As detailed by our bank n legal team we are not allowed to share the card details & so we request company to deposit our refund back to the account from which the payment has been deducted.

as if any account details required then pls mail from your official mail id stating account details required for refund of camera amounting to INR 10950/-
