They took money from me for router but since then Nobody is responding.

Worst slow internet connection ever with a very low bandwidth.. Most of the time can't able to download or surf anything & half of the time Internet connection was not there..
Had a word with a Local cable operator & Company people, not a single feedback..
Worst connection ever ..
Kindly look into this ASAP

I am a customer of siti cable by last 4 months.we changed setup box of and ortel and buyed siti and using it .
my problem was:-
my father is paying money to all channels pack for cable operator but some chanels is not coming like :-disnep, hungamma and many more channels are not coming.
please fix it as early as possible

Worst service though complained about the problem, very poor audio vdo from aug'21 till now the problem is not solved yet both the cable operator blaming the siti cable office and the siti cable cleverly blaming the local operator to avoid responsibility. But no body is tired to ask for the payment in due time if it is late. But service still very poor no action is taken from this office.

My vc no [protected] name hashi kant. made paymnt for rechage on 3rd decmber but cable not recharge ... custmer support will tell us we are working on it.. i not expect this type of service from ur cable. kindly rechage my cable

I am a user of Siti Cable. The internet is good but the people who receives the private number calls response is harsh and the people are not withstanding on their words and loosing their tongue to the customers. The lady who spoke to me is very rude and harsh. They are even asking to change the internet from their cable to other if required. As a user I felt really bad about the worse situation happened today.

I have complained about the website login issue and signal issue in my area.
You have given me a complaint no. 7316388.
Today at 3.28pm I got a message saying that the complaint has been resolved.
I have attached a screenshot of the same.

When I initially mailed. Someone from Vijayawada Customer care has called and been in touch with me. A woman employee was very kind and soft spoken since 12.10.2021.
I have been in touch with the Vijayawada Customer care since then. A woman employee assured me to solve the problem as soon as possible. She has been calling me regularly and following up with me and my local operator.
On 15.10.2021 she called me to inquire whether the problem was solved. I said that the problem has not yet been solved. She asked me whether she can update the complaint as solved as the operator has visited my house and checked the problem. I said how she can update the complaint as resolved though it was not resolved. (Local Operator has asked 2days i.e., till sunday as there is festival). She assured me that I will get the problem solved and asked / requested to allow her to close the complaint as the complaint has been pending for a long time. I asked that vijayawada executive to keep the complaint live. Then only someone will attend and solve the problem.
Today someone from Vijayawada Customer care called at 12.13pm and she spoke in such a way that someone has visited the complaint and she said that complaint was solved. But i said that I am not getting the channel which I requested and raised a complaint for.
At 3.28PM I got a message from SITI that the complaint has been resolved.(screenshot attached).
As soon as I saw the message I called the Vijayawada Customer care and inquired about the message. But they said that the complaint has been closed from the higher end. They said that the woman employee who used to talk to me till 15.10.2021 was on leave. The others who attended the calls gave ordinary and careless answers. (An employee named Sruthi was very rude and gave careless answers). 2 to 3 people spoke to me today but they are not willing to take my complaint either.
They gave arrogant answers by saying that if they have not closed the complaint, if you want to complain again do what you did previously to complain. I requested them to take my complaint or give me the mail address of the higher office which closed the complaint. But they refused to do so.
This is the way SITI Customer care Vijayawada is working and causing inconvenience to the customers.
Till yesterday, I was very positive to give my customer feedback as 5star. Today SITI Customer care Vijayawada executives reply was very bad

No Siti cable signal for TV operations since last night 8 pm.No takers for complaints. Cable operators Phone not operational

I have made the payment but still the specified channels not come.

We have been asking for new connection since last month. No one is taking responsibility and giving connection . We got fed up by calling them frequently. Thus is not the way to respond for new connections. This is the worst service we know till know

We have changed our set top box previous month they forgotten to give us new number, so we thought that this new set top box is also of same number and we paid this month balance to the old number set top box their response is not good, pls make sure to recharge to new number with the money we paid on the old number . have

Cable operator is not providing to pay the bill always signal prblms in a month easily 2-3 days not working better to switch other dish if we try to pay in website asking vc number horrible services

I am very dissapointed and frustrated with siti digital cable services,
We are not getting siti cable connection from last 3 days and called the siti cable office in anandapet and compliant about the issue. Every time they tell that a person will be sent to fix it and no response from them till now. Very bad response and they don’t bother about customers now as the money is paid in advance to them. Please take some action on them so that people don’t face this issue anymore. I had this problem many times and had to follow up with them for so many days to have issue resolved.

I am an unsatisfied customer of Siti Networks (Cable).
I had purchased a HD Set top box of Siti Cable and it was told to me that amount is refundable.

Now when i am discontinuing my services with them and call the toll free number to find out about my refundable amount,
