Simplilearns Marketing Team Is So Smart That They Have Canvassed Me (Iam A Mechanical Engineer) To Take Up A Software Developement Course - Blockchain Program . On The Day Of Induction Session I Came To Know That It Is Not For Me And I Iniatiated Formalities For Withdrawing The Program. But Its Been Two Weeks And There Is No Reply From The Concerned People And They Have Deducted First EMI From My Account.
Simplilearn Have Even Made The Provision Of Raising The Ticket For Withdrawing The Course For Me. The First Ticket Was Raised By The Lady Who Canvassed Me To This Program Using My Login Credentials.

I am trying to reach you but there is no response.i want to cancel the course.i want to stop EMI.i don't want a refund.
already i talked with customer support 15 times but not responding.
I am expressing my feeling that my family's financial problem is going to get worse day by day. I can not continue this course . I wanna cancel my course enrolled for data science and loan emi. I can not pay EMI due to my family issue but there is no proper guide, someone is telling you to contact the finance team, the finance team is telling me to contact the Institute. I am again requesting and begging please cancel my course enrolled for data science and loan emi . I can not pay. This is not a forceful course that you have to do anyhow whether you are dying or living. Please try to understand my situation . Once again I request and beg to the team please cancel the course enrolled by me and do asap. Simply you are giving a response in email. This is not the solution . Please, I wanna talk to a higher authority manager . Problems never come by informing you, it happens all of sudden. But the entire team is saying we don't have a refund policy. i am not asking for any refund, i wanna cancel my application for Data science and loan emi. I can not continue due to my financial problem.

This is regarding my post graduation course,
I would like to cancel my course and stop EMi for the same.
Me Nidhi Ashtikar and Shubham Thaware have meet with an accident due to whil I was unable to continue the course and now we are jobless.
I haven't attend must classes also which classes we attended are just vanished from our heads now. It will be great if you are just stop our EMI because from next month we will not be able to pay the EMI our saving are finished and it's not possible to continue EMI now.
It will be get if we receive complete refund or attest half refund because we don't have money to survive.
Please helpbis in this matter.

    I paid entire fees for Prince 2 practitioner & foundation exam however team is not all helpful in either scheduling exam. I tried raising multiple complaints however no call back from team to fix the issue. When it comes to money team isnt refunding the money. Simply acting as thieves. Kindly help in getting my issue fixed.

      At the time you buy course they will say something and then do something else!!
      I was thinking to enroll the course of 'data science' and had a conversation with counselor for the same then enrolled also on 16 oct 2019 with simplilearn . And as per our conversation, counselor said to attend 1 live session and then decide within 7 days if you want to continue or not. If not then they will return the all the amount. But In my case there was no live session available for next 2 weeks (batch was full for next 16 days as per counselor) and then counselor asked me to attend live session on 2 Nov 2019 and then asked me to decide within 7 days after attending live session, till that I didn't attended any live session or any course. Then I have decided not to continue with them and confirmed the same within 7 days of my live session, but they were saying they won't be able to refund all the amount (only 75% has been refunded and not the 100%) as I have not confirmed within 7 days. Now I am having lot of pressure from 3rd party to pay there EMI as simplilearn has not paid all amount as promised. I am getting daily calls and SMS to pay this. I contacted to simplilearn and 3rd party also to close this but not getting expected result. Can you please close this ASAP, else please contact me to close this because I am in lot of pressure and I don't know what will I do if this is not closed soon.

        I had enrolled for course in Simplilearn Institute.
        Course about to start from 16th Feb 2022, however, in introduction session I came to know that, session will start from 19th April.
        I have raised a ticket no. 01150307 for refund on very next day 17th feb 2022. as per institute policy refund should reflect into my account into 7 working days.

        Kindly support to take immediate action against them. I am getting calls from finance institute for emi's. and they are not listening and no response and no action till date now.

              I have purchased the mast cloud master course from Simplilearn in Feb'21. While opting for the course, sales agent Akshtha committed for one exam voucher with the course. I am following for the exam voucher from Simplilearn since last 4 months over emails and contact center, even the multiple time support help were raised on their learning management portal. Not finding any fruitful response on the same till date.
              Kindly look into the matter and appropriate action for the same.

                  I took data science course in the end of November 2021 and i have paid 2 emis and i have not completed the course and i have not even downloaded even a single certificate, i find the course not much o[censored]se and now I don't want to continue further, i have even not studied much from the course and already paid 2 emi, now I don't want to continue further with the course and can't pay the rest emi, i requested Simplilearn customer care for cancellation of the course but they are simply denying for cancellation, this is creating a lot of problems for me as my cibil score is affected alot, and the third party known as propelled charges penalty that too very much penalty which I can't afford to pay as a student, i have requested Simplilearn few times but they're completely denying of cancellation, please help me in cancellation of the course, i domt want to continue further.

                          I have been connecting with customer care for the refund as i didn't give any exam whereas the fraud team deliberately they bought the exam voucher without any concern of the user and telling refund not possible as voucher already purchased.

                                I enrolled myself for course on Simplilearn in the month of December. Converting fees into Debit EMI transaction but first transaction was failed due to which I had to initiate another one.

                                Later, I decided not to continue with the course and with 7 days refund policy I received my refund.

                                In the end of December month I received message from my bank that my first EMI is due on 5th January. I contacted Shopse(third party payment) and confirmed that both my transactions went through successfully.

                                I have been trying to reach Simplilearn but I haven’t received my refund for second transaction and my EMI keeps debiting.

                                Kindly assist.

                                    I have joined masters program on 22/06/21.I made the payment from propelld loan with their guidance(application id: 49317).I have raised request for refund within a week and it has approved(ticket: 13870).I entire amount should be refunded to propelld team within 10 days after approval of refund. I don't know why Simplilearn is paying it in EMI's(which is not expected). "Even they are not paying EMI's on time and also they have STOPPED PAYING SINCE PAST FOUR MONTHS". I loan is under my details. It has effected my CIBIL score. I want the amount to be paid on time or at once.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I had taken a PMP exam voucher on 29-Dec-21 based on the call received from the marketing team - Nagaraj & Premjith. Over the call, they have given the offer of a PMP exam voucher + Exam Preparation materials + 1200 Exam Questions with Answers for the mock test. But after the payment, it seems only Exam Voucher is available in my portal. I had sent multiple emails and asked to provide the committed modules else to refund the money. I have contacted the same number multiple times over the call but Nagaraj nor Premjit answered the call. Karthik who pretended to be their senior answered my call a couple of times and asked for some time to resolve the issue. I waited for 2 weeks but after that, he also did not pick the call.

                                      When I have called the support number they have asked me to raise a ticket and ensure that the usual TAT is 48 hours to resolve the ticket, based on that I Have raised ticket[protected] on 11-1-22 but till now I have not received any responses. Even after calling 3 times to the support center, the ticket is not seams to get a meaning full conclusion.

                                      Even I have mail to their escalation matrix as directed by support team but still no response. I really felt like Simplilearn is a group of people who like to cheat people with a lot of commitment before enrolling and after payment has been received they don't care about the candidate. I have never expected such activity from a reputed firm.

                                        Can't play downloaded videos without a initial internet connection

                                        I downloaded exel course videos in my smartphone which has not any sim card...
                                        Whitout an internet connection Whenever i play the video it shows a pop-up dialogue 'something wents wrong' but when it is connected to the network the video plays simply as it plays.
                                        My problem is, that i haven't always an internet connection at all. So I am unable to watch downloaded videos in the absence of internet connection....
