1)I purchased a program under your self executive annaya on 26july 2021
At the time of purchase instead of explaining me the terms and conditions she hurily make me sign the agreement and make me register into lms portal
She is on the telephonic conversation whyle making me do so

2) she didn't explain me the refund cancellations and course swaping policy's
3) she never mentioned I need a interested National debit card for signing in to aws account . When I seek help from her as well as raising a ticket the organisation replied boldly they can't do any thing

4) she didn't explain me I need to complete all the projects to appear for the exam nither she explained about the organisation completely .iven in the lms portal my conserned questions are missing

5) the lms portal is full of tecniqual bugs and not user friendly

6) the organisation promised for flexible classes but they are only providing weekend batches

7) nither it's mentioned I need to attend live classes. For project submission

8)the self learning videos are easily available in the internet as free content

9) live class quality is worst
Instuctures are not to the mark

10)Am getting harrased from the beginning of joining this masters program

11) instead of its a master's program they are providing only basic contents

12) am a patient of high blood presure
Am unable to bear this

      Have purchased the product on 26July 2021 . At the time of purchase instead of explaining me the all the terms and conditions .the sales executive make me assigned to lms portal in hurry . Lots of promises are maid during my purchase like flexible class which you are providing only weekend classes .that is inposible for me to attend every week ..your services and tecnics are worst . The portal is complex . Full of misleading information or wrong information . You have promised for project manager and sertificate manager am not reciving it till now . Self learning videos are cheap available on internet study materials are allso not upto the mark . Terms and conditions are tricky .your organization is giving me emotional and psychological pain . My doctor has prescribed me ecg becouse of the mental presure delivers by your organization . wanted refund along with my resignation fee and the liqulize loan I have allredy paid and closing the loan ethere resolve the matter earilest .or I will nedd to file a case in consumer court. In the begging of the pourchase . I haven't knotified that I need to complete all project to unlock my exam voucher. Nither am informed that I need international debit cards for various transaction I needed to do complete the cariculam .when I raise a tickit they told me boldly they can't do anything . Plese stop harrasing me . Refund my money and let me go refund my registration as weell as the loans I have allredy paid . Don't kill me like this . .my registed mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

        I want to complaint against the concerned person I'm in contact with and regarding self learning lessons. She didn't provide me the entire information before enrollment and now when I told her the issues I'm facing regarding my self learning classes, I'm not getting help on time regarding my learning problems. Also there are not enough morning batches. I have to wait for 2weeks to enroll in a morning batch...when I explained everything this to the person I'm in contact with, she didn't even listen and keeps on the argument by saying stuff which was irrelevant. Also she did said some other things like after the course you need the upgradation from us only, is this a some kind of warning she is giving to me?...I want to discuss this with the higher authorities. Please connect me with someone who can help me

          I raised complain about course material is not as sane as committed. I raised request multiple times but no ine answering.

          I stopped payment but no one answering but putting fines on me.

          No idea what to do? Do I need file a complain in consumer forum or what.

          Need help ASAP.

            Hi,
            I have enrolled with Simplilearn in April 2021. Since then I'm struggling alot, have requested refund on multiple occassions since this is not what I was looking for. Until the time I didn't pay they called me numerous times, now they don't care at all. I can learn much better on youtube. Simplilearn is looting people in the name of career and courses. I have literally begged them to refund I don't follow their classes. I am in such a bad condition now that can't pay off my EMI since 2 months and I want to cancel the loan loan. This is an earnest request to please refund and cancel my course. I am suffering from health issues and financial issues as well, please understand and cancel the loan and refund.

            I am highly depressed now and it's a mental harassment and ignorance from the side of Simplilearn. Once Simplilearn gets students enrolled and they do not pay attention to candidates.

            As informed in the previous emails, the loan has been closed.

            In loan, closure requests only loans/further EMI deduction will be closed and no refunds would be initiated.

              The amount of calls received from your consultant Saloni Kesarwani was irritating…I have done ITIL from simply learn and was never tortured. When i was seriously done and asked her not to call… she was really being disrespectful… The courses offered by simply learn is great but wouldn’t recommend coz of the torturous and pressurising follow up calls.

                  I enrolled in CeH course in 2019 but couldn't attempt my exam and my exam voucher got expired.I was asked to pay 10k again for Ceh course extension as well as CISSP. Obviously the context I spoke was about exam voucher code expiration.Now when I call the center for the exam voucher they say that they never promised the exam voucher code. This is not at all fair and I ended up paying 43k jus for the CeH without any exam voucher. I have been calling the eaga and raised various tickets but no one would provide any support on this. Everyday I'm being promised for a manager call back and that never happened. Worst support and fake promises from Simplilearn.Please refund my amount immediately.

                      I subscribed for the PRINCE2 certification course from simplilearn. I read all terms and condition after subscribing also read the refund policy which mentioned on their website and after login.
                      Certification link will be activated after I passed the simulation test which is minimum 60% marks. When I passed any of the simulation test with 60% then I will get the online exam link.
                      I passed one simulation test with 81.67% and second simulation test with 68.33%. So according to the rule I passes both the simulation test even after one test I got the online exam link.
                      I attended the online exam and I got 53% (I failed). So I requested them for refund. Now they are listing out the terms and condition in mail that I have to pass both the simulation test with 80% of marks which is not mentioned anywhere (60% is there).

                        This is my worst experience with Simplilearn and never in my life will I enroll for a Simplilearn training. I was initially enrolled for the CSM(Certified Scrum Master) training for the dates 17th, 18th July. I have been following up with the Learning consultants till 16th July to send me the training invite. They has assured me that the training is 100% confirmed and said I will receive a link on 16th before 6pm. But on 16th July night they called me and said training is cancelled because the trainer is not keeping well. They assured me they will try to find me a slot in next weekend batch (24th, 25th July) but that did not happen. However they promised that my training is 100% confirmed in next weekend batch 7th, 8th Aug. I have been chasing up with them till 6th Aug to send me the training link and on 6th Aug they were telling me training is cancelled since trainer is not well. Please do not trust these people, they are fraud and they are making customers fools. I had to repeatedly call these people for the past 3weeks and they are not even answering my calls properly. I am helpless and not able to get a refund from them since they wont give a refund 7 days after enrolling.

                          I & 4 more people enrolled for PMP course with Simplilearn on 15th July. The sales person after negotiation gave us a price of 180 dollars and created a link for payment. When we made a payment, it showed that we were given access to 2 different courses and not the PMP course we enrolled for. The sales person told that we need not worry, he will get the course PMP aligned to us from the back end and that he had chosen different courses to create the payment link to match up the amount o[censored]SD180. As a course offering, we were supposed to get the access to PMI Digital Keys. Once the sales person got the PMP course aligned to us, he said that it will take 15 days for us to get the digital keys. We waited for that however now they are responding to the tickets saying that they will not give the digital keys citing the reason that we have enrolled for the course that was mentioned in the invoice. Well the course in the invoice was the doing of the sales person and not what we signed up for. Why should I suffer due to disconnect between their teams. I need to get what was promised to me as a package which included the digital key. They are now resolving the tickets saying that we need to get in touch with out relationship manager/ sales person and the sales person is saying he is trying to get the digital keys but due to miscommunication, the internal teams are not agreeing to give access. I tried to call the customer service number many times someone picks it and then it gets disconnected. I also wrote to their grievance team two days back and have heard nothing from their side. This is pathetic experience. I need my money back i have wasted enough time to get issues resolved. It is almost a month now and the issues are not resolved. This is the worst experience ever and i regret to have dragged 4 more friends into this as referral.

                            Dear All,

                            As iam a student of simplilearn and i have taken course in month of December and in june i got the certification for completing Digital marketing specialist. i took the course from Mohan Reddy and he has given me at 56000 approx. and same course is given to 2 friends at 36000 and 42000 in same month-vipin singhi an ashish saluja . so My concer is i felt cheated by simpllearn because of this guy mohan reddy.
                            When i was preparing to get the course, Mohan was Regularly calling me every day and ask me to join this . he told me that he would we account manager of mine and take care of everything from admission to placement of mine . ok between this he made fake promises.Below is the list of Fake promises he made-
                            1) Completion of Course-He Told me that you can complete the course within 4 months.but all classes are 6 months long including weekend one and iam unemployed for last 7 months and having shortage of funds.so he charges extra fees then others and time promises is very more for classes.

                            2) Placement assitance-He told once you complete the course i will work for placement cell and between you for cv building, interview preparation and for job applying.i never call or message im for last 4 months. but now i completed the course i just mesage him for Placement assistence, now he told its not my job.neither he is providing number of anyone to whom i can talk, no support from this guy.

                            3) This guy (Mohan) feel bad when i ask him on message after 4 months how to apply for job assistance programme . so no after sales service iam also from service industry, iam also handling after sales service for clients.

                            4) Contact Point- There is no contact point of placement cell other then Mails, if i want to discuss on phone regarding whole placement programme -cv building, interview preparation? how i can learn interview coaching without telephonic discussion. These points were not told by mohan reddy.

                            so not direct contact with placement team other then mail, any phone call for discussion interview coachng, cv modification and job apply.

                            i raised tickets many many times regarding call back request for placement assistence programme no response getting.

                              I signed up for a course with Simplilearn & I was told that I would be getting the below features post signup. Its been more than a month since I signed up but I have still not received anything from Simplilearn.

                              1. I was told that I would get a complimentary course along with the original course that I had opted for.
                              2. I was also told that I would get a referral amount for each referral & that would be an Amazon voucher. My referral had enrolled in a course along with me but I never got any referral amount.
                              3. I had expressed my interest in a specific trainer, & I was told that I would be trained through that person only. I was asked to wait for the next batch to start & then they would enroll me in a batch which was conducted by that trainer. Again, it's been more than a month & there is no info available on when the specified trainer would conduct any batch.

                              I have been asking for Refund from past 20 days, have been calling their support help desk & have marked 15-20 emails as well to their support & escalation teams but have not received any response till date. Forget a response, I have never received a call back from anyone from the simplilearn customer support team.

                                Hi guys, I may case I paid half worth 750$ its installment. At first the agent was very caring but once I make the payment no proper response. I can’t start the live class reason that I paid only half which the agent didn’t mention once you paid half you cannot start the live class. HE NEVER INFORMED ME! So my weeks are running without using the LMS. I’m very disappointed I feel there were something wrong.
                                I did research: his phone number +[protected] reported spam,
                                the invoice number never registered in GST REGISTRATION,
                                their address- NO OFFICE SHOW or IMAGES
                                They didn’t allow me to do the refund because its more than 7 days. Their policy was only for their benefits.
                                Please help how I can get my money back even if its only half still its money and i work hard for that.

                                  I have purchased the course from suchita who has promised me that I will get the coupon.I have been chasing her from 2 months but she is not taking my calls.
                                  I called customer care 4 times but no progress. I have been promised that I will receive call from supervisor, still waiting.

                                  Is this the way you are going to help us than I am afraid about your other service. Pathetic services!

                                  Again, I called cce name Stanely and he is asking me the proof of promise made by sales consultant name suchita for referral voucher. They were after our life for payment but at the time of help she is not picking up the call.
                                  I am in call with suhana but nothing's happening they are arranging call backs from suchita which she is not calling.

                                    Hi,

                                    I recently raise ticket for refund as I won't be able to finish the course. However, I raise dispute for it since I only managed to do 14% of the course. Besides that, the learning consultant email is not valid, which I can get contact anymore. I wish your side will take consideration for my appeal to request to be fair for both side. During this pandemic, I was affected with retrenchment hence money is essential for my survival these times.
                                    I hope I will get flexible respond from your team as I have to wait for the reply quite some time and they reply me with same answer which I am trying to appeal. I raise also issue that my consultant didn't inform me about the refund and also he is not fully equipped when I ask about the assessment whether it requires any software. He answered software is provided by the website, so I trust that and enrolled but when I see one of the assessment it requires excel software for me to do it for the submission which I don't have the excel software in my laptop.
                                    It is hard to get contact with your side as no one been answering the phone, meanwhile the consultant can call me many times just to get me enrolled. This is quite not fair as you're being selfish for your side and did not even try to reach out properly to your learner when they contact you.
                                    I filed legal complaint for this issue so this dispute will be respond to accordingly.

                                      Promised for Retake vouchers but now there is no response on help tickets

                                      Hi, I am Rajesh. I enrolled for Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Course and Certification. While enrolling we were assured that if we fail to complete in 1st attempt for any of exams, we will be given re-take vouchers to reattempt. Now I have the situation where I failed for completing Foundation Certification and the Practitioner Certification Voucher is un-attended (but is informed to SimpliLearn and they said they will re-schedule this...

                                      I contacted Simplilearn for a PMP plus course for my friend. After a few calls from a learning consultant she offered me a PMP plus course (with access to six additional courses) for $400 with three years free access. This PMP plus course is advertised @$1199 on Simplilearn website. I confirmed them to proceed with billing and send a link for payment. But the next day I received a call again from the same learning consultant offering me that if the billing amount is $500 or more, they can offer me a referral Mastercard voucher of $250. I requested them to send an email confirming to me that a $250 voucher will be provided, which they promptly did.

                                      I discussed it with my friend and confirmed to the learning consultant to proceed with $509 billing. Once my friend paid $509 online through a link provided by a learning consultant, the entire team including the learning consultant disappeared from a scene not responding to my calls and emails. After three weeks I received a $100 Mastercard voucher instead of $250. They have not responded to any calls and emails for the past three months.

                                      So be careful they can scam you into vouchers and also be ready to accept that once you make payment you can never reach out to them.

                                      Did they give you access to the course? I enrolled for PMP and they said they will give digital key access but have been giving a run around and the trainer is pathetic too..
